Enhancements
Workflows
Added A Toggle To Enable And Disable Call Connect On Keypress
- We had observed for some carriers the DTMF tone after keypress was not recognised by Twilio. As a fix and an enhancement, we have provided a toggle “CONNECT CALL AFTER KEYPRESS”.
- When enabled (default), we will wait for the agent to press any key to connect the call with the contact. When disabled, we will play the whisper message three times and automatically connect the call. Also we have moved this and DISABLE VOICEMAIL DETECT toggle under advanced settings.
Loop Lock Enhancement
Workflows (With contacts only – this improvement doesn’t work with inbound webhooks)
Previously we used to lock a workflow if any contact entered a workflow more than a certain number of times.
Purpose
Our purpose was to break a loop if a contact is looping inside a workflow, but this used to block the whole workflow.
Improvement:
- The improvement that we made is if a contact enters a workflow more than a certain number of times, we blacklist that contact for a certain time.
- If 5 contacts enter the blacklisted list within a certain time window that workflow will be locked.
By doing this, we are hoping we will be able to break the loop and also in extreme cases we will lock the workflow.
For Triggers (Only for Mailgun email trigger)
Previously we used to lock the trigger and the workflow if a trigger with the same contact fired more than a certain number of times.
Since we receive a lot of Mailgun email open triggers we were getting lots of tickets where the workflow was getting locked due to that.
From now on, we will not lock the trigger and workflow if we receive multiple Mailgun trigger events, what we will do is put the contact into the blacklisted list for a certain number of minutes for that trigger.
NOTE: we are not disclosing the time period so it doesn’t get exploited.
WhatsApp
WhatsApp Subscription Check For The WhatsApp Features On The Conversation And Contact Pages
Subscription Check
- Implemented WhatsApp subscription check for the WhatsApp features on the conversation and contact pages, along with filter dropdown to make sure it is visible to locations with an active WhatsApp subscription.
OutBound – WhatsApp Number
- Previously, we attempted to send outbound messages to contacts using the default WhatsApp number configured in the WhatsApp settings page. Now, we have modified this behavior to:
- Attempt to retrieve the last inbound message from the customer and utilize that number (the number to which the customer messaged) as the default number for this conversation.
- If not found, utilize the default phone number configured in the WhatsApp page settings.
- We had to modify this behavior to address an issue – If a location has two WhatsApp phone numbers (A and B), where A is set as the default, attempting to reply may fail, indicating that the 24-hour window is not open.
Message Failure Reason
- Handled error messaging in edge cases to show exact error on message failures.
Contacts And Opportunities
Updating Opportunity Owners Adds The New Owner As A Follower To The Contact
Impact
- Changing or updating the owner of an opportunity makes the new owner a follower of the linked contact.
- No changes are made to the owner of a contact when any of it’s corresponding opportunity owners are updated.
Key Points to Note
- Removing the owner from an opportunity does not remove the follower from the contact.
- This feature is available in Settings > Labs and can be enabled from there.
Service Menu

How to Use?
- Navigate to service menu settings.
- Under service menu details, locate additional options.
- Find the “Insert Custom Code” box.
- Add your custom code here and save your changes.
- Review the scheduling link to see the applied changes.
Why This Feature?
This feature aims to empower users with greater customization and control over their service menu, enabling them to align it seamlessly with their brand identity, colors, and preferred style.
Invoice and Payment Links
Account-Level Branded Domain Name
We’re excited to introduce the utilization of account-level branded domains for enhanced flexibility and branding in invoice and payment links. This update offers a personalized touch to the user experience across various interactions within the platform.
Enhancements Implemented:
Note: You must first set up your account’s branded domain under Settings > Business Profile > General Information > Branded Domain. We will have a video walkthrough on how to connect a link here added to FGFU and the Domain Onboarding Wizard by the end of the week.
- Invoice & Payment Link: When sending invoices and payment links to users, the link will now reflect the configured account-level branded domain name, ensuring a consistent and customized experience.
- Preview Link Generation: When copying a preview link from the application, the link will seamlessly adopt the account-level branded domain name if configured by the Account.
- Text2Pay Links: Both preview and copied links associated with Text2Pay functionality will now be aligned with the account-level branded domain name if configured, providing a cohesive branding experience.
- Downloaded Invoices: Links embedded in downloaded invoices will dynamically adapt to the account-level branded domain name if configured by the Account.
- Short Links Generation: Short links generated for invoices will prioritize the account-level branded domain name, if configured, ensuring a unified brand presence across all shared links.
- Antivirus Blocking Resolution: The utilization of the account-level branded domain name mitigates the issue of payment links being flagged or blocked by antivirus software. This update ensures a smoother experience for users by minimizing the chances of links being erroneously identified as potentially harmful.
Account Configuration:
- It’s important to note that these changes are contingent upon the Account’s configuration of the sub account-level branded domain name. If configured, the invoice and payment links will seamlessly utilize these personalized links. However, in the absence of configuration, the system will fall back to the Agency level API domain (link.fgfunnels.com).
Benefits:
This update enhances brand consistency and provides a professional touch to all interactions involving invoice and payment links. Moreover, it resolves the issue of links being mistakenly blocked by antivirus software, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Calendars
24-Hour Availability And Extended End Time
Summary
In this release, we are excited to introduce enhancements to the calendar availability settings. Users now have greater flexibility with the ability to indicate 24-hour availability from 12:00 am to 12:00 am.
What’s New?
- 24-Hour Availability: You can now set your availability from 12:00 am to 12:00 am, indicating continuous availability for a full 24-hour period.
- Extended End Time: End times can now be set to 12:00 am with any other start time. Previously, the end time was restricted to 11:55 pm, which could lead to the last slot not being displayed. With this enhancement, for a calendar duration of 15 minutes and 15-minute intervals, the last available slot will now be correctly shown as 11:45 pm, ensuring users do not miss out on desired appointments.
Important Note:
- Users can only set 12:00 am to 12:00 am as the same start and end time for 24-hour availability. Setting identical start and end times for other hours, such as 8:00 am to 8:00 am, will not be allowed. In such cases, for example, users should set availability for the period from 8:00 am to 12:00 am on Mondays and from 12:00 am to 8:00 am on Tuesdays.
How to Use?
- Navigate to calendar settings.
- Select ‘Availability’.
- Choose your preferred days and time slots.
- Add your availability accordingly.
Forms
Updates to Show/Hide Field Conditional Logic
- Enhancements to Conditional Logic: We’ve expanded our conditional logic capabilities to include show/hide functionalities for textbox lists, signatures, file uploads, and multiple dropdown fields. This update allows for more dynamic form experiences, tailoring visibility of these elements based on user inputs or selections.
- Checkbox/Radio Option Fix: Resolved an issue where checkbox or radio options were not properly capturing empty values when used in conjunction with show/hide conditional logic. This fix ensures that all user selections, or the lack thereof, are accurately reflected and stored.
- Improved Handling of Overlapping Conditions: Addressed and corrected bug related to overlapping conditions within our show/hide conditional logic. This enhancement ensures that conflicting conditions are managed more effectively, providing a smoother, error-free form interaction experience for users.
Important Notes:
The conditional logic feature takes precedence over the field’s hidden settings.
This means that the visibility of a field is primarily controlled by the conditional logic applied, ensuring that the form behaves as intended based on user responses.
With this new enhancement, you can now create more sophisticated and responsive forms, enhancing the way you gather information and interact with your users.
