Webhooks

New Custom-provider Webhooks

Custom-provider now supports webhooks related to subscriptions like charging future payments for subscription, updating subscription, canceling subscription, moving subscription to different states, etc. We have also added support for payment captured events so that no payment capturing is missed from our end even if it is a delayed payment.

 

Chat Widget

Support for Dropdown (Single) Custom Field

The chat widget now supports a Dropdown (Single) custom field for better data collection and interaction in email, SMS, and WhatsApp communications.

 

Handling Contact Deletion During Active/Inactive/Old Chat Sessions

Previously, when a user deleted a conversation while there was an active/inactive/old live chat session, the end user was unable to continue the conversation due to the conversationId being deleted or not refetched. With the new fix, if a contact is deleted during an active/Inactive/Old chat session, a new conversation will be initiated and a new contact will be created, ensuring that the conversation can continue without disruption.

 

Custom Fields

Custom Fields Organization in Forms/Surveys/Quizzes

Custom fields added using the Quick Add Drag and Drop feature are now automatically organized under a folder named after the form, survey, or quiz (formatted as Form | Form Name) for easy accessibility and better management. This enhancement streamlines the process of locating and managing custom fields by grouping them based on their associated forms, surveys, or quizzes.

How It Works:

  1. Navigate to the form, survey, or quiz builder and drag and drop a custom field using the Quick Add feature.
  2.  The system will automatically create a folder formatted as Form | Form Name and place the custom field inside this folder.
  3. Navigate to the corresponding folder to view and manage your custom fields.

 

Email Builder

Media Library Upgrade

We have brought two major changes to our email builder for a better user experience:

  • Upgraded to the latest Federation (MF) version for better performance and scalability.
  • Improved User Interface (UI) for smoother navigation and easier media management.

 

Unsubscribe Link Warning Fix

Resolved an issue where the “Missing Unsubscribe Link” warning appeared despite the “Add Unsubscribe Link” setting being enabled.

 

Last Day Scheduling, Dynamic Helper Guide, and Same-Day Scheduling

Last Day Scheduling: Schedule campaigns for the last day of the month, auto-adjusting for 31, 30, or 29 days.

Dynamic Helper Guide: Helper text updates based on selected execution days. If none is selected, the message disappears.

Same-Day Scheduling: Now allows scheduling RSS campaigns for the same day.

 

Improvements & Fixes

  • Pause/Resume Fix: Fixed issue where campaigns got stuck after being paused and resumed; now schedules correctly.
  • UI Cleanup: Removed redundant campaign name field from the RSS schedule page.
  • FeedURL timeout Resolved: Around 1.6k 500 errors due to high request volume were significantly reduced with Redis caching.
  • Clear Date Info: Clear messaging for months that do not have 29th, 30th, or 31st would be skipped
  • Fixed Weekday Skipping: Disabled weekdays in daily schedules now correctly apply when switching to weekly or monthly.
  • Enhanced Debugging: Added logs for easier issue tracking.
  • Upgraded infrastructure is now capable of handling high requests loads further reducing the RSS execution fails

 

LC Phone

New Call Status: Call Answered By

You can now see who answered an incoming call  under Conversations > Message details.

 

Bugs Fixed

  • User selected call status is used now
  • When using the power dialer (Manual Actions), you can set the call status/disposition at the end of the call (screenshot 3)
  • Earlier, our system detected call status was used for all purposes (which doesn’t detect Voicemail currently). Now, the user chosen status is set as the call status
  • The user chosen status will also be used to trigger workflows
  • If the user doesn’t choose any status, the system detected status is used
  • Billing still uses the system detected status for accuracy and consistency
  • Voicemail drops will now work even if the answering machine message on the lead’s end is longer than 15 seconds. Earlier, we would drop the Voicemail by 15 seconds, which would lead to incomplete voicemail recordings for the lead sometimes.

 

Internationalization

Contact, Smartlists, Tasks, Company, Bulk Actions, and all 3 Chat Widget types are now available in 12 different languages. Languages supported are Spanish, German, French (Canada), French (France), Portuguese (Portugal), Portuguese (Brazil) , Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Finnish and Norwegian.

 

Media Storage

Font Files Upload Support

You can now upload font files directly into your media storage library.

  •  Supported File Types: .ttf, .otf, .woff, .woff2
  • File Size Limit: 100MB
  • Use Case: Add custom fonts to your funnels and websites with Custom
    CSS.

How to Use:

1. Go to Media Storage.
2. Click the New Upload button.
3. Select Upload File.
4. Choose a supported font file from your local machine.
5.  Your font file is now uploaded and ready to use.

 

Reputation Management

Usage Of Multiple Review Widgets

Now you can create and deploy multiple review widgets.

How To Use:

  1. Navigate to the “Widgets” page in the review management dashboard.
  2. Click on the copy code button which will open the copy widget modal.
  3. Within the modal, locate the dropdown menu listing all previously created widgets.
  4. Choose the desired widget from the dropdown, then click the “Copy Code” button to proceed.

 

Online Listings

Update Holiday Hours

Add holidays with specific timing types—Closed, Regular Hours, or Split Intervals.

 

Voice AI

Per-Minute Usage Access

Now, you can use Voice AI with charges applied based on your usage per minute. Transaction details:

  • Pay per Usage: A transaction will be created for each call based on usage.
  • Subscription: No transaction will be created for AI Employee subscribed users.
  • Season of AI: Unlock unlimited access to Voice AI during the Season of AI. Transactions will be created with 0 charges for usage under this promotion.

 

Add Custom Examples To  Contact Field Actions

Users can now add custom examples to the contact field actions. Have some feedback on trial calls? You can now rate the calls and provide feedback directly from the trial call summary page.

 

Calendars

Square In Calendar Payments

Square is now available to collect payments for your bookings.

How to Use:

  1. Go to the Payments > Integrations tab to connect Square with your account.
  2.  Once connected, select Square as your default payment method.
  3.  Head over to Calendar Settings and enable the Accept Payments option.
  4. Enter your desired booking payment amount and hit Save.

 Note: You can use Square to collect payments for all calendar types. However, Square is currently not supported for the Classic Widget and Service menu.

 

Book Appointment Action And Workflow Filter For Appointment Status Trigger

The  new Book Appointment action and workflow filter in workflows, allows you to trigger and set up appointments automatically.
