A/B Email Campaign Statistics
Based on customer feedback, we have updated the system to store all the variations of subject line and content of emails, after you send the campaign.
For A/B Subject type Campaigns, now users will be able to see the subject line for all variants in campaign statistics.
For A/B Content type Campaigns, now users will be able to see the content variants tab along with a content preview for each variation.
Users will be able to open the preview for each variation (for content type campaigns)
For example, after 10 days if you want to send the same email, and would like to avoid what was used in the non-winning email campaigns.
Forms and Surveys
Export Submissions Feature
We are excited to announce a new feature that will make exporting submissions from forms and surveys easier than ever before!
With our latest update, you can now export all submissions for selected forms/surveys or all forms/surveys in a batch job and receive an email with a download link.
When you initiate the export option, you will see a toast/pop-up message saying that the export will be sent via email once it is ready. The exported file will be available for download for 7 days before it expires.
Additionally, please note that the new export submissions feature does not support exporting submissions from chat widget and lead forms. We are actively working on extending the support to these forms in a future update.
LC Email Updates
Email metrics will be displayed on the location page for LC Email clients.
If a dedicated domain has not been verified for 15 days from the date it was added in our system, we will automatically delete it from the system and LC Email internal Mailgun account.
Reminder emails to verify such domains will be sent on 3rd, 7th and 15th day as well.
UI flow enhancement while migrating in and out of LC Email – we will display warning modals and require user confirmation before making the switch.
The calendars system is now available in the following languages:
Users can choose their preferred language in the “Platform Language” option under the Business profile settings (from the dashboard, click on Settings in the left menu, then on Business Profile in the left menu under Settings). Please make sure to refresh the app after selecting the language for the changes to take effect.

Premium Action – Google Sheets Action – Lookup Spreadsheet Row
New Select field -> Search Method
Users were unable to search Spreadsheets from Bottom to Top, it was limited to only search from Top to Bottom.
Use case: Getting the most recent entry. Examples: invoicing, ticketing, logging, etc…
Beside the Worksheet select, we can now select the Search Method, defaulted to Top to Bottom, and with a new option of Bottom to Top.
When Bottom to Top is selected and we are performing the Lookup, we will fetch the values in the desired Column and perform the search from the Last to the First, returning the correct row that matches the Lookup.
Clear Custom Fields In The Update Contact Field Action
New Select field -> Action Type
Users will be able to select between Update Field Data and Clear Field Data options
Update Field Data -> it is the default behavior. It will change the contact fields with the provided value
Clear Field Data -> With this new option the user will be able to clear custom fields, saving it as empty (it is enabled only for custom fields right now, because of an API limitation)
Ability To Process Refunds Within FG Funnels Is Now Live!
The ability to process refunds, both full and partial, is now available for all transactions processed. Here are the details:
To process a refund, simply go to Payments → Transactions and select the Refund action available under the three dots for the successful transaction
The transaction details page will display all the successful/failed refunds for that transaction
Process refunds without the need to go to the payment provider dashboard separately

Blog Navigation And Search
Blog Navigation –
Added a new element in funnel builder Category Navigation. Now users can use this element to view the blogs based on the category selected.
Added navigation elements can be edited by selecting the Nav item
Using the modal, you can edit the navigation item (its name, category, whether to open it in the same tab or a different tab).
We also added search for searching blog entries. The search results will appear based on the search term and selected category, if any.
Use toggle “Include search bar” to add/remove the search from the element
How this works:
Once the page is built, in the preview by default all blogs will appear. Upon the selection of any category, blogs belonging to that category will appear. The search bar can be used to search for blog entries.
