Workflows

Enhancements

We’ve enhanced our backend for action executions. You can expect Improved action execution for various functionalities:

  • Send SMS
  • Send Email
  • FB Messaging
  • GMB Messaging
  • Instagram DM

We’ve made the following improvements to our Manual Actions:

  • Resolved race conditions caused by the deletion of manual actions by workflows and contacts team.
  • Manual actions will no longer be deleted directly by workflows, ensuring a more stable and reliable workflow.
  • Contacts team’s restore feature now works seamlessly with manual actions.
  • Enhance Workflow Stability and Manual Actions Management!

We’ve also enhanced our Internal Actions Configuration. This means:

  • Enhanced mapping of response data for internal actions’ configuration.
  • Common function now handles response mapping for both GET and LIST endpoints, ensuring accurate data representation.
  • Smoother Configuration Experience with Mapped Responses!

 

Live Chat Triggers and Actions

Introducing the ability to add live chat triggers and actions in workflows.

  • Go to New Trigger -> Customer Reply -> Add filter for Reply Channel -> Select Live Chat
  • The send live chat message action is now available in the workflows. Seamlessly use this action to respond to live chat messages to your end customers.

 

Text Editor UI Upgrade

We’ve Simplified the UI for preparing Email Templates using the Text Editor. Navigate to Workflows -> Select “Email” Action-> Access the “Message” section

 

Copy Contact Updates

 3 exciting updates for the Copy Contact Action is now live!

1. Toggle : Update contact if it already exists

If this is enabled and if the contact already exists in the selected account then the contact will be updated in the account. If the contact is not existing in the sub account then a new contact will be created.

  2. Add Tags to Sub Account

Organize your contacts effectively by adding multiple tags to newly copied contacts in your selected sub-account. You can choose tags from the source contact information or even create new ones manually.

  3. Skip Copy Contact if Contact does not have Email and Name

Now if a contact does not have an Email or a Name then the contact won’t be copied and will be skipped.

These features are available in the “Copy Contact” action.

 

IVR 

Added support for multiple calls

 We have added support for calling multiple people in IVR Connect Call action. This will give businesses the feasibility to make calls to multiple support specialists and if any of them picks up, other calls will get canceled.

 

Communities

Hamburger Menu and Sidebar

Introducing the Hamburger Menu for quick and easy access to essential functionalities, which has been missing from the mobile device users experience. Navigate effortlessly through the app using the SideBar for a more organized user experience.

Channel and Group Switching on Mobile

Easily switch between channels and groups with the new intuitive interface on any mobile device. Now access the Switch Channel and Group features for a seamless navigation experience on mobile devices  as well.

Mobile Native Comment Editor and Drawers Enhancements

Experience a more native feel with the Mobile Native Comment Editor for efficient comment management. Existing drawers have been enhanced and new ones added to key user interactions to provide a smoother and more responsive user experience on mobile devices.

Notification Mobile Screen Enhancement

Improved Notification screen on mobile devices for a more informative and engaging experience. Easily manage and respond to notifications with the enhanced mobile notification interface.

Upcoming Integration

Unified Bottom Navigation Bar: Soon, a consistent Bottom Navigation Bar will be integrated across all our apps, ensuring a cohesive and standardized navigation experience.

This release brings significant enhancements to the mobile user interface and overall beauty of the application for mobile devices, offering improved navigation, comment editing, and notification management. Stay tuned for the upcoming integration of a unified Bottom Navigation Bar across all our apps for a consistent user experience.

 

Payments

Restrict coupons usage to once per customer

Users would now be able to restrict the coupon code usage to only once per customer. The option is available as a checkbox of Limit to one use per customer while creating the coupon, as well as for existing coupons.

Enabling the option would not allow redemption of the coupon more than once for the same customer.

The check is disabled by default for newly created as well as existing coupons.

 

 

Coupon codes for subscription products are now live 

Users will now be able to create coupon codes applicable to one-time as well as recurring products. This is available under the Payments menu on the Coupons page. Users can limit the coupons to specific products only, or the cumulative total number of times the coupon code can be redeemed

Users also have the new option to apply the coupon code discount on future payments if it is applicable.

This means that if the above is checked, the discount will get applied to every subsequent transaction for the recurring product, whereas if it is left unchecked, it will apply only on the first payment while the customer is submitting the order form.

The subsequent charges in case the box is left unchecked will be the complete recurring price of the product

 

Calendar

Calendar Availability – Weekly Working Hours & Date-Specific Hours

In this release, we bring you two availability tools to meet all your scheduling needs — Weekly Working Hours for a regular schedule and Date Specific Hours for flexible adjustments.

With this latest update, we have replaced Standard and Custom Availability with Weekly Working Hours and Date Specific Hours. Previously, you had to choose between the two availability settings — either standard or custom availability could be set. Now, you can configure both your weekly working hours and date-specific hours simultaneously, allowing you to maintain a consistent weekly schedule while accommodating unique circumstances on specific dates.

Date Specific Hours now offer improved customization, allowing users to specify both their availability and unavailability for particular dates. This eliminates the need for blocked slots to indicate unavailability, streamlining the scheduling process.

How to Use? 

Weekly Working Hours (Formerly Standard Availability)

  • Configure your regular, recurring schedule using Weekly Working Hours.
  • Ideal for setting up default availability that repeats week after week.
  • Automatically applies the designated schedule to the mentioned days and times every week.

Date-Specific Hours (Formerly Custom Availability)

  • Customize availability or unavailability for specific dates.
  • Perfect for handling holidays, personal commitments, or exceptional circumstances.
  • Allows adjustments beyond your standard weekly schedule.

Domain Connect

Domain Connect Now Supports Seamless URL Redirects for WWW Domains 

We are excited to bring you the latest feature in our Domain Connect service. This new update introduces a user-friendly way to implement URL redirects with wildcard “*” support for www domains, making domain management even more effortless.

Domain Connect now allows users to easily set up URL redirects for entire www subdomains, streamlining the process and reducing the need for manual DNS configuration. No more wrestling with complex DNS settings for URL redirects. Our latest update simplifies this process, providing an automated solution for redirecting all subpaths from a www domain.

 

Benefits of the Enhanced Domain Connect:

  • Simplified Setup: Automates the URL redirect setup for www domains.
  • Time-Saving: Users can quickly establish desired redirects without hassle.
  • Enhanced Security: Provides a secure method for managing domain redirects.
  • Flexibility: Allows for seamless connection to various services and applications.

How It Works:

  1. Navigate to the “Domain” tab and choose “Add Domain”.
  2. Enter your root domain or subdomain.
  3. Use the toggle option if you’re including “www” to decide whether to add the root domain.
  4. Click “Next”.
  5. Upon clicking “Authorize”, the system will automatically handle DNS record creation.
  6. After authorization, return to Domain Connect.
  7. The system will have updated the necessary entries for your domain’s connection.

For domains hosted elsewhere, manual configuration is still available.

 

Email

Elevate Your Email Experience with Loom Video Support

Delighted to introduce Loom video support in our Email Builder’s Video Element, a highly requested feature with 142+ votes on our ideas dashboard. Now, seamlessly integrate Loom videos for a richer content experience!

How to use it:

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Emails and open any draft campaign or template
  2. Access and add the Video Element: Within the Email Builder, navigate to the Video Element section and drag it to your email.
  3. Choose Loom in the Video Type Option
  4. Paste Loom Video Link under the Video URL section
  5. Similarly update the desired thumbnail if you wish to change the default one added automatically with the Video URL (Please note that for older videos without a GIF version, a static thumbnail will be generated.)
  6. Update the other available styling settings.
  7. Preview the video within the email builder to ensure it aligns with your design. Embrace the power of Loom videos in your emails, and elevate your content creation experience!

Enhancements

Google Sign On Support

Sign Up with Google: Now, you can sign in and sign up effortlessly using your Google account. It’s quick and convenient.

Google Sign On Support on Communities

Google Sign In and Sign Up is also integrated with communities login modal , which make is convenient for communities user for Sign In and Sign Up

Reset Password Issue

We’ve tackled the pesky issue where many users were facing with password resets. Now, the password reset flow works like a charm.

Last Logged-In User on Top: Find the user who was last logged in at the top, making it easier to pick up where you left off.

Personal Touch: Avatars and Full Names have been added to the multiple user display, making it look more friendly and personal.

Project Dedupe Updates

  • Smart Sign-Ups: New sign-ups won’t create new contacts; they’ll use existing ones to avoid clutter.
  • No More Duplicates: Email invites for communities won’t create extra contacts. We’ve put a stop to that.
  • Ongoing Fix: We’re aware of user creation triggers from workflows and smart lists causing duplicate contacts. Don’t worry; we’re working on fixing that soon.

Optional Password and Set Password

  • We have stopped generating random password while user creation.
  • Easy Setup: For those setting a password for the first time, we’ve added a simple flow to make the process a breeze.

Firebase Integration with Common Components:

  • More Possibilities: We’ve integrated with Firebase, opening up opportunities to integrate notifications into other apps and offering a smoother mobile native profile experience.

 

Bug Fixes:

  • Client Portal Logo Fix: The default logo no longer disrupts the Sign-Up screen appearance, and it will only be visible on the Login screen after upload.
  • 404 Error: Non-logged-in users will now be seamlessly redirected to the login page or respective child apps, addressing the previous issue of being stuck on /404.
  • Syncing Contacts Name & Client Portal Name: Previously, changes made to the username in the client portal were not being reflected in contacts. This has now been resolved.

 

Communities – @everyone tag and more notifications

New Notifications

  • Post Like – Post author will now get In-App notifications when other members of the group like their post
  • Comment Like – Comment Authors will now get In-App notifications when other members like their comments

New Broadcast Mention

Group members can now notify every group member about a new post or comment by using @everyone mention. Group members will get both email and In-App notifications.

Enhancements

  • Added Support for In App notifications for the following events
  • New member requesting to join a group
  • Group joining request approved
  • Group joining request declined
  • Group joining request received
  • Paid group access revoked
  • New course available in group
  • New member joined public group

Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue of not able to delete two courses continuously from a group in certain scenarios.
  • This release brings significant enhancements to user engagement to help community owners keep the members engaged

Contacts

Contact Engagement Score in the Contact Details Page & Smartlist

Users now can see and update Engagement Scores for any contact from the conversation screen. Published score profile will come as a column. By selecting the column user can see Engagement Scores for all the contacts.

We can now import and export Engagement scores through the Import and Export feature available on the smart-list page.

A new filter bucket called “Contact Engagement Score” is also available. Users can apply filters on scores for the score profile. Available filter operators are – Score empty, Not empty, Less than, Greater than and In between.

 

Custom Values

Introducing 3 key features for Custom Values:

  • Create Folders to manage custom values
  • Add or move custom values among folders for ease of use
  • Harness the power of the Folders in all your Custom Values drop-downs

Note: Custom Values can exist without a folder
