CRM

Migrated Media Library

The Media Library has officially moved from the legacy iframe-based layout to a modern micro-frontend architecture. While functionality remains mostly the same, this update paves the way for faster improvements and a smoother experience.

What’s Improved:

• Unified UI across all modules
• Micro-frontend tech allows for faster updates and better performance
• No major changes to features, just a cleaner, faster experience

 

LC Phone

Persona Identity Verification

To prevent fraud and enhance compliance, Persona identity verification has been added to the phone number purchase flow for US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Key Changes:

• Persona verification required for US/CA/PR number purchases if not already completed
• One-time verification per sub-account
• Applies to number purchases, A2P, CNAM, Toll-Free verification, and more

User Flow

1. User starts phone number purchase
2. If needed, Persona prompts ID + selfie verification
3. Upon success, the purchase completes automatically

Note: Applies only to LC Phone-managed accounts and +1 number pools.

 

Mobile POS Payments

Stripe Reader Support

You can now accept in-person payments via BBPOS WisePOS E and Stripe S700 devices inside the mobile app (v3.103.4+).

What’s New:

• Support for WisePOS E: Tap, chip, or swipe payments
• Support for Stripe S700: Handheld mobile checkout
• Register multiple devices via the app and use them on the same network

How to Use It:

1. Connect Stripe in Web app under Payments → Integrations
2. Power on reader and connect to Wi-Fi
3. In mobile app: Settings → Payment Devices → Pair Device
4. Enter pairing code and confirm
5. Select reader at checkout and complete sale

 

WhatsApp

Business Onboarding Checklist

A new interactive onboarding checklist guides users through post-setup steps for WhatsApp Business, increasing adoption and engagement.

What’s New:

• Collapsible “What’s Next” panel appears after setup
• 6 key onboarding touchpoints including templates, widgets, workflows
• Smart routing and progress tracking

Checklist Items Include:

• Create message templates
• Integrate chat widget with website
• Launch bulk campaigns
• Automate appointment bookings
• Use direct messaging
• Set up workflow automation

 

WordPress

Payment Failure Notifications

New in-dashboard alerts let users know when a payment fails, reducing churn and confusion for WordPress-based installations.

What’s New

• In-dashboard notices appear for 3 days before lockout
• Dismissible alerts that return until resolved
• Requires LC Plugin to be active

Bonus: In-app notifications have also been added to the FGF dashboard.

New Rich Text Element

The new Rich Text Element in the Builder gives you full control over formatting—no HTML required.

What’s New:

• Easily toggle between headings and paragraphs
• Add block quotes, inline code, and full code blocks
• Choose bullet or numbered list styles
• Highlight text with colors

How to Use:

• Go to Quick Add → Text → Rich Text in the builder
• Drag onto the canvas and start typing
