This release includes major upgrades to Social Planner, Workflows, and Ecommerce, with expanded analytics, new triggers, platform-wide fixes, and multiple quality-of-life improvements across CRM and reporting tools.

Social Planner
URL Tracking in Statistics
You can now track link clicks and campaign performance directly inside Social Planner. This includes:
- Total click analytics
- Platform-specific breakdowns
- Campaign grouping and filtering
- Post preview with URL insights
Track ROI more effectively and skip third-party tracking tools.
How It Works:
- Create a post inside Social Planner
- Add a URL in the Post
- Give it a Campaign Name
- Publish or schedule the post
- Once the post goes live → Clicks & visits start populating automatically in Statistics
- Go to Marketing → Social Planner → Statistics → URL Tracking
- Sort, filter, and explore detailed insights

Instagram Direct Login Analytics
Instagram accounts connected via Direct Login now display metrics like:
- Posts
- Likes
- Comments
- Impressions
- Engagement trends
This closes the analytics gap for Direct Login connections.
How to Use:
Ensure your Instagram account is connected via Instagram Direct Login. Go to Marketing → Social Planner → Statistics
- Select Instagram from the platform filters
- View updated performance metrics instantly
RSS Publishing Enhancements
RSS automation just got better:
- Include descriptions in posts (toggle on/off)
- Preview up to 5 feed items
- Improved per-platform truncation and formatting
More flexibility, better previews, and reduced publishing errors.
Overall, RSS automation is now more predictable, reliable, and scalable.
How to use:
- Go to Marketing → Social Planner → RSS Automation
- Add or edit an RSS feed
- Enable Include Description (optional)

Email Builder
Stats + Outlook Improvements
- All email stats now default to the past 30 days for consistency
- Outlook rendering bugs fixed (links, spacing, buttons)
- Bulk email stats now link to full performance view
Users
Multi-Language Support for Notifications
Notifications and emails now reflect each user’s preferred platform language.
- Fully localized email templates
- Notification titles and bodies match platform language
- Fallback to English when needed
This improves clarity and usability for global users.
Workflows
New Custom Values + If/Else Fields
You can now use the following in workflows:
- Contact Engagement Score
- Attribution Medium ID
- Note Created By
- Task ID
This allows more nuanced automation based on behavior, authorship, or source tracking.
In the Workflow Builder, open the custom value picker / merge field or add an If/Else step – these fields will now appear like any other field.
Chat Widget
Required Custom Fields
You can now mark any custom field as required in the Chat Widget’s contact form.
- Applies both during initial conversation and when agents request info later
- Prevents incomplete submissions and improves workflow reliability

Contacts
Smart List & Restore Options Relocated
The Manage Smart List and Restore actions have moved from the header to the Actions (⋮) menu next to “Add Contact.”
This change keeps the UI cleaner and aligns with broader CRM redesign standards.

Dashboards
New Social Planner Widgets on Dashboard
Quickly view aggregated social performance using new widgets:
- Posts, Likes, Shares, Comments, Reach, Followers
- Filters by platform, account, or date
Note: Granular per-post metrics not supported yet.

Ecommerce Stores
Abandoned Checkout Trigger
Unified abandoned cart trigger now works with:
- FG Funnels Ecommerce Stores
- External stores (e.g., Shopify)
Supports filters like cart value, product, country, and source. Replaces older Shopify-only triggers.
Product Review Submitted Trigger
Fire workflows when customers submit a review. Filter by:
- Product
- Review rating, headline, or comment
- Customer name/email
Perfect for feedback loops, follow-ups, and internal alerts.
Order Fulfilled Trigger
Triggers when an order is marked as fulfilled. Compatible with:
- HighLevel Ecommerce Stores
- External fulfillment systems (e.g., ShipStation, Shopify)
Includes filters for product, carrier, tracking number, and more.

Phone System
AI-Powered A2P Compliance Validation
Before submitting your A2P campaign, the system now scans your Opt-in form, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service pages to catch compliance issues.
- Highlights missing or invalid components
- Prevents submission until review is completed
- Doesn’t guarantee approval, but reduces rejection risk significantly
Applies to Website Form and Facebook Lead Form opt-in types.
Opportunities
Bulk Delete & Restore
You can now:
- Bulk delete stale or invalid opportunities
- Restore deleted records within 2 months
- View status, errors, and audit logs via the Bulk Actions page
Available in Labs: “Bulk Opportunity Delete – Restore”

Voice AI
Undo / Redo for Agent Prompts
Prompt editing now includes:
- Undo (Cmd/Ctrl + Z)
- Redo (Cmd + Shift + Z or Ctrl + Y)
- New toolbar with inline actions and shortcuts
Gives more control during voice prompt iterations.
WordPress
AI-Powered WordPress Page Builder
Generate Elementor pages using AI inside WordPress:
- Choose business type, goal, and tone
- AI generates layout, copy, and imagery
- Refine content, re-style instantly, or rewrite blocks
Includes 12 AI generation credits per site per month.
