Welcome to your weekly roundup of FG Funnels updates through the week of April 23rd, 2026.
From drag-and-drop workflow nodes to AI agents with full conversation memory, this week’s updates bring some seriously powerful tools to your stack. We’re also rolling out upgrades to Calendars, Courses, E-Commerce Stores, Online Listings, Workflows, WordPress, and more — all designed to save you time and give your clients a better experience.
If you have any questions about these updates, email us at [email protected] or reach out through live chat inside the app — we’re always happy to help.
Round Robin just got a whole lot smarter. FG Funnels now tracks bookings monthly and automatically routes new appointments to whoever has the fewest that month. If someone gets too far ahead, their availability is temporarily hidden until the rest of the team catches up.
How It Works:
Monthly Distribution Logic
Best practice: Disable “Allow Staff Selection” if you want true equal distribution. Adding or removing a team member will reset the count.
Want a cleaner, text-first booking experience? You can now toggle service images on or off from your booking page settings. When images are off, the layout adjusts automatically — giving your service names, descriptions, prices, and durations more room to breathe.
How It Works:

Forms inside booking flows now support the full range of conditional logic — including disqualifying leads before an appointment is ever created. No more unwanted bookings slipping through.
How It Works:

If you’ve ever clicked “Save” on a calendar and gotten… nothing — this one’s for you. FG Funnels now scrolls directly to any missing required field and highlights it. If the issue is on a different tab, it takes you there automatically.
How It Works:

You now control how much browsing freedom customers have. A new toggle in Global Settings > Booking Page Settings lets you decide whether customers can explore your full services list — or stay focused on just the service or category they started from.
Great for businesses that want to encourage upsells, and equally great for those who prefer a tight, guided booking flow.
How It Works:

After a contact books an appointment, you can now use assigned user custom values on the next funnel step and in the confirmation page thank-you message. Personalization after booking just got a lot more seamless.
How It Works:

If you’ve already set up granular calendar permissions on web, those same rules now apply on mobile. A read-only team member stays read-only on their phone — no gaps between devices.
To configure: Settings > My Staff > Edit > Roles & Permissions > Calendar
Available on app version 4.11.0.812.
When a customer picks a start date in a future month, the end date picker now opens in that same month automatically. No more scrolling forward just to finish the date selection. Small tweak, real difference.

Store elements now surface at the top of the Add Elements panel whenever a store exists in your sub-account. If no store is connected yet, they sit neatly between the Blog and Media sections. Either way — no more hunting.
How to access It?

Store prices now display in locally appropriate formats — like $1,000.00 in the US or €1.000,00 in Europe — based on the visitor’s location and the page language you set.
Enable it in Store Settings > Locale-Based Currency Formatting, then set your Page Language under SEO & AI Search Optimization in the Builder.
Note: This is a display formatting feature only — it does not convert currencies based on exchange rates.

No more switching to Google to update your holiday hours. You can now manage them right inside FG Funnels — mark days as Closed or Split Open, add custom time intervals, and sync to your Google Business Profile automatically.
How It Works:
Three solid upgrades landed for AI-generated WordPress pages this week.
Live color palette preview — As you browse palettes in the Styles panel, the page updates in real time. No more apply-check-undo guessing. Changes only save when you click Update Page.
Regenerate specific images — Hover over any AI-generated image and click Regenerate Image. Write a short prompt, preview the result, and insert it. No need to rebuild the whole page.
More section variants — More layout and content style options for testimonials, services, FAQs, and hero banners. Mix and match to build pages that feel like yours.
Find it at: Sites > WordPress > Pages > AI Generated Pages

Regenerating an Image
You can now search by ID across Conversations, Snippets, and Links. If you regularly work with IDs — or you’re a developer building on the platform — finding specific records just got a lot faster.
This is a big one. You can now drag and move nodes directly on the workflow canvas — no more right-clicking and stepping through menus to reorganize. Hover over any node to reveal the drag handle, then drop it wherever the “Move here” indicator appears.
How to use it:

The AI Agent action can now pull a contact’s full messaging history across channels — SMS, Email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more. No setup required.
In practice: if a contact emailed about a quote Monday, followed up on Instagram Wednesday, then texted Friday — the agent walks into that Friday conversation fully caught up. It knows what was discussed and where things left off.

Custom date reminder triggers now support Opportunity, Custom Object, and Company date fields — not just Contacts. Trigger workflows based on a deal close date, contract expiry, or any custom date field on a record.
How to use it:

You can now start a workflow the moment an inbound email lands in your mailbox — including cold emails from people who aren’t in your CRM yet. Automate lead capture, inbox routing, support intake, and first-touch responses the second an email arrives.
Filters available: mailbox, sender, CC, subject, body, attachments, and workflow reply source. There’s also a setting to trigger only on new conversations, so you’re not re-firing on every reply in a thread.
How to use it:
Note: Full cold inbound capture is supported for LC Email and Mailgun dedicated domains. Gmail/Outlook two-way sync supports emails from existing contacts only.

The AI Agent action now supports MCP (Model Context Protocol) connections — giving your agent real-time access to external tools like search engines, browsers, databases, and APIs directly inside a workflow.
Supported out of the box: Exa (AI-powered web search), Tavily (real-time search and extraction), and Browserbase (full browser automation) — plus any custom MCP server your team builds.
How to Use:

FG Funnels now connects natively with Apify. Run scraping jobs and process external data directly inside workflows — no webhooks, no third-party connectors required.
Triggers: Fire a workflow when an Apify actor or task run completes.
Actions: Run tasks, run actors, scrape a single URL, fetch dataset items, find the latest run.
Connect via Settings > Integrations > Apify, or search “Apify” directly inside the Workflow builder.

FG Funnels can now automatically capture submissions from third-party forms embedded on your website. WPForms, Gravity Forms, custom HTML forms, no-code builders — if it’s on your site, it’s captured.
What you get automatically:
Just install the tracking script on your website. That’s it.
When setting up an email action in a workflow, you can now attach files directly from your Media Library — no need to re-upload the same file every time. You can also upload new files on the spot if needed.
How to Use:
Select from Media Library → Pick an existing file
Upload from Device → Add a new file from your system
The Manage Smart Lists page inside Contacts has been fully redesigned with a cleaner, more modern layout. It’s the last page in the contacts module to get the upgrade — so the whole module now feels consistent.
Enable it in Labs to try it early.
Forms, surveys, and quizzes now have a refreshed default look right out of the box — cleaner fonts, better spacing, rounded inputs, and a more polished overall feel.
Key improvements include better file upload fields with visible size limits and supported file types, a more polished payment component, smarter date and signature placeholder handling, and improved empty states throughout.
You’ll see these updates automatically when creating new forms or editing existing ones.

Course creators can now add funnels as lessons within a course. Embed forms, CTAs, upsells, and multi-step flows directly inside the learning experience — without rebuilding your funnels from scratch. Learners see the funnel inline with the option to go full screen.
Rolling out via Labs.
How to do it:

Courses now supports live sessions built directly into the course experience — one-time or recurring. Schedule, host, manage recordings, and send learner notifications all from one place.
Enable via Labs — feature name: Courses Live Sessions.

Courses checkout now calculates taxes automatically based on billing address, shows a clear tax breakdown before payment, and supports both tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive pricing. Coupon codes still work alongside tax calculations.
To get started: add your nexus addresses in Payments Settings, configure tax rules and categories, and confirm your business address is correct.

A set of quality-of-life upgrades that make the course experience smoother for learners and easier to manage for creators.
These are on by default. Creators can customize at the course level.

AI Agent performance now has a command center. The new Metrics tab in Agent Logs gives you a fully customizable, real-time dashboard to track what your agents are actually doing.
What you can track:
The dashboard is fully flexible — add, remove, resize, and rearrange widgets. Save multiple layouts for different views. Set auto-refresh to 30s, 1m, 5m, or 15m.
Affiliate commissions can now be tied to actual revenue — not just lead submissions. When setting up campaigns for Forms, Surveys, or Calendars, choose between Pay Per Lead and Pay Per Sale.
Pay Per Sale supports flat amounts or percentage-based commissions and tracks revenue when a contact submits via an affiliate link and completes a purchase within the tracking window.
Note: For Calendar, Pay Per Sale only applies when payment is enabled on the calendar.

Two big additions to live sessions in Communities:
Personal Meeting Link — One dedicated, branded URL for all your sessions. Share it once and use it for every call, event, or recurring meeting. No more creating a new link every time.
Recordings Hub — Every live session is automatically saved. Watch, download, or delete from one central place. Build a library for training and onboarding.
Improved noise cancellation is also included for cleaner, more professional-sounding audio.

You can now delete schema markup directly from any page in the Website or Funnel Builder — one schema at a time, or all at once.
Three ways to do it: Form View, JSON View, or through AI chat (just say “remove all schema markup from this page”). Deletion is confirmation-backed, and anything deleted by mistake can be recovered through page version history.
How to Use:
Access: Website/Funnel Builder → Edit Page → SEO & AI search optimization (left panel) → Schema Markup
Method 1 — Delete from Form View:
Open the Add/Edit Schema pop-up and stay in Form View
In the Schemas list (left panel), click the three-dot menu next to the schema you want to remove
Select Delete to remove that specific schema
To delete all schemas, remove each one from the list, then click Validate & Save
Method 2 — Delete from JSON View:
Open the Add/Edit Schema pop-up and switch to JSON View
Clear the JSON-LD code (remove all schema markup code from the editor)
Click Validate & Save
Method 3 — Delete via AI Chat:

Recovery Option — Restore Deleted Schema via Version History
If schema markup is deleted by mistake, it can be recovered using the page’s version history:
