Content AI

Images

  • We are delighted to introduce the addition of Image AI to our Content AI capabilities. This isn’t just another feature—it’s a step towards transforming how users generate and share engaging visuals. With Image AI, users can tap into a new level of creativity, crafting stunning high-resolution images designed to captivate audiences!
  • How to use Image AI:
    • Head over to: Marketing > Social Planner > Create New Post.
    • Choose: Your preferred social media platform.
    • Click: The Image icon and select “Create Image with AI.”
    • Input: Your desired prompt, select your style, and the number of variations.
    • Select: From the presented variations, you can either select your top choice to use, or select the option to generate new content.
  • To combat creative blocks, the “Prompt Example” feature offers a range of preset prompts and styles, curated to aid in creating standout social media posts.
  • All the generated images will find a home in the media library, easily accessed from the dedicated “Image” tab on the Content AI dashboard.
  • With Image AI, users can craft bespoke visuals at the unbeatable price of just $0.18 per image (includes all generated variations).
  • There are no free credits for generating the images, your account wallet will be charged immediately upon image generation.
  • We are transitioning from DALL-E to Stable Diffusion in order to enhance the quality and overall visual appeal of the images.

Workflows

LC Phone Connected Accounts: Security Warning For Spam SMS

  • Whenever a location is on LC Phone and tries to save a workflow with any SMS step containing cannabis, vape, tobacco, firearms, alcohol, hate-speech, or sex-related words, we will show them a warning modal of the consequences that they might encounter because of the use of banned words.
  • They have the option to confirm and move forward saving the workflow with the banned words and if they choose to react to the warning they need to fix SMS steps containing banned words.
  • We are not restricting the SMS sending, but if the user wishes to move forward with Spam SMS we log the SMS sending on the ES dashboard in the backend for us to identify the locations and workflows sending out spam SMS that are on LC Phone.

List Page Enhancement

  • We are excited to announce the latest updates to our funnel/website which includes a re-designed creation modal for funnels and websites and cloned behavior.
  • Enhancement:
    •  Improvement with the re-design of the create modal for funnels and websites. We have also included Internationalization for new words to enhance the user experience
    • Additionally, we have added a highly-requested feature, which is the ability to clone funnels or websites inside of a folder. In the past, clones were made outside of the folder, but now you can enjoy the convenience of having your cloned project within the designated folder.
    • Furthermore, we have implemented space validation to all forms, ensuring that the necessary fields are filled out

Domains Page

  • We are excited to announce the latest updates to our domains page with new designs. With we made things easy with domain creation, editing and etc.,
  • We have introduced multi-language support here allowing users to access them in their preferred language. This feature enhances usability.

Bulk Actions

LC Phone Connected Accounts: Warning For Spam In Bulk SMS Action

  • If a location is on LC Phone and attempts to send a bulk SMS containing words such as cannabis, vape, tobacco, firearms, alcohol, hate speech, and sex-related terms, we display a warning modal to inform them about the potential consequences they may face due to the use of prohibited words.
  • They are given the choice to confirm and proceed with sending the SMS that contains banned words. However, if they decide to respond to the warning, they can rectify the SMS by removing the prohibited words.
  • If a user chooses to proceed with sending spam SMS, we log the SMS transmission on the ES dashboard in the backend. This enables us to identify the locations involved.

Invoicing

Define Custom Business Information And Due Date Settings For Invoicing

  • Businesses can now define the number of days after which each invoice is due from its date of creation, along with the business logo and information that should appear in every invoice. This feature is available under the Invoice Settings page under the Business Information and Due Date Settings header.
  • This solves the use cases of having a phone number different from the business phone number on all invoices, using a custom logo for invoices generated, and defining a custom time period for repayment of invoices among others

Custom Values And Custom Fields Now Available For Invoicing

  • Invoice settings now support the addition of custom fields and values for all invoices created. Businesses will be able to use this in the following ways
    • Define custom values under Invoice settings -> Business Information to add custom values alongside business information on all invoices generated
    • Define custom fields for contacts to display particular information related to the contact on all invoices generated
    • Also available under the Terms and Notes editor to display dynamic information in the Terms and Notes section for all your invoices
  • This solves the pain point of displaying additional business info on invoices that are stored as custom values, displaying specific information (like Tax IDs) alongside contact information, and making the terms and notes more useful.

Affiliate Manager

Complete Internationalization For Campaigns, Affiliates And Payouts In The Affiliate Manager

  • We have completely implemented multi-language support for our Affiliate Manager feature.
  • Our internationalization support covers the following languages: –

  • How can you set up your language preference?
    • There are two ways to do it. One uses the User’s profile settings and another uses the Business Profile Settings.
      • To select a preferred language for a user go to Settings -> My Profile -> Platform Language
      • To select a preferred language for a business go to Settings -> Business Profile -> Platform Language
  • Note: The language selected under My Profile will take a preference over the language selected under the Business Profile

  • We have implemented multi-language support for Call Reporting. With this enhancement, users can access the platform in their preferred language, resulting in improved usability and an enhanced user experience.
  • What’s new for the user?
    • Users have the option to choose their preferred language from a comprehensive list of available languages.

Beta – Available To Preview In Labs: New Call Reporting UI

New Call Reporting User Interface

  • We are excited to announce the release of our all-new Call Reporting User Interface. This release has introduced a range of enhancements and features designed to streamline the call reporting experience and empower users with deeper insights into their customer interactions.
  • Why did we do this?
    • The current Call Reporting had incomplete and redundant data. With this release, we have revised the Call Reporting flow and addressed all the identified gaps listed below:
    • Incomplete call status breakdown – We showed Answered v/s Missed call status only giving incomplete information about the call status.
    • Redundancy of data – We showed call status in three areas leading to data redundancy on one screen.
    • Combined numbers for incoming and outgoing calls – The flow and status for both incoming and outgoing calls are entirely different. The incoming call is linked to sources whereas outgoing calls are linked to agents.
    • Incomplete information in the ‘Calls’ graph – The calls graph that we show on the screen showed only the volume with no insight into call trends or call flow by call status.
    • Incomplete information about the ‘Source’ graph – The source graph didn’t show details about the count of leads created and how many of them were converted.
    • The calls table on this screen did not have enough information – The user needs to expand the accordion to get more information leading to one extra click per record every time.
  • What’s new?
    • Streamlined Call Reporting Flow: We’ve reimagined the reporting interface to provide a separate view of the incoming and outgoing call reports, making it easier than ever to analyze and compare call data.
    • Introduce all call status breakdowns: We understand the power of seeing information about the progress and outcome of a call and that’s why we’ve introduced the breakdown of different call statuses. We added Answered, Missed/No Answer, Declined/Cancelled, Failed, and Voicemail statuses for incoming and outgoing calls.
    • First-time callers chart – We’ve included charts that showcase first-time calls status breakdown to give insights about leads who reached out to the business for the very first time
    • Introduced call duration stats – Average call duration and total call duration have been added as two stats for all-time calls and first-time calls to help determine the quality of conversations.
    • Uncover Top Call Sources: With our new interface, you can effortlessly explore the top sources of incoming calls. Gain insights into which source is performing better for you and optimize your marketing strategies.
    • Uncover Top Call Agents: We’ve added a Top Agent chart for outgoing calls, helping the user identify their most productive team members and replicate their success.
    • Enhanced Table Functionality: Our new screen allows the user to switch between different tabs, including All, Incoming, and Outgoing, ensuring they have the flexibility to focus on the specific data needed. Furthermore, we’ve introduced column selection, empowering the user to customize the table view by selecting the columns that matter most.
  • How to enable Call Reporting from Labs?
    • Go to Sub-Account Settings -> Labs -> Turn on the toggle for “Enhanced Call Reporting”
  • Go-live date
    • The new UI will go live for users across all account next Monday, the 19th of June.
