Social Planner
Social Planner Enhancements for Youtube Shorts, Approval Flow, and Post Preview
- Post YouTube Shorts up to 3 Minutes: Following YouTube’s update on October 15th, you can now post YouTube Shorts of up to 3 minutes through our Social Planner. Share longer, more engaging content directly with your audience.
- Improved YouTube Shorts Hashtag Placement: We’ve moved the required #shorts hashtag to the end of your YouTube Shorts titles. This change improves user experience by keeping your titles clean while still ensuring YouTube recognizes your video as a Short based on the hashtag, vertical aspect ratio, and time constraints.
- YouTube Shorts Visibility : Longer Shorts may not show up as Shorts within your channel page right away, and you may not see any traffic from the Shorts feed yet. It will take a few weeks to update all of the systems and surfaces where Shorts are shown or recommended like channel pages, Home, or Watch Next.
- Enhanced Approval Workflow: If a post is under review and the approver has been deleted, you can now update the approver directly from the table or post preview using the :heavy_plus_sign: icon. The new approver will receive an email notification for approval if configured.
- Improved Navigation and URL Sharing: We’ve integrated proper redirection and routing throughout the Social Planner, including all tabs in Content, Post List, and Calendar View. When you open the post editor and click back, you’ll return to the correct page with all your previously selected filters and social accounts. After updating a post, you’ll be redirected to your previous page in list view or to the correct date if the post was edited using calendar view.
- You can now copy and share URLs from the dashboard, and the URL will retain the view with all filters applied. Users can manipulate the URL to navigate directly to the page or date they want.
Post Preview Navigation Enhancements:
- Added arrows to the post preview platform tabs when platforms overflow from the preview drawer UI. This improvement helps you navigate the post preview interface more efficiently.
- Bug Fixes: Fixed an issue where the UI would break when displaying the “created by” or “approver” avatar for deleted users. Additionally, profile pictures, when configured, were not visible for any users. Now, we properly indicate when a user has been deleted, and their profile images are displayed correctly.
- Added missing auth guard for watermark APIs to enhance security.

Floating Elements Displacement Enhancement
Floating elements now remain fixed relative to their designated blocks, no matter how the document is edited. This enhancement applies to both the Document & Contract Builder and Template Builder.

Updates in Invoices
Now you can view transactions of a particular invoice right from the invoices listing page, and ACH Payment dates when the invoice payment is processed.
Client Portal
Customization for Child Apps (Communities, Certificates) Emails
With this release, client portal users can now fully customize the content and structure of each email notification sent through child apps. Create or use an existing email template from the Email Builder and configure it for various notification preference options. Define specific text, image, email sections and messaging for each email type, ensuring that users receive only the information that matters most.
Communities Updates
- New Calendar Events Created: Receive notifications when a new event is added to your calendar.
- Join Group Learning Alert: Get notified about new learning opportunities when a user joins your group.
How to use:
- This settings is enabled for the locations and client portal owners with access to either Communities or Certificates under Sites -> Client Portal -> Settings -> Email Settings.
- Depending on your access to specific child apps (Communities, Certificates, etc.), you will see options to enable or disable email notifications along with a Email Template button and a preview button for each corresponding child app.
- Adjust your preferences as needed, and click on the Default Template button to choose a new email template or Edit the selected custom template.
- Each option will have an Eye Icon, Click on the Eye icon to preview the selected Email Template.
- You can Edit your selected template on the go and add more elements, custom values as per your need.
Enhancements/Fixes:
- Make Groups Discoverable while creating them: added a new discovery toggle on create community page. Now all new groups will be discovered for GoKollab marketplace by default.
- Line Breaks preservation: Line breaks and spacing are now preserved in posts, comments and group description even while copy pasting.
- Comment Fixes: Fix readability issue in comments, when highlighted. Add link is now supported in comments.
- Calendar fixes: Fixed issue where option for creating monthly recurring events was only for Thursday.
- Keyboard Issues: Fixed keyboard issue in IOS, where comment box goes below keyboard.
- Attachment issues in posts: Fixed issue where image attachments in a post were clipped, Fixed issue where gif was not visible while editing, it will show shimmer while gif loads.
- Bug fixes in Grant Gamification points action in workflow.
- Fixed issues with group syncing in GoKollab app.
- Improved mobile responsiveness in GoKollab.
- No restriction on locations with zero groups. any user can activate GoKollab.
Voice AI
Voice AI Updates
- If your account cannot access Voice AI, we will show the potential reason on the screen.
- The tab name is now updated from AI Agents to Voice AI Agents.
LC Phone
A2P Fast Track Program
To enhance the onboarding experience, we are introducing the A2P Fast Track Program. This new feature reduces the time required to approve A2P campaigns from 7-10 days to a maximum of 3 working days. By partnering with Telephony Providers and TCR we aim to streamline the onboarding process for our customers, allowing them to launch campaigns more quickly and effectively.
Effective November 1st 2024, all customers, new and pre-existing sub-accounts that use the Native Phone System (previously LC Phone), will be a part of the A2P fast track program.
Billing Changes:
- A new billing category will be introduced, “A2P Fastrack”.
- Each campaign submission will automatically incur an additional $3 charge to cover Fast Track processing
- These charges have been accommodated in the A2P charges(updated on the UI interfaces) to avoid any confusion.
Forms & Surveys
Multiple Fields in Same Slide in Quizzes
Quiz Builder now supports the ability to display multiple elements in a single slide. This allows participants to view related fields together, helping them understand the context and answer accurately (Example- Phone field along with T&C).
How to use:
- Go to Quiz Builder in sites tab.
- Create Quiz.
- Open left side bar and drag the questions/elements in slides.
- Add Categories and score to questions.
- Customize the result page if needed.
- Save and preview.
Payments
New Webhooks Support For Custom Provider
Custom-provider now supports webhooks related to subscriptions like charging future payments for subscription, updating subscription, cancelling subscription, moving subscription to different states, etc. We have also added support for payment captured event so that no payment capturing is missed from our end even if it is a delayed payment.
