Welcome to your weekly roundup of FG Funnels updates through the week of October 29th, 2026.
From a built-in Graphic Library and AI chat widgets in your funnels to Workflow Maps, Meeting Room, and Managed Agents that can remember, browse and delegate, this week’s updates bring some seriously powerful tools to your stack. We’re also rolling out upgrades to Email Marketing, Conversation AI, Communities, Client Portal, WhatsApp, E-Commerce Stores, and more, all designed to save you time and give your clients a better experience.
Heads up: many of these new features live in Labs, so you’ll need to turn them on under Settings > Labs in your account before you can start using them.
If you have any questions about these updates, email us at [email protected] or reach out through live chat inside the app. We’re always happy to help.
You no longer have to hunt down images or find workarounds for icons. A native Graphic Library is now built right into the Funnel, Website, Store and Webinar Builders, with over 11,000 searchable icons and emojis you can recolor to match your design.
Want something more custom? Upload your own assets or generate original illustrations with AI, right on the canvas.
How to use it:

You can now add, create and edit Quizzes right inside the Funnel and Website Builders with a native Quiz Element—no more copying and pasting embed codes.
Just drop the element onto your page, then pick an existing quiz or build a new one through an in-place modal. It keeps the whole process in one spot.
How to use it:

You can now drop a Conversation AI chat widget straight into your funnel or website builder, no code or outside tools required.
The AI And Chat Widget element scans your page content to build a custom knowledge base automatically, then deploys an agent with instructions already written based on what’s on your site. Publish your funnel and it’s ready to chat.
How to use it:

This is an early-access feature you can switch on in Labs. We’ve rebuilt the Order Form element from the ground up, so you no longer have to pick between One-step and Two-step upfront, there’s now a single Order Form you can toggle between One-step, Two-step and a brand new Split layout anytime, without losing your settings.
On top of that, you get over 80 individual styling controls, customizable order bumps, and the ability to add CRM custom fields like file uploads and signatures right into your checkout.
How to use it:

External Tracking is getting a lot more precise, and it’s an early-access feature you can switch on in Labs. You can now control page views, form analytics and form submissions separately for each domain running your tracking script, or make changes in bulk if you manage several sites.
Every domain now shows you a list of the forms it detects, so you can decide exactly which ones should create contacts in your CRM, fine-tune how fields map over, or mark sensitive fields as “Do not track.”
And if you use embedded forms, like booking engines or third-party landing pages, a new two-snippet setup lets those submissions flow straight into your CRM too.
How to use it:

Before your next Email Marketing campaign goes out, you can now run a spam check to catch problems while there’s still time to fix them.
It looks at both your sender setup and the actual email content, flags potential deliverability issues and spam triggers, and gives you an overall severity score with recommendations. A quick way to protect your inbox placement before you hit send.

You can now create a full Brand Board right from the Email Builder’s color picker, no need to jump to a separate tab.
Click “Create Brand Board” and a quick in-place modal lets you import a brand kit from a URL, pick a preset style, or start from scratch with your colors, fonts and logo. Those colors are instantly ready to use in your current design.
How to use it:

Picked the wrong template or just want to try a different look? You can now swap templates right inside the Email Builder instead of exiting and starting fresh.
If you’ve already added content, FGF will double-check with you before replacing anything, so you won’t accidentally lose your work.
How to use it:
No more guessing how a template will look once you add your colors. You can now preview any email template rendered in your actual brand kit before you commit to it.
Just open a template preview, pick a saved brand kit from the sidebar, and watch the buttons, headings and labels update instantly to match your style. Once it looks right, click Choose Template and you’re ready to build.
How to use it:

The Email Builder now has an Inbox Preview feature that shows you exactly how your email will look in real inboxes, like Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, instead of a generic mockup.
You can generate previews for several email clients at once and compare them side by side, so you catch weird spacing or dark mode glitches before you hit send, not after.
How to use it:

Email Marketing just got three new AI helpers. The AI Editor uses your Brand Board to draft and refine copy right from a conversation, so your emails sound like you without starting from a blank page.
Email Sequences can build a full multi-step email journey from a single goal you give it, and AI-Powered A/B Testing creates and tests content variations automatically, optimizing based on opens or clicks.
Basically, you get a writing partner and a testing lab built right into your email tool.
Email Builder now has dedicated Mobile View Controls, so you can adjust spacing, typography and alignment just for mobile without messing up your desktop design.
Make buttons full-width, adjust padding, and tweak how images and social icons lay out so your emails actually look good on a small screen, not just a big one.
How to use it:

The builder for Forms, Surveys and Quizzes now flags configuration issues and validation errors in real time, showing them in a dedicated modal when you hit save.
It’ll also proactively call out common slip-ups, like placeholder URLs or payment elements left in test mode. A new Insights tab gives you a quick summary of your active logic rules, custom fields and notification settings, so you can double-check everything before you publish.
How to use it:

The Form, Survey & Quiz Builder now has a single Integrate tab that brings together embedding, sharing, email and workflow connections in one spot, so you’re not hopping between menus.
You can preview embeds live, generate and customize QR codes, drop forms right into your email templates, and check or build connected workflows without ever leaving the builder.
How to use it:

Forms and Surveys can now trigger conditional logic based on which specific products someone picks. Think redirect URLs, custom messages, lead disqualification or showing/hiding fields based on their exact selection.
You can also show or hide specific product variants inside the Sell Products element, so your order form adapts on the fly based on earlier answers.
How to use it:

Forms & Surveys now offer Automatic Taxes, calculating tax right from the customer’s address entered in the native Address element, so you’re not doing that math yourself.
You can also rename address labels (like “Shipping Address”) and turn on a Billing Address section that mirrors the primary address fields, complete with a handy “Same as Shipping Address” checkbox for a quicker checkout.
How to use it:

This is an early-access feature you can switch on in Labs. Video Analytics gives you a real look at how people watch your course videos, with views, watch time, retention heatmaps and finish rates.
A completion funnel points out exactly where viewers drop off, and AI insights turn that data into plain-language summaries with suggestions to improve retention. You’ll even see mini-stats right in the lesson editor once a video starts picking up views.
How to use it:

No more being stuck with one free or paid price for your whole community. You can now set up multiple membership tiers, each bundling access to specific Private Channels, Paid Events and Courses.
Tiers can run on different billing frequencies and currencies, and members can browse, subscribe, upgrade or downgrade on their own. Whatever tier someone’s on, they automatically get the content that comes with it.
How to use it:

You now have finer control over how private community channels show up and who can get in. Set a channel to Visible (shows the description but keeps content locked), Hidden, Free (request access) or Paid (join directly through checkout).
This makes it easier for members to discover your premium content, while cutting down on the manual work of approving access one by one.
How to use it:

Your community members can now earn badges automatically, just for showing up and engaging. Think joining the community for the first time, or hitting a quarterly streak of posts and likes.
Members get a heads-up as they get close to earning a badge and a notification when they do, and they get to pick which badge shows next to their name in the feed and comments.
It’s a nice little way to make engagement feel rewarding without you having to track any of it by hand.
How to use it:

Community admins and owners can now set up a personalized, automated welcome DM for new members, complete with media and dynamic tokens so it feels custom rather than canned.
You can also set up to five required onboarding steps, like updating a profile or posting a video introduction, which show up as an interactive “Get Started” checklist right on the new member’s feed.

The new Client Portal AI App Builder lets you design your web portal and branded mobile app just by chatting about what you want it to look like.
Instead of clicking through separate branding, navigation and onboarding settings, you describe the vibe and AI updates your colors, fonts, logos and navigation across both web and mobile.
You can watch changes happen in real time, keep refining through the chat, and publish both your web and mobile experience from one place.
The AI App Builder can now design and code full Client Portal pages just from a conversation. Describe your business and the member experience you want, and it’ll generate working pages for courses, communities and shared files in your chosen design system.
You can keep refining things through chat or visual edits in real time, then publish across up to ten custom domains when it’s ready.
Client portals built with AI can now turn member submissions, like bookings or applications, straight into custom objects in your CRM. No more manually recreating that data structure yourself.
Client Portal AI maps out the fields and dropdowns you need, but nothing gets created until you review and approve the plan. Each object gets its own portal page so members can see their records, and you can even attach invoices for payment.
How to use it:

Clients can now book and manage service appointments right from the Appointments section of the Client Portal, no separate booking link needed.
Once they pick a service and time, their info auto-fills, and they can reschedule or cancel eligible bookings themselves based on your calendar settings. One less thing for you to handle manually.
How to use it:

Submitting an AI Branded Mobile App just got a lot faster. A new AI review checks your privacy policy, app description and carousel images instantly, flagging anything that’s off before you even submit.
Once everything checks out, your app goes straight to store setup. What used to take days now takes seconds, so you can get live a whole lot sooner.

This is an early-access feature you can switch on in Labs. The new Discover section turns your Client Portal into a browsable storefront where learners can find, filter and buy your courses, offers and communities directly.
You choose which items show up in Discover, and learners can filter by price, language, difficulty or topic tags. Clicking a course or offer card takes them straight to checkout, so there’s nothing standing between interest and purchase.
How to use it:

Meeting Room brings video calls right into FG Funnels, with calendar integration, recordings and AI-powered summaries built in. You can host an instant meeting, set up a permanent personal room, or have unique links generated automatically for calendar appointments, no third-party video tool needed.
Every meeting gets a recording with speaker-labeled transcripts, plus an intelligent summary covering key takeaways and action items so you don’t have to rewatch the whole thing.
How to use it:

Running a workshop or group coaching call? You can now split Meeting Room participants into up to 100 smaller breakout groups for focused, independent conversations.
Assign people manually or let FGF do it automatically, hop between rooms, send a message to everyone at once, and control recording and transcription separately for each room.
How to use it:

You can now set up A/B tests within Workflows, splitting contacts evenly across up to 10 different paths to see what actually performs best.
Pick your winning criteria—email activity, appointments, tags or payments—and once the test wraps up, new contacts automatically get routed to the winning path. No more guessing which version works.
How to use it:

Workflow Maps gives you a visual, automatically generated map of every workflow, folder and connected asset (like tags, forms and custom fields) in your account, all in one view.
Instead of clicking in and out of individual workflows to piece together how things connect, you can now see the whole picture: which form triggers which workflow, which then applies a tag that kicks off another one. It makes understanding, managing and troubleshooting your automations a whole lot easier, without having to draw anything out yourself.
How to use it:

Ever wonder exactly how a contact moved through your automations? Now you can search for them directly inside Workflow Maps and see their journey across multiple workflows over the last 60 days.
You’ll get their full enrollment history and a timeline showing where they finished, where they’re currently sitting and waiting, or where something went wrong, all in one visual trace.
How to use it:

Workflow Maps now pulls all your workflow errors into one place, so you can see broken automations across your entire account at a glance instead of hunting through each workflow individually.
Workflows with recent errors get flagged with a badge. You can inspect exactly which step failed, jump straight into the builder to fix it, and get back to business without digging around.
How to use it:

The new Workflow Canvas lets you view a workflow alongside every workflow it’s linked to, laid out as one connected sequence.
That’s a big time-saver when you’re trying to trace a multi-step journey, like lead capture flowing into qualification and then into booking, since you can see the handoffs and shared assets that tie it all together in one place.
How to use it:

Workflow Maps now has its own built-in AI assistant you can talk to in plain language to help analyze, troubleshoot and organize your account.
Ask it to explain what a workflow does, filter the map down to what you’re looking for, reorganize folders, or even request new workflow builds and edits. It’s like having a second set of hands for untangling complex automation setups.
How to use it:

New to Workflow Maps? You’ll now get an interactive guided onboarding walking you through the basics as you explore, along with context-aware prompts along the way.
There’s also a dedicated resource hub with step-by-step walkthroughs, cheatsheets and FAQs, handy for anything from tracing a contact’s journey to troubleshooting an error.
How to use it:

You can now kick off FG Funnels workflows straight from activity in Google Sheets. Four new premium triggers let you start follow-ups, lead intake or monthly reporting the moment a new spreadsheet is created, a new tab is added, or a row is added or updated.
How to use it:

You can now kick off workflows directly from Slack with five new premium triggers. They respond to direct messages to your bot, channel joins, app mentions, new channel messages and emoji reactions, so you can automatically route requests, welcome new teammates and manage feedback without having to watch channels yourself.
How to use it:

This one’s a big time-saver for anyone sitting on a list of old leads or stalled deals. You can now launch bulk AI Campaigns that let a Conversation AI agent do the reactivation work for you.
This is an early-access feature you switch on in Labs. Pick a segment or Smart List, choose how it sends (right away, scheduled or drip), and let the AI handle the first outreach and follow-ups.
When someone replies, the agent smoothly takes over the live conversation, handles objections and even books the appointment.
How to use it:
You can now text the people connected to a Custom Object or Company record straight from a workflow, instead of handling it manually. Just pick which relationship, like Customer or Owner, should receive the message.
Custom value pickers let you blend record-level details with contact-level fields, so renewal reminders, account updates and follow-ups feel personal rather than generic. This is an early-access feature you enable in Labs.
How to use it:

You can now search your entire Conversations inbox, or just one thread, for a word, phrase, name, email or phone number. No more scrolling back through weeks of messages to find that one quote you sent.
Matches get highlighted with a preview count, and you can filter by date, channel, direction or owner to narrow things down fast.
How to use it:

The Contact Info action in Conversation AI now understands option-based custom fields, so when a customer replies, the agent can correctly match their answer to a radio, checkbox or dropdown selection.
The system checks the response against the field’s available options automatically and updates the contact record accordingly, including fields that allow multiple selections.
How to use it:

Conversation AI bots understand natural time references like “tomorrow” or “today” based on exactly when the message was sent, not some generic default.
They also correctly handle daylight saving shifts and month changes, block past or double-booked slots, and calculate business hours using your actual local timezone.

The “Test your agent” feature now shows rich elements and supports outbound testing, so you can see exactly how a conversation will look across different channels before going live.
Check channel-specific formatting for buttons, lists and images, and even trigger a test of the initial outbound message, all without risking a real contact.
How to use it:

Conversation AI agents can respond with more than plain text now, think quick replies, lists, link buttons, images and files, on channels like WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Live Chat.
This is an early-access feature, so you’ll need to turn it on in Labs first. Once enabled, you choose which elements to allow and set rules for when the agent should use them.
How to use it:

Conversation AI bots can now tap into external tools mid-conversation through Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, basically a way for the bot to call on outside apps and services, alongside your Knowledge Base and Workflows.
This is an early-access feature in Labs. Once turned on, you can connect over 40 ready-made apps or your own custom MCP URLs, pick which tools the bot can use, and tell it exactly when to use them.
How to use it:

Your Conversation AI agent can now reach out first instead of just waiting for a reply. Based on triggers like a form submission, a missed call or a deal moving stages, it kicks off a personalized opening message on its own.
This is an early-access feature you turn on in Labs. Once set up, the agent follows a schedule to check back in and can pause or pivot the conversation depending on how the person responds.
How to use it:

This is an early-access feature you can switch on in Labs. Conversation AI agents in Auto-Pilot mode can now detect, confirm and book appointments using the contact’s actual time zone.
The agent asks where the contact is before showing available times, saves that time zone to their contact record for next time, and falls back to your business time zone if they’d rather not share.
How to use it:

Setting up a Conversation AI agent used to mean clicking through a lot of settings. Now you can just describe what you want in plain language, or start from one of 9 ready-made templates, and let Build with AI do the heavy lifting.
It automatically sets up outbound triggers, inbound channels, working hours, booking actions, hand-off rules and the knowledge base for you. You can still fine-tune anything afterward with simple chat instructions. This is an early-access feature you turn on in Labs.
How to use it:
The Chat Widget now has its own Insights tab with a full dashboard built from your existing chat data.
Track the conversion funnel from widget loads all the way to leads created, keep an eye on KPIs like open rates and satisfaction, and watch engagement and sentiment trends over time. Filter by widget or date range, and click any number to drill into the records behind it.
How to use it:

You can now swap the plain chat prompt for a Video Avatar, a short muted video on loop that sits next to your sticky chat launcher. Visitors can unmute it, pause it or shrink it down to a thumbnail.
You’re in control of the playback too, including whether visitors can dismiss it and how long to wait before showing it again.
How to use it:

Live Chat workflows and Conversation AI agents can now send interactive button cards to visitors, which makes routing and quick support a lot smoother than typing everything out.
You can include an optional image alongside up to five buttons, each one either opening an external link or sending the conversation down a specific workflow branch.
If a visitor doesn’t respond in time, you can set up a timeout branch so the conversation keeps moving instead of stalling out.
How to use it:

You can now connect and manage your Conversation AI agents directly inside the Live Chat and All-in-One widget builders, no need to bounce between different settings screens.
A new Agent tab shows which agent is connected and under what conditions, so you can swap agents, remove a connection or assign a new one in just a couple of clicks.
How to use it:
Managed Agent instructions can now pull in your sub-account’s custom values and business profile details, so one agent template can work across multiple sub-accounts with the right local links and inboxes automatically filled in.
If a needed value is missing, you’ll get an alert before publishing, so your agents always have the right data.
How to use it:
Managed Agents can now hold onto conversation memory, so they remember a user’s preferences and don’t start from scratch every time. They also save completed task steps as reusable procedures, so repeat requests get answered faster.
You’re always in control: the new Memory tab lets you view, edit or delete any saved facts or procedures for each user.

Managed Agents can now be triggered from any outside system using an inbound webhook, which is just a web address that other apps can send data to. The agent gets its own unique URL that accepts JSON, form data, XML, plain text or file uploads, and whatever comes in becomes the agent’s first message.
This means you can connect tools like Make, Zapier, Shopify or your own custom code directly to an agent, no extra middleware or manual field mapping required.
How to use it:

Managed Agents can now pause for minutes, hours or days and pick right back up with full context of the conversation. You can tell the AI builder to wait a set amount of time, time a follow-up around an appointment, or set rules for when to stop.
The system handles all of this on its own, even adjusting schedules if an appointment moves or canceling the wait if it gets deleted.
How to use it:

A new Agent Health dashboard keeps an eye on your Voice and Conversations AI agents by actually reviewing recent real calls and chats. You can set up scheduled monitoring so you always know how your agents are trending.
If an agent starts slipping, Self Healing steps in. It uses the Prompt Optimizer to build and test a better prompt, then shows you the results and exactly what changed before you decide to apply it.
Instead of cramming everything into one giant prompt, you can now design multi-purpose chatbots on a visual canvas that routes conversations to the right specialist agent for the job.
Each agent in the flow can have its own instructions and tools, like web search, appointment booking or custom messaging, and you can add branching, waits and bot transfers to handle real conversations.
Not sure where to start? You can describe what you want in plain text and let AI draft or edit the flow for you.
How to use it:

The agent log detail page got a cleaner redesign, making it easier to navigate between conversations, timelines and the finer details of what happened during a session.
The header now clearly shows which AI product was involved and the key actions it took, and you can click any action to jump straight to that step in the timeline, no more scrolling around to find it.

The metrics page in Agent Logs now lets you set up your dashboard the way you want it, using a pre-built template or starting from a blank canvas.
Add, rearrange or remove widgets to track activity, outcomes and performance across your agents, channels and AI products, and build custom metrics for whatever specific data points matter most to you.
How to use it:

Agent Logs now has a Monitor tab so you can see whether your AI agents are actually hitting the numbers you care about, like how many leads they’re converting or calls they’re handling in a given stretch of time.
You set the target, pick a time window, and choose which AI product to watch. If things start slipping, you’ll get an email or webhook alert so you can jump in before it becomes a problem.
How to use it:

Managed Agents get access to a dedicated computer environment, meaning they can browse websites, organize files and run terminal scripts right inside a conversation.
Don’t worry, nothing risky happens without your okay. The agent needs explicit approval before it submits a form, makes a payment, publishes content or exports data from your workspace.
How to use it:

Managed Agents can now break a complex job into smaller pieces and hand them off to specialized subagents working in parallel.
The main agent reads your plain-language prompt and delegates focused tasks, like looking up data or updating specific records, to subagents that carry minimal context.
This keeps things accurate and efficient, especially for long, multi-step workflows that span several apps.
How to use it:
Managed Agents now get their own dedicated, isolated machine instead of sharing resources, which makes everything feel faster and more reliable.
Each agent can now run 8 to 10 browser tabs at once, so it can juggle multiple tasks at the same time without tripping over itself. Logins are kept secure, and taking manual control is smoother than before.
Agent Studio’s Managed Agents section has a redesigned, unified workspace with three panels: your agent list on the left, a chat and log view in the middle, and configuration and publishing controls on the right. This is an early-access feature, so you’ll need to switch it on in Labs to try it out.
Creating agents is also easier now, with natural language prompts and automatically generated avatars to get you started faster.
How to use it:
Ask AI can generate, edit and analyze formatted documents, PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets and presentations, all built to match your brand guidelines.
Before handing anything over, an internal reviewer checks the content and formatting for accuracy. You can keep refining it through conversation, or even schedule reports to generate on a recurring basis.
Ask AI now lets you create dedicated project workspaces so related conversations, files and instructions all live together instead of getting scattered across chats.
Each project can have its own rules, brand voice guidelines and reference files, and its memory stays separate from your other conversations. That means Ask AI stays sharp and on-brand no matter which project you’re working in.
How to use it:
You can now reach your Ask AI assistant through a phone call or text message, and it keeps the conversation going across channels like one continuous thread.
Away from your desk? Ask it to look up a contact, check your calendar, kick off a workflow or pull up a detail, and everything logs securely in a new Dispatch tab so you can review it later.
How to use it:

Ask AI conversations on WhatsApp now handle more than plain text. You can send voice messages, images and documents for the assistant to analyze.
It’ll also respond with formatted results instead of a wall of text, and can even generate audio or video right inside your WhatsApp chat.

For more complex requests, Ask AI can automatically break the work into smaller pieces and hand them off to specialized subagents that work in parallel.
These subagents research and analyze in a secure, sandboxed space—querying data and browsing pages—then combine everything into one validated plan. You get a clear summary to approve before anything actually runs.
Speech-to-speech Voice AI agents can now reach for tools, like Google Calendar, Stripe or a custom MCP server, live during a call instead of just talking through things.
You add these apps right in the agent builder, tell the agent when it should use each tool, and review exactly what happened with detailed tool call statuses in your test transcripts.
It’s a solid step toward agents that can actually take action, not just answer questions.
How to use it:

Voice AI agents can now pick up incoming WhatsApp calls, either as the main answer or as a backup when your team isn’t available.
For each WhatsApp number, you choose how it should be handled: ring your team only, go straight to Voice AI, or ring your team first and transfer to Voice AI if no one picks up in time.
It’s a flexible way to make sure WhatsApp callers always get a response, even after hours.
How to use it:

Editing a live Voice AI agent used to mean changes went live right away, which is risky if a caller is mid-conversation. Now you can make and test changes in a draft first.
You get full version history, tools to compare prompts and configurations side by side, and the ability to publish or roll back to any previous version with one click.
This one’s an early-access feature you can switch on in Labs.
How to use it:

You can now add retail products straight to a service appointment, so the service, the product and the payment all land on one combined total instead of being handled separately.
Inventory updates automatically as you add or remove items, and you can still tweak the price for a specific appointment without messing with your global catalog.
How to use it:

Want more detail than just “Pending” or “Completed”? You can now create custom statuses to track exactly where a booking stands, grouped under those core states.
This is an early-access feature you’ll need to switch on in Labs. The custom labels won’t touch your calendar blocking rules or notifications, so everything still works the way it does today.
How to use it:

You can now verify email addresses as part of the Contact Import process, catching bad addresses before they ever hit a campaign.
Just check a new box on the final step of import to turn on verification. It’s an easy way to keep your list clean, cut down on bounces and protect your sender reputation without reaching for a separate tool.
How to use it:

You can now build Smart Lists based on what a contact is connected to, whether that’s a specific Company, Pet, Policy or anything else you track as a related record.
On top of filtering, you can display those associations as their own columns in your list view, labeled by relationship, which makes it much easier to scan and understand your accounts at a glance.
Primary Company relationships are now clearly separated from other custom company links, so you always know which connection is the main one.
How to use it:
You can now create custom folders, including nested subfolders, to organize documents at the individual contact level. No more scrolling through one long list to find the file you need.
Files can be moved between folders without re-uploading, so building a tidy, structured workspace for each contact takes just a few clicks.
System folders are protected from accidental deletion, and anything you delete from your own custom folders sits in the trash for 60 days before it’s gone for good, so there’s room for an oops.
How to use it:

You can now label exactly how a contact relates to a company, with custom tags like “Employee,” “Decision maker” or “Billing contact,” instead of one generic connection.
Because the same person can hold multiple roles, you can keep things accurate even when someone wears more than one hat. And from the Companies list, you can use these labels to build targeted, deduplicated email audiences based on who’s responsible for what.
How to use it:
A contact can now belong to multiple companies at once without messing up their required Primary Company setting. Handy for consultants, business owners, or shared finance contacts who genuinely work with more than one account.
Just create a custom association label, like “Employer/Employee,” and set it to allow Many Companies. Your automatic system links and merge fields will still stick to the primary company, so nothing gets confused behind the scenes.
How to use it:
This is an early-access feature you can turn on in Labs. As you type in the Add Company panel, it now scans for matching names and domains, even catching close variations like “Tesla Inc” vs. “Tesla, Inc.”
If something similar already exists, you’ll get a prompt to open that record instead, so you don’t end up with scattered, duplicate company profiles down the line.
How to use it:
We’ve cleaned up how your media library loads files from Google Drive and Canva. A glitch that could cause files to loop or load out of order is now fixed.
Your imported images and assets show up faster and in the right chronological order, so your media library stays organized and easy to dig through.
Media Storage now shows a detailed view for every file, including the file type, size, dimensions and a copyable File ID. You can also add descriptions, alt-text for images, and up to 15 tags per file to keep things organized.
Best part: the search bar now understands tags too, so you can actually find that one file buried in your library instead of scrolling forever.
How to use it:
You’re no longer limited to direct file links when importing into Media Storage. Paste in any webpage URL, like a blog post or landing page, and the system scans it for every image, video, audio file and PDF it can find.
You’ll get a selectable grid to preview everything and bulk import exactly what you need in one go.
How to use it:

The Brand Board’s Typography tab now covers a full text hierarchy, titles, subtitles, headings, section headers, quotes, body text and captions.
Set the font, weight, size and line height for each style one time, and that consistent look will carry across more platform builders as they roll out.
How to use it:
If you’ve already connected Facebook Pages and linked Instagram professional accounts through your integrations, they’ll now show up automatically in Social Planner, no need to authenticate the same accounts twice.
The planner also clearly shows permission statuses, so you’ll know right away if an account needs to be refreshed or reconnected for publishing or insights.
How to use it:
Social Planner events, like approvals, rejections, scheduling, publishing or failed posts, can now kick off Workflows automatically. Filter by category, platform, post status, post type, social account or tags to get as specific as you need.
This is a great way to set up team notifications for failed posts, so your approval process runs itself instead of needing someone to watch over it.
How to use it:

Comments on your Social Planner posts now flow straight into the Conversations Team Inbox, right next to your SMS, emails and DMs. Each comment starts its own thread, complete with the original post for context.
New commenters are automatically added as contacts, so nothing slips through the cracks. Your team can reply publicly or move the conversation into a direct message, all without leaving the inbox.
How to use it:

Your affiliates can now bring on sub-affiliates even beyond the commission tiers you’ve set up for a campaign, so your network can keep growing without running into artificial walls.
Commission eligibility is counted backward from whoever made the sale, so payouts still stay within the limits you’ve defined. This applies automatically, no need to touch your existing commission settings.

Affiliate Manager activity is now part of your existing Audit Logs, so admins can easily see what changed, who changed it, and when, across campaigns, affiliates and customers.
Entries are written in plain, human-readable language with filters to match, making it much easier to track down commission discrepancies or review a campaign adjustment without digging through multiple screens.
Affiliate Manager now automatically catches failed or denied PayPal payouts and lists them in a dedicated Failed tab, so you’re no longer left guessing why an affiliate didn’t get paid.
Account owners can check the failure details and hit Retry Payment to send it back to Approved for Payout for another go, giving you full control over the process without needing backend support.

The QR Code builder now connects with your location’s Brand Board and global custom colors right in its color pickers.
That means you can quickly grab your saved, on-brand colors for the background, dots, marker borders and rim content during the Color & Shape step—no more typing in color codes by hand.
How to use it:

Dynamic QR codes can now have usage limits and expiry rules, so you can create a one-time-use code or restrict access to specific dates and times without reprinting the physical code.
The QR builder also got a redesign with a cleaner side navigation rail, and your QR codes list now shows clear status badges letting you know at a glance whether a code’s restrictions are active or if it’s expired.

Your Profile and Business Card QR Codes just got a lot more polished. You can now customize colors, add a cover image, drop in custom links and icons, and show off a proper “Save Contact” button.
There’s also a built-in Exchange Contact form, so when someone shares their info, it automatically creates a new record for them in your CRM. No manual entry needed.
How to use it:

No more manually building and mapping QR codes for your bookings. You can now create them right inside Calendars, Services and Rentals, and they’ll automatically point to the correct booking page.
Each code comes with built-in insights too, so you can see total scans and the last time it was used, then tweak the design or download it without ever opening the QR Code Builder.
How to use it:

QR Code Analytics just got a lot more useful. Beyond total and unique scans, you can now see device type, browser and geographic breakdowns, right down to country, state and city.
This makes it easier to spot patterns, like whether most scans are happening on mobile or where your campaign is actually resonating, so you can fine-tune your landing pages accordingly.
Good news if you’ve been running QR codes for a while: this data is available retroactively for every scan recorded since August 28, 2024.
How to use it:

Picking dashboard widgets used to involve a bit of guesswork. Now there’s a visual Widget Gallery with real-time previews and plain-language descriptions for every widget available.
It’s searchable, filterable by module, and even recommends widgets based on your account activity, making it a lot easier to build dashboards and reports that actually make sense.
How to use it:

The Dashboard Summary AI can now review every widget on your dashboard and generate a module-by-module insight report you can pin right onto the dashboard as its own widget.
It refreshes automatically each day or whenever you change date ranges, flags critical metrics or missing data, and gives you one-click prompt chips to adjust the style, length or focus without typing a thing.
How to use it:

You can now send forms as actual WhatsApp Flows, so leads fill out things like lead qualification, onboarding or event registration without ever leaving the chat or getting bounced to a browser.
Pick an existing form or build a new one with a live preview, and every submission automatically maps to the right contact in your CRM under Forms > Submissions.
How to use it:

WhatsApp marketing templates now support horizontal carousels with up to 10 swipeable cards, each with its own image, video, text and up to two buttons.
That means you can showcase several products or offers in one template, and it still counts as just one marketing message for Meta billing and your per-customer messaging limits.
How to use it:
WhatsApp calls can now be automatically recorded and transcribed right into your Conversations inbox, so you’ve got a searchable record alongside the rest of your messages with that customer.
The transcript even detects the language being spoken, and callers hear a consent announcement in their language before recording starts, so you’re covered there too.
How to use it:
No more starting your WhatsApp templates from a blank page. There’s now a library of 52 pre-built marketing and utility templates covering things like appointment reminders and promotions, built for specific industries.
They’re available in six languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, French and German, and structured in a way that’s already optimized to get approved by Meta. You can still customize everything and preview it live before you submit.
How to use it:

If you’re using a custom email domain for Reputation, your review request emails now show your configured sender name right next to the email address, exactly how it’s set up in your Reputation settings.
This keeps your outreach looking consistent and makes it obvious to clients who’s actually asking for that review, which helps your requests get noticed instead of ignored.
Reviews AI Agents just got more customizable. You can now fine-tune your brand voice, set quality guardrails to steer clear of risky language, and automatically flag sensitive reviews for a human to approve before anything goes out.
There’s also a live response preview, so you can test how your agent responds to positive, neutral and negative reviews before it ever goes live.

You now have much finer control over what gets pulled in when importing from HubSpot. You can filter by “Created Date” or “Last Modified Date” for Contacts, Deals, Companies and Tasks.
The filters support exact dates, relative ranges and nested AND/OR logic, so you can target specific segments or limit your import to just the records that changed recently—across all your selected objects at once.
How to use it:

Typing out long prompts on your phone isn’t always fun. Now you can just tap the microphone icon in Ask AI and speak your request instead.
You’ll see a live waveform while you talk, and your words show up as editable text in the composer, so you can tweak it before hitting send.
Calling on the FG Funnels mobile app just got a major overhaul, covering your call logs, dialpad, in-call screen and contact call details.
Tap any call in Recents to expand it right there in the list, play recordings, check dispositions, or jump into notes, tags and messaging without leaving the screen.
You’ll also find dedicated Missed call filters, in-call actions like Notes and Tasks, an easier way to do warm or blind transfers and a cleaner, redesigned dialpad.
How to use it:
Ask AI on the mobile app now supports full two-way voice conversations. Just tap the microphone, speak your question, and the assistant talks back out loud, with the text highlighting in real time so you can follow along.
You can even jump in and interrupt mid-sentence for a more natural back-and-forth. Handy when you’re on the move and typing just isn’t practical.
If you run a Shopify store, FG Funnels now pulls key purchase details straight into your contact records automatically. Think lifetime value, total orders, last order date and tax-exempt status, all without manual field mapping.
Once that data is on the contact, you can use it right away in Smart Lists and Workflows. Segment your best buyers, flag wholesale customers or branch an automation based on what someone’s actually purchased.
How to use it:

Selling products with multiple variants can get confusing when prices vary. Now you get to choose exactly how that’s shown on your Product List and Featured Products elements.
Pick from a simple Minimum Price, a Price Range like “$39 – $79,” or a Starting At label with your own prefix text, such as “From $39.” It’s a small tweak that makes your store feel a lot more polished.
How to use it:

Your Product List Page now supports both horizontal and vertical layouts for sorting and filtering, so you can design it to match your store’s style.
You also get real-time previews while building, more styling control over text, borders and checkboxes, and a price filter that automatically updates based on what’s actually in your catalog.
On top of that, prices, discounts and compare-at rates now wrap cleanly instead of overlapping, across Product Lists, Featured Products, Related Products and Upsell cards.

No more needing custom code to make your product cards look the way you want. A new unified Product Card Customization section gives you control over image borders, shadows, image ratios and hover effects like image swap and zoom.
You can also set product info alignment, card padding and spacing independently across desktop, tablet and mobile, so your store looks great no matter the screen.

Your customers can now save up to 10 shipping addresses to their account, which means quicker, one-click checkouts the next time they shop with you.
Returning logged-in customers will see their default address pre-filled automatically, with the option to pick another or save a new one right from checkout.
There’s also a new Profile tab in the Customer Access Center for managing addresses, plus some gentle nudges for guest shoppers to log in and new styling controls for you as the merchant.

Your Product Details element has been broken apart into 11 separate pieces, like images, title, price, variants, quantity, add to cart, description, reviews and more.
Now you can drag each one anywhere on the page, style it individually with its own typography, spacing and borders, and even hide it on certain devices if you don’t need it there.
Existing product pages stay on the classic layout until you choose to upgrade, and your quick-view modal automatically picks up any new styling you apply.
How to use it:
You can now set up Workflows that fire based on what shoppers do before they even buy, like viewing a product or adding something to their cart, across Shopify and FG Funnels stores.
Browsing is tracked anonymously at first, then automatically linked to the contact record once that shopper identifies themselves at checkout or login.
Filter these triggers by product, cart value or duration to send well-timed follow-up emails and texts to people who are already showing interest.
How to use it:

We’ve made the Google Merchant Center integration faster and more transparent, with smaller batch processing and fewer rate-limiting hiccups, even for large catalogs.
You can now see eligible product and price counts right during link setup or a forced sync. Non-critical warnings won’t block you from finishing setup, and inactive locations get safely skipped during bulk installs.
This also now works for funnel stores, not just website stores, so more of you can take advantage of it.
You can now preview and interact with your actual product data right inside the Store Builder, so you know exactly what customers will see before you hit publish.
A new Live Preview toggle lets you switch between dummy data and your real inventory across product lists, product details and cart pages, so you can test variant selection, cart additions and navigation just like a shopper would.
How to use it:
Contacts synced from a connected WooCommerce store now get automatically enriched with purchase history, right inside your CRM. Seven new fields, including lifetime value and total orders, update every time someone makes a qualifying purchase.
You can use these fields right away as Smart List filters or Workflow branching conditions, making it easy to segment customers and trigger follow-up campaigns based on what they’ve actually bought.
How to use it:

Order Fulfilled automations just got a lot more useful. Each Shopify shipment now triggers its own notification listing only the items in that shipment, so partial fulfillments are handled naturally instead of causing confusing or duplicate messages.
You’ve also got new custom values to pull into emails and workflows, like fulfilled quantity, product names, tracking URLs, Order ID and Billing Address. Combine those with better trigger filters for product collections, order tags and shipment details, and you can build fulfillment messages that actually feel personal.
