Welcome to your weekly roundup of FG Funnels updates through the week of May 7th, 2026. From a brand new Voice Mode in Ask AI to a fully rebuilt Workflow AI Builder, this week’s updates bring some seriously powerful tools to your stack. We’re also rolling out upgrades to Dashboards, Conversations AI, Voice AI, Communities, E-Commerce Stores, Social Planner, and more — all designed to save you time and give your clients a better experience.
If you have any questions about these updates, email us at [email protected] or reach out through live chat inside the app — we’re always happy to help.
Ask AI just went hands-free. With the new Voice Mode, you can speak naturally and Ask AI takes care of the rest — triggering actions, managing workflows, and retrieving data without touching your keyboard.
You can interrupt mid-task to change direction, pause and switch to text anytime, and get spoken summaries and progress updates in real time. Ask AI also maintains context throughout the conversation, so complex, multi-step tasks feel seamless.
For critical actions, Ask AI will ask for confirmation before executing — so you stay in full control.
Enable it in Settings > Labs > Ask AI Voice.
Ask AI now remembers you between sessions. No more re-explaining who you are, what your business does, or how you like things done. Memory V1 gives Ask AI a persistent, growing understanding of each user — so every conversation starts smarter than the last.
After every message, a background process quietly pulls out one meaningful fact — your role, company, preferences, or standing instructions. The 20 most recent memories are included in every AI request automatically, giving you naturally personalized responses without any announcements.
You can also bulk-import memories from ChatGPT or Claude exports (up to 100 at once), and Ask AI can manage its own memory mid-conversation — saving, updating, or removing facts as needed.
Go to Ask AI to start using it — Memory V1 is live now.
The Workflow AI Builder has been rebuilt from the ground up. Version 3 replaces the previous experience with a transparent, streaming, context-aware assistant that shows you exactly what it’s doing at every step.
What’s new:

Two new upgrades to the AI Agent action this week.
Call Transcript Tool — The AI Agent can now pull and reference call transcripts for a contact automatically. Just mention call transcripts in your prompt and the agent handles the rest. Combined with the previously released conversation history tool, the agent now has access to both past chat conversations and call transcripts — giving it a fuller picture of every contact interaction.
Feedback Flow — You can now rate every AI Agent run directly from the execution logs. Flag what went wrong, what went well, and share specifics. All feedback feeds into improving the agent’s accuracy and goal alignment over time.

The Add Notes workflow action now supports note titles and color coding, keeping workflow-created notes consistent with the updated Contacts notes experience. Both fields are optional, so existing workflows continue to work exactly as before.
How to use it

Workflows now support the Add Note action for custom objects, so you can automatically save notes directly to custom object records. Great for teams tracking updates or milestones on records beyond just contacts — like projects, service jobs, or policies.
How to use it
You can now verify email addresses directly inside a workflow before sending. The new Email Verification action checks whether an email is valid, risky, or invalid in real time — covering syntax, domain validity, mailbox existence, and risk signals like disposable addresses.
Use the results to branch your workflow logic, stop sending to bad emails, and protect your sender reputation automatically.
How to Use:

Every dashboard you’ve built on web is now on your mobile app — the full set, not a slimmed-down version. Pipeline, deals, conversions, campaigns, team activity, and everything in between, live in your pocket.
The old mobile Insights experience has been replaced with a full Dashboards module. Your default dashboard loads automatically when you open it. From there you can switch between dashboards, apply filters and date ranges, expand any widget for a closer look, and interact directly with charts — drag your finger across a line to read exact values, tap into a bar to see what’s behind it.
You can also tap any widget to get an AI-powered plain-English summary of what the data is actually saying.
Currently available in Labs. General access in approximately 14 days. Available on app version v4.14.1.
Enable in Labs > Mobile Dashboards(Insights), then open the Apps section and tap Dashboards.

You can now control bot sleep behavior separately for manual messages and workflow messages. Previously, one setting controlled both — if the bot went to sleep, it went to sleep for everything.
Now you can choose exactly when the bot should pause:
Nothing changes for your existing setup. If you don’t update these settings, your bots continue working exactly as they do today. Applies to Auto-Pilot mode only.

You can now view and respond to comments directly from the feed — no need to open the full post modal. Reply inline, add new comments from the feed, and keep discussions moving with fewer clicks and less context switching.
Currently available in Communities Gokollab Beta.
Reaction counts, comment totals, and reply counts in Communities are now powered by a more resilient system that keeps everything in sync with real activity — even during retries, traffic spikes, or background sync delays. No more sudden jumps or mismatched numbers.
Unread chat counts have also been fixed to stay accurate across devices, and an issue with chat messages not being delivered in Gokollab has been resolved.
Voice AI widgets can now be embedded inline on your website — not just floating in the corner. Choose between a static Avatar display or a dynamic Visualiser that responds to voice activity, and set the interface size (Small, Medium, or Large) for the Visualiser mode.
This opens up new design options for landing pages, funnels, and content sites where a floating widget isn’t the right fit.
How It Works:

Creating a Custom Product Details Page no longer starts from a blank slate. New custom PDPs automatically inherit the layout, store elements, styling, and visibility rules from your Default Product Details Page — so you start with a production-ready design and customize from there.
Changes to your Default PDP don’t affect existing custom PDPs, and one custom PDP can be assigned to multiple products.

Key Points to Note:

Bulk video scheduling just got more polished. You can now add a custom thumbnail to video posts via CSV upload by including a thumbnailUrl field in your file. The thumbnail is automatically applied to the first video in the post.
Download the latest CSV or XLSX template to get started — the thumbnailUrl field is already included.
The Certificate and Badge designer has been updated with a handful of improvements that make the experience feel faster and more intuitive. Hover over any element to highlight it before selecting, resize from any edge or corner with precision, use familiar shortcuts (Ctrl/Cmd + B, I, U) to format text, and paste content from anywhere without broken formatting.

Sales pages for Communities and Courses on GoKollab have been upgraded to be more engaging and informative. Communities now support a media carousel with images, videos, YouTube, Loom, and Vimeo — with media from your About page syncing automatically. Courses now display a structured curriculum view with modules, lessons, and thumbnails so visitors get a clearer picture of what’s included before enrolling.

Any table in your Knowledge Base can now be downloaded as a CSV file directly from the table list. Downloads are instant and fully secured — each download link expires after 15 minutes.
Setting up a custom domain in AI Studio now handles both your root domain (example.com) and www subdomain (www.example.com) in a single authorization. One DNS approval, two records configured, SSL certificates issued for both — no more running through the connect modal twice or dealing with a broken TLS handshake on one side.
How to Use?:
When you delete a project in AI Studio, all associated preview URLs, domains, and published URLs are now automatically marked inactive. Previously, those URLs stayed live even after deletion.
