Affiliate Manager + Memberships

Client Portal

  • What is a client portal?
    • The client portal is a platform for clients and leads of sub-account owners to allow them to seamlessly engage with sub-accounts. It ensures a secure environment where each client can access their affiliate commissions, explore community groups, and access membership courses, all through a single login. By offering this client portal, businesses can enhance customer retention and provide improved service by facilitating effortless communication and enabling clients to independently take necessary action
  • How to set up your client portal?
    • We have already established a client portal for individual sub-accounts on our subdomain clientclub.net. However, during the setup process, each sub-account has the flexibility to select their own custom domain.
  • What is out in this release?
    • We currently have two sections on the Client Portal:
      • 1. Affiliate Portal: Affiliates part of the affiliate manager will now be able to login and view their leads, customers, revenue generated and commissions earned along with the ability to view their affiliate links.
      • 2. Memberships: Existing members can still use their membership as usual, while we have also added a client portal for an improved experience
  • How to invite affiliates to your client portal?
    • There are a few ways to invite clients to use the client portal.
      • 1. All the existing affiliates will be receiving a Welcome Email to login to the client portal
      • 2. You can also share the client portal URL by copying it from your Client Portal configuration screen (Sites -> Client Portal)
      • 3. All newly added affiliates will receive a welcome email to log in to the client portal

Email Builder

File Attachment

  • Email Builder now supports file attachments for email campaigns.
    • The user can add in file attachments up to 10MB.
    • This is live in both the editors – new and old.
  • How to add files?
    • Go to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns
    • Create a new email campaign, go to the three dots with the file attachment.
  • We support all extensions for file attachments! If you find one which doesn’t work, let us know and we will get it added if the service provider supports it.
  • Supported Extensions:
    • xlsx, xls, ods, docx, docm, doc, csv, pdf, txt, gif, jpg, jpeg, png, tif, tiff, rtf, bmp, cgm, css, shtml, html, htm, zip, xml, ppt, pptx, tar, ez, ics, mobi, msg, pub, eps, odt, mp3, m4a, m4v, wma, ogg, flac, wav, aif, aifc, aiff, mp4, mov, avi, mkv, mpeg, mpg, and wmv.


Tasks Dashboard

  • Rather than showing all the tasks on the Dashboard, we will only be showing 10 Tasks.
  • If there are more than 10 tasks, we will show a View More  button that will take people to Tasks Page
  • Tasks Page has a lot more features so it will help customer get a better view and usability out of Tasks module
  • All the filters and sorting on the dashboard will keep working 

Funnels And Websites

URL Redirect List Page Internationalization

  • We have introduced multi-language support to our URL redirect list page, allowing users to access them in their preferred language. This feature enhances usability and provides a better overall experience for users who speak languages other than English.
  • What’s New:
    • Users can select their preferred language from a list of available languages.
    • The platform will display all text elements in the selected language, including buttons, labels, and error messages.
    • Internationalization support for multiple languages:
      • The following languages were enabled –
        • German
        • Spanish
        • French (Canada)
        • French (France)
        • Dutch
        • German
        • Portuguese (Portugal)
        • Portuguese (Brazil)
        • Italian
        • Swedish
        • Spanish
        • Finnish
        • Norwegian

Image AI Now Integrated With Funnels, Website, And Media Library

  • Note: Image generation flow in Websites/Funnels is only available in the New Builder (Beta/Labs): For users who have access to the new Builder (can be enabled under Settings > Labs), there is a new image generation flow available directly within the Builder. This allows users to generate personalized images without leaving the builder. Please note that this feature is only available for the Image element.
  • Image generation in old builder: For users who are not using the new Builder, they can still generate personalized images via the Media Library and then use them in their existing funnels and websites.
  • What’s New:
    • Image AI integration in Funnels and Websites: Users can now create personalized images using AI technology. The platform provides a range of customizable templates, including hero images, banners, and product images. Users can easily edit the templates to suit their branding and messaging needs, and the platform will generate a unique image optimized for the best visual impact.
    • Media Library: Users can now generate personalized images directly in the Media Library. The image AI will then generate unique and personalized images based on the user’s needs, and store the images in a Content AI folder within the Media Library.
    • Image style options: When generating personalized images, users can now choose from three different image styles: Photography, Digital Art, and Fine Art. This provides users with more customization options, allowing them to tailor their images to their exact needs.
  • Benefits:
    • Enhanced visual appeal: The AI-generated images add a level of personalization and visual appeal to the website or funnel, making it more attractive to users.
    • Improved engagement: Personalized images are proven to increase user engagement and audience reach.
    • Easy organization: The Media Library provides a centralized location for users to store and organize their files, including AI-generated images and other media assets.
    • Streamlined workflow: With the ability to generate personalized images directly in the Media Library and choose from different image styles, users can streamline their workflow and have more control over their asset creation process.
  • How to Use:
    • Users can use the Image AI integration in two ways:
      • Generate a personalized image directly in the builder (only in new builder, which can be enabled under Settings > Labs):
        • In the builder, drag and drop an image element.
        • When choosing an image, there will be two dropdown options: “Upload from Media Library” and “Create Image from using AI”.
        • Select “Generate from Image AI” and choose any templates to edit or customize as per your needs.
        • The AI will generate a unique and personalized image, and the image will automatically get stored in the “Content AI” folder within the Media Library.
      • Generate a personalized image directly in the Media Library:
        • Go to the Media Library
        • Click on “Create Image using AI” button and then choose a template to customize.
        • The AI will generate a unique and personalized image, and the image will automatically get stored in the “Content AI” folder within the Media Library.

  • Yext Listings is now available for all our customers in UK. We support over 55+ Listings as part of expansion to UK.

Beta Features: Available To Preview In Labs – Forms And Surveys

Background Image

  • What’s New:
    • Background image support: Users can now upload and display custom background images for their forms, covering the entire page.
  • Benefits:
    • Enhanced form experience: The addition of background images significantly improves the visual engagement of forms, capturing the attention of respondents and enhancing their overall experience.
    • Customisation options: Users have the flexibility to choose and upload background images that align with their branding or design preferences, allowing for greater personalisation and cohesive visual representation.
  • Note:
    • Please note that the background image feature is currently available only in the beta version of the form builder. The beta version can be enabled under Settings > Labs. Users can preview the background image they have set within the form builder by clicking on the preview option. We appreciate your valuable feedback and support as we continue to refine and enhance this feature.
