Inbound Call/SMS DND

• Users will now be able to enable Inbound DND on specific contacts to avoid call and message interruptions.
• No new calls or messages from DND contacts will be forwarded or displayed in conversations.
• Audit Logs will keep track of user actions related to Inbound DND for transparency and accountability.
• The conversations section clearly indicates DND contacts for easy identification and unblocking.

Workflows

Option To Run Workflow In The Contact’s Timezone

• How does it work?
  • We’ve added a timezone select in the workflow settings page with options Account Timezone and Contact timezone
  • It will impact all time-based workflow executions, like wait steps and time window executions
• What are the business Use Cases?
  • Global Coverage: Now it is possible to send communications in the correct timezone for contacts in all countries
  • Drip Marketing: We can run drip marketing for a global audience with sure that everyone will receive the emails at an appropriate time in their timezone
  • Birthday or Anniversary Messages: We can send personalized messages for customers and they will receive these wishes at the start of their special day, no matter where they are located

Payments

Track Audit Logs For Refunds

• Refund actions processed will now be available under Settings -> Audit Logs
• Logs will capture all failed as well as successful full/partial refunds processed within an account
• This will make it easy to keep track of any amount that was refunded back to the customers and the user who refunded it
• The details will capture the refund status, notes, the business user who performed the refund, type of refund along with other details

• New Feature:
  • Review Widget Internationalisation. Review Widget is now available in Spanish and German.
• Enhancements: –
  • DND implementation of Review Requests.

Conversation Sorting

• The CRM team is excited to announce that we have rolled out additional sort options for the conversations page.
• This feature is currently live under Labs with the line item: “Conversation Sorting”
• Why?
  • If our users are going through conversations while automation is running, the conversations view used to get disrupted with new messages getting listed at the top. This leads to users spending extra effort to find the messages that need immediate attention or completely missing out on important messages.
• What’s New;
  • Introduction of new sort options called “Manual Messages”. Available for both the latest & oldest.
  • Selecting the sort option “Manual message latest/oldest”, will prevent the conversation view from getting disrupted with automated messages.
  • The sort options will work for messages from 18th May onwards.
  • Users can now choose among the four available options:
    • Latest – All messages
    • Oldest – All messages
    • Latest – Manual messages
    • Oldest – Manual messages
  • Latest/Oldest – All messages will continue to work as it is.
  • For now, the default sort option will continue to remain “latest – all messages”.

Beta: Now Available To Preview/Test In Labs

The following updates are not live by default in your FG Funnels account, but will be soon. Until then, you can preview them by enabling the features in Settings -> Labs within your account.

New Funnel & Website Builder

• We are excited to announce the Phase 1 & 2 updates for the brand new funnel builder being LIVE in Labs! This has been the most voted item for funnels and websites, and we are proud to deliver it to our users.
• Note: This release is covering just Phase 1 and 2 of the Funnel/Website builder revamp. Phase 3 and 4 are coming soon with more advanced designs and functionalities.
• What’s new with this update?
  • We have given the interface a complete makeover, focusing on aesthetics and usability. The new design offers a clean and intuitive layout, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable funnel building experience.
  • All the elements, columns, section are structured and can be added from left side
  • We have introduced a new Layers feature which will give you complete control over the organization and arrangement of your funnel elements. It will also show the visibilities of different elements in mobile and desktop view.
  • We have introduced the brand new sticky text editor which is more intuitive.
• How can I use it ?
  • Go to Settings in the left menu, and then go to Labs.
  • Scroll down to “Brand New Funnel/Website Builder”.
  • Turn on the toggle switch for the new funnel/website builder.
  • Go to your funnel/website builder and you will now be able to use the new builder.
• How will this impact my old funnels and websites?
  • Old funnels can be viewed and edited in the new builder without any change.
  • All the new funnels/websites built in new builder can still be viewed in the old builder by toggling the setting back off under Settings -> Labs.
  • Any custom code, forms, surveys added to your old funnels will remain as it is and will work properly in new builder as well.
• Why is all of this important?
  • We are planning lot of brand new features which can be added and accessed very easily with the new builder.
  • The old builder is not properly structured and takes time for a new user to get accustomed.
  • We are focusing on reducing funnel building time. This new design and structure will help us do that.
• What should I do if I have feedback or questions about the new builder?
  • Please go to the Labs page and submit feedback to the developers so that our team can fix it as soon as possible.

New Appointment List View

• This feature is available in Labs. To start using the new Appointment List view, users will have to enable this in Labs first.
• About this release:
  • We have introduced design enhancements to the appointment list page, resulting in a cleaner and more streamlined view of the appointment listings. These changes not only improve the visual presentation but also include fixes to the Filters and Sort options, enhancing usability and providing a better overall experience for users.
  • We have also implemented a robust security measure to enhance data privacy. Previously, anyone with a calendar ID or user ID had the ability to view events across all locations. However, with this update, access to events is now restricted, ensuring that only authorised users can view the events associated with their specific location. This additional security measure provides an extra layer of protection and ensures the confidentiality of sensitive information

  • To access this feature, users will need to enable it in their Labs settings. Once enabled, the feature will be visible and accessible within the application. We encourage users to explore this feature and provide feedback as we continue to refine and enhance its functionality. Please note that as this feature is still in the experimental stage, it may undergo further improvements based on user feedback before its full release.
