Welcome to our weekly roundup of updates through the week of December 18th, 2025. This week’s updates focus on better scheduling accuracy, smoother workflow building, richer form experiences, and stronger automation across Social Planner, Calendars, Voice AI, and Payments. These improvements are all about saving time, reducing friction, and giving you clearer control as you scale.
If you have any questions regarding these updates, please email us at [email protected] or in live chat inside of the app.
Media Storage is now fully integrated into Services (v2), making it easier to reuse images across your service setup without repeated uploads. Instead of managing assets in multiple places, you can now browse and insert images directly from Media Storage wherever service-related visuals are used.
You can select images for service images, add-ons, staff profiles, locations, and your booking page company logo—all from one centralized library. In addition to your uploaded files, you can also pull images from connected sources like Unsplash, Pixabay, or Google Drive (if connected), keeping your booking experience visually consistent and faster to set up.

Calendars that allow multiple appointments per slot now calculate availability more accurately when bookings overlap. Previously, a single overlapping appointment could block entire slots even when capacity was still available.
Now, overlapping appointments simply reduce the slot capacity by one for each slot they span. A slot is only blocked when its true capacity limit is reached. This logic applies consistently across personal calendars, round robin calendars, and event calendars—both in the internal appointment modal and the public booking widget.
Community owners now have more control over the member onboarding experience. You can choose whether new members are required to set a profile picture and bio, or turn that requirement off entirely if you want a lower-friction join experience.
Community emails are also clearer and more reliable. Post content sent via email now preserves its original formatting, including spacing and line breaks. Event emails include a new Group Name variable, and “Add to Calendar” downloads generate more accurate .ics files. Additional fixes improve visibility of private links and About page descriptions across GoKollab.

FG Funnels has expanded international phone number availability across several key countries throughout 2025. These numbers are now searchable and purchasable through the Buy Number experience, with availability reflecting true provider inventory rather than catalog limitations.
Newly available number coverage includes France (Local), Australia (Mobile), Malaysia (Local & Toll-Free), Italy (Toll-Free), Chile (Local), Germany (Mobile), and Japan (Local). Availability still depends on provider inventory and local regulatory requirements.
Call Dispositions are now available in the web dialer, allowing reps to select an outcome at the end of a call and trigger workflows based on that selection. This creates cleaner follow-up logic and more accurate reporting than relying on call status alone.
Admins can create, edit, and manage up to 10 dispositions. Workflows can now filter on the selected Custom Disposition to automate actions like tagging, sending follow-up messages, or re-enqueueing contacts into a dialer flow.

Asana is now supported natively in Workflows, making it easy to sync tasks and projects without relying on third-party tools. Triggers fire instantly using real-time webhooks, and actions cover common task and project operations like creating, updating, finding, and organizing work.
You can connect Asana directly from Workflows or through Integrations, keeping project management and automation tightly aligned.

The Workflow Switcher is now faster and opens workflows in the same tab by default, reducing tab clutter and context switching. Infinite scroll replaces pagination so you can browse your full workflow list more easily, and you can create, name, duplicate, or delete workflows directly from the switcher.
The Workflows landing page has also been redesigned to help new users get started faster, with AI Builder and templates front and center alongside existing learning resources.

You can now automate Do Not Disturb for inbound communications, not just outbound. Direction control has been added to both the Contact DND trigger and the Enable/Disable DND action, allowing you to choose inbound or outbound behavior.
Inbound DND applies to calls and SMS, helping prevent spam-driven contacts and false opportunities from entering your system. Existing configurations remain unchanged and continue to default to outbound behavior.

You now have more control over where Instagram Reels appear with a new “Share to Feed” toggle. When enabled, a Reel posts to both the Instagram Feed and Reels tab. When disabled, the Reel appears only in the Reels tab, helping you maintain a cleaner feed aesthetic.

Social Planner now supports multiple watermarks, allowing you to assign a unique watermark to each social account. This is especially helpful for agencies managing multiple brands, and automated posts like Category Queues and recurring schedules will respect the assigned watermark automatically.

Analytics for Threads and Bluesky are now available inside Social Planner. You can track post volume, engagement trends, likes, comments, and impressions (where supported), giving you better insight into performance on these emerging platforms.

The “On Submit” message experience has been upgraded with a richer editor and live preview. You can now format messages more expressively, structure them as headlines and subtext, and preview how they’ll look before publishing.
You also have device-specific styling controls for Desktop and Mobile, making it easier to fine-tune layout and readability without one device overwriting the other.

Text blocks, headings, and Terms & Conditions now support richer inline formatting and stronger responsive controls. You can customize mobile-specific text and styling to ensure a consistent experience across devices, all with instant previews in the builder.

Manual Reviews are now available in Labs, giving you a way to capture and showcase customer feedback collected outside of integrated review platforms. You can add reviews manually or bulk upload them via CSV, then display them alongside fetched reviews in your Reviews list and Review Widgets.
This makes it easier to present a complete picture of customer feedback, regardless of where it was collected.

CSV exports for Transactions, Orders, and Subscriptions now include more detailed and consistent data for accounting and reporting. Improvements include clearer tax visibility, richer product-level detail, better handling of partial payments, and consistent treatment of zero versus blank values.
These updates make reconciliation easier and improve downstream reporting accuracy.

Sender Domain settings are now available inside Email Campaigns for LC users, giving you more control over how campaigns send and reducing delivery failures caused by domain mismatches or non-compliant sender addresses. If a campaign uses a public or shared address, FG Funnels will automatically adjust it to meet compliance requirements so the send doesn’t fail. If you’re using a dedicated sending domain, the correct domain is pre-selected and the UI will flag sender/domain issues with clear guidance. If you have multiple domains configured, you can choose a single domain or allow the campaign to use all domains based on your configuration rules.
Note:This applies to LC users only; SMTP users will see no change.

Conversation Email now supports AI Schedule, which automatically selects the best send time within a window you choose based on a recipient’s past engagement behavior. If there isn’t enough data for a specific recipient, the email sends immediately so you don’t miss your timing.
This helps your messages land when recipients are most likely to open and respond.
