Pipeline-Specific Insights for Opportunity Widgets

Now you can drill down into individual pipeline performance right from your sub-account dashboard. Instead of looking at all your pipelines mashed together, each widget—Opportunity Status, Opportunity Value, Conversion Rate, Lead Source Report, and Sales Efficiency—now has a handy pipeline dropdown.

• Get clearer visibility into what’s working (and what’s not)
• Spot bottlenecks quickly
• Optimize sales processes per funnel or service line

Just click the dropdown, pick a pipeline, and boom—custom insights.

The Prospecting Widget now offers more customization and functionality than ever:

• Customize your submit button (color, text, label)
• Choose fonts and sizes
• Show/hide fields, set required/optional
• Enter businesses manually (great for virtual or unlisted ones)
• Create up to 8 widgets for different needs
• Preview everything before going live

Conversations AI

Custom Values in Form-Based Bot Questions

Personalization just got a whole lot easier. You can now insert custom values directly into bot questions wherever your cursor is.

Other goodies:

• Validation prevents broken tokens or formatting issues
• 200-character limit keeps things clean and functional

Appointment Booking AI: Sharper, Faster, Smarter

We’ve massively improved our AI appointment booking action:

• Success rate now 98% (up from 75.6%)
• Confidence levels are higher
• Tone is more appropriate and natural
• Response time is quicker
• Slot selection bugs are fixed

Why this matters: Less friction, more bookings, and a smoother customer experience.

 

Documents & Contracts

Displacement of Elements in PDFs Fixed

No more drifting fields in PDFs! Signatures, checkboxes, and text inputs now stay exactly where you placed them—even across page breaks.

Note: This fix applies to documents created after May 27, 2025.

Faster Redirection to Invoices in 2-in-1 Documents

We took invoice redirection time from 60–90 seconds down to just 10–20. Plus, there’s a new progress bar to let users know what’s happening.

How to Use:

• Add recurring products to a Product List in your document
• Enable direct payments in Payment Settings
• Send the document to the recipient
• User clicks “Finish and Complete Payment”
• They’ll see the new progress bar and be redirected quickly to the invoice

 

Courses

Export Assessment Results On-Demand

Admins and instructors can now export assessment results as a CSV—instantly and filter-aware.

Why this rocks:

• No more bugging support for data
• Great for offline analysis
• Supports large exports with email delivery

Coming soon: Export options for Course Progress, Revenue Analytics, and Member Analytics.

 

Social Planner

Thumbnail and Media Preview Improvements

Big visual upgrade! The Social Planner editor is now:

• Faster to load
• Easier to navigate
• Cleaner to preview
• More platform-specific with new indicators

How to Use:

1. Navigate to Marketing → Social Planner
2. Connect your accounts under the Integrations tab
3. Create a post and choose the platform(s)
4. Add media from the Media Library
5. Click the pencil icon to edit a video’s thumbnail
6. Preview which platforms support the thumbnail edit
7. Publish your post when ready

 

Mobile Calls

Scripts at Your Fingertips

Call Scripts are now available on mobile! Reps can follow structured guides during calls for more consistent and confident conversations.

Call Without a Business Number

Want to make a call from the app using your personal number? Done. Just tap the call icon and the app launches your native dialer with the number ready to go.

 

Invoices & Estimates

Choose Your Delivery Channel

When sending invoices or estimates via workflows, you can now choose:

• Email only
• Text only
• Or both (default)

How to Use:

1. Open your workflow in the Automation Builder
2. Add or edit a Send Invoice, Send Estimate, or Send Recurring Invoice action
3. Scroll to the new Channel dropdown field
4. Select the desired delivery channel
5. Save the action and publish the workflow

 

WordPress Hosting

Country Server Selection

You can now choose your server location when setting up a WordPress site:

• Options include Ashburn, Phoenix, London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Dallas, Sydney, and Singapore

Why it matters: Hosting closer to your audience = faster loading times.

Badge Builder Updates

New shortcuts and controls make badge editing faster:

• Keyboard shortcuts for Cut/Copy/Paste
• Arrow keys for pixel-perfect movement
• Easy layer management

MCP Server Integration

Ask AI just leveled up—now it can do everything the MCP server does, directly from chat. Tell it what you need, and it’ll take care of it, no clicks needed.

Kollab Studio: Your Creator Hub

There’s now a centralized dashboard for managing courses and communities inside GoKollab. Called “Kollab Studio,” it brings all your products into one clean, easy-to-navigate workspace.

Yes, it’s finally here! You can now add more than one popup to a single page—each with its own trigger and content.

Open any funnel or website page in the builder
Click the “Popups” button in the top bar
Manage all popups from the right-hand sidebar
