Enhancements & Updates

• New Status Addition for Estimates in Workflows: You can now filter your workflows by a new status: Viewed for estimates.
  • In the Workflow builder, add filters in the Estimates trigger step based on the condition.
•  Import Product Description Capability on Estimates:  When a new item is added to an estimate this will automatically import the product description associated for that product (based on the toggle in global invoice settings).
  • To use the Product Description Capability , ensure in invoice settings -> product settings -> import product description is toggled on.
• Improved Invoice Number Blocking: Fixed a bug that caused some invoice numbers to be unintentionally skipped due to temporary blocking.
•  Enhanced Limit on Product Description in Estimates: We have increased the character limits on product description from 100 to 1000 characters in estimates.
• Realtime Multi Currency Supported Dashboard Stats: The stats on dashboard page for invoices and estimates now support realtime conversion of different currencies into sub account location currency.
  • Note – Since an external api is used for currency conversion, the data is calculated based on the currency exchange rate on that day and might differ based on the rate taken into consideration.

 

Online Listings

Multi-Entity Management For Locations

This feature allows for the management of multiple entities for the same business with streamlined bulk editing, flexible entity creation, and centralized performance tracking.

• Creating Listings: Under Create Listings,  the pre-populated Entity Creation form will appear to customize fields for each unique location. Newly created entities display immediately on the dashboard.
• Dashboard View: All listings for a business are organized within a single account. Each listing card includes options for editing or unsubscribing.
• Editing Listings: Use Individual Edit to update location-specific details for each listing individually, or Bulk Edit to modify shared fields across multiple listings simultaneously. In the Bulk Edit Flow, first select the listings you want to edit, then choose the fields to update across all selected listings for a streamlined editing process.

 

Documents & Contracts

Custom Value Linkage

We have added the ability to link text and date fields to custom values either for contacts or for the document itself. Once a document is signed, the linked fields are automatically updated in the contact or document records. You can download a CSV of all the filled fields from the dashboard for easier tracking and data management.

How to Use:

1. In the Documents editor, link any text or date field to either a contact custom value or a document custom value.
2. Add a recipient, and select the link button on top of text and date fields
3. Link a single field to multiple custom values if needed
4. Once the recipient signs the document, the linked fields will automatically update in the corresponding record (contact or document).
5. To view all the filled fields in a document, simply go to the dashboard and download a CSV with the relevant data.

 

Displacement of Signatures – Bug Fixed

Previously floating elements like signature blocks, initials etc. would get displaced once you added anything within the document. This bug is now fixed. Floating elements (Signature, Initials, Date, text) are now relative to the blocks in which they are placed.

 

Funnels & Websites

ClickFunnels 2.0 Importer(Beta)

You can now seamlessly import funnels from ClickFunnels 2.0, in addition to the existing support for ClickFunnels Classic. In this beta version, the following elements are supported:

• Text Elements: Headline, Sub-Headline, Paragraph, Bullet List.
• Media Elements: Image and Video.
• Interactive Elements: Buttons.

The following elements are NOT currently supported in the beta version:

• Layout Elements: Flex Section and Row.
• Interactive and Specialized Elements: Icon, Video Popup, Audio, Blogs, Posts, Countdown Timer, Checkout, Nav Menu, and Progress Bar.

How to Use:

1.  Navigate to your Funnels dashboard and go to the funnel steps listing page.
2.  Click on the “Add New Step” or “Import” button.
3.  In the box labeled “Import from ClickFunnels Classic or ClickFunnels 2.0 (Beta),” paste the live link of your ClickFunnels Classic or ClickFunnels 2.0 page.
4. Click the import button.

 

Photo Gallery Widget

• Image Gallery: Easily add images to your gallery for a more dynamic presentation.
• Lightbox: Showcase your media with lightbox support
• Heading Option: Add a custom headings to the gallery to provide context or branding.
•  Layout Customization: Choose from Grid Layout, Vertical & Horizontal Masonry Layouts.
• Column Control: Set the number of columns to fit your design.
• Spacing Between Images: Adjust the spacing between gallery items.
• Mobile Behavior: Ensure your gallery is fully responsive with custom settings for mobile devices.
• Lazy Load with “Load More” Button: Enable lazy loading for faster page performance, with the option to add a “Load More” button.
• Captions & Descriptions: Add custom captions or descriptions for each image.
• Click Actions: Define actions when an image is clicked (open in lightbox or redirect to a URL).
• Open Link in New Tab: Option to open clicked links in a new browser tab.
• Watermark: Add a watermark to images for branding or protection purposes.

How to Use?

1. Navigate to the website or funnel builder and locate the new Photo Gallery widget in the left sidebar.
2. Drag and drop the widget onto your desired page section.
3. Add Images by selecting files from your media library.
4. Set Gallery Layout by choosing between grid or masonry options, and adjust the column count and spacing as needed.
5. Configure Mobile Behavior and select whether to enable lazy loading with a “Load More” button.
6. Add captions or descriptions to your images, and choose the action for when users click on the image (open in lightbox or redirect).
7. Apply Watermark to images for added branding or protection if needed.

 

Backend Enhancements

•  Site Verification Support : Added msvalidate.01 meta tag to head tracking, allowing for smoother verification of sites with search engines and better integration for SEO tools. 
• Enhanced Funnel Stats Tracking – Now storing referer and split test referer information within funnel stats, paving the way for future analytics capabilities and refined internal data insights.
•  Improved Security Measures – Blocked and sanitized certain malicious custom code and token keys that previously posed security vulnerabilities, ensuring a safer environment for all users.Accurate Error Status
• Codes – Pages with missing content or issues in preview mode will now display accurate error status codes, giving users clear and reliable insights into page issues.
