Funnels & Websites

Cookie Consent Banner: Region Support + Custom Button Text

You can now control where the cookie consent banner appears based on region (Worldwide, EU/UK, or specific countries) and fully customize the button text. This makes compliance easier while allowing you to keep the language and branding consistent.

Height & Width Enhancements for Images & Galleries

We’ve upgraded how height and width work in image and gallery elements. You can toggle between “auto” and fixed sizes with clearer visual indicators and smarter defaults—making layout design faster and more reliable.

Logo Showcase Element

A new element lets you showcase logos in either a smooth ticker or interactive carousel format. Perfect for client logos, certifications, or media mentions.

How to Use:

  1. Drag the Logo Showcase element into your layout
  2. Choose Ticker or Carousel mode
  3. Upload logos and customize layout, animation speed, and spacing
  4. Preview and publish!

File Download Action for Buttons & Images

You can now add file download functionality to any button, image, or SVG. This lets users download PDFs, lead magnets, and other assets with one click.

 

WhatsApp

Coexistence Now Available in India

Indian phone numbers are now fully supported for WhatsApp Coexistence. This means you can link your WhatsApp Business App with FG Funnels and use both without disruptions.

WhatsApp in Agency Rolled-Up Reporting

WhatsApp performance data is now available in the Agency dashboard. You can view inbound/outbound volume, include metrics in CSV exports, and add WhatsApp to report widgets.

WhatsApp Template Folders

Organize your WhatsApp templates into folders and subfolders. It’s now easier than ever to manage and find your message templates.

30-Day Free Trial for WhatsApp Subscriptions

All new WhatsApp activations between June 12 and Sept 1 are eligible for a free 30-day trial. Messaging usage charges still apply.

Message-Based Pricing Starts July 1

WhatsApp will switch from conversation-based to per-message pricing. Utility messages sent within an active chat window will be free.

Mobile UX Upgrades

We’ve improved mobile responsiveness across product, cart, and checkout pages. Enhancements include better filter controls, cleaner reviews, streamlined cart info, and reorganized coupon placement.

 

Courses

Bulk Quiz Upload

You can now upload quiz questions in bulk using a CSV file—no storage required.

Neo Classic Theme Updates

When cloning or snapshotting courses using the Neo Classic theme, all theme settings and customizations are now retained.

 

Calendars

Calendar Settings Revamp + Onboarding Enhancements

You can now manage calendars and groups in one place. Every new user also gets a default calendar auto-created—making onboarding faster and easier.

How to Use:

  1. Go to Calendars > Calendar Settings
  2. Create/edit calendars and assign them to groups
  3. Use filters for calendar type, status, or owner

Admin Access to Calendar Connections

Admins can now view and manage calendar connections for any user—even if they’re not assigned to the location.

Knowledge Base

UI Enhancements

We’ve redesigned the Knowledge Base interface to make it easier to navigate and manage content. Key improvements include:

  • A new Summary tab showing all connected sources
  • Dedicated tabs per data source
  • A federated Knowledge Base component that can be reused across multiple features

 

Social Planner

Category Queue: Add Categories + Posts on the Fly

You can now create categories and add brand-new posts directly into the queue—even in between scheduled posts. This makes scheduling much more flexible.

How to Use the New Category Queue:

  • Navigate to: Marketing > Social Planner
  • Integrate Social Accounts: Connect your socials via the Integrations tab.

Create a New Post:

Choose Category Queue as the post type.

  • Configure Your Queue: On the first screen, select or create a new category via the dropdown. Configure two optional settings: What content should go first and Whether newly published items are automatically added to the queue.
  • Set the Schedule: Define the days and time slots when queued posts should be published.

Add & Edit Content:

  • View queued posts, add content variations, or fix any errors.
  • Insert new posts at any position in the queue—even in between existing ones.

Go Live: Once everything is configured, publish the queue to activate it.

 

Email Builder

Countdown Timer Placeholders

When sharing email templates, countdown timers are now preserved as placeholders instead of being removed.

Seamless Form Type Switching

You can switch between form types during editing. If you switch back to the original form type in the same session, your settings are restored.

Safer Template Edits in Workflows

When you use an email template inside a workflow, edits are now local to that workflow. No more unintentional global template changes.

 

WordPress

Overdue Payment Notifications + Cleanup

WordPress hosting subscriptions now follow a structured reminder system. If payment isn’t received within 21 days, the subscription is canceled and the site is removed.

 

Conversations

Live Chat Notifications

Live Chat messages now trigger notifications according to your profile settings. Never miss a message again.

 

Forms, Surveys & Quizzes

Refreshed Embed & Share UI

The embed interface is now more visual, organized, and email-friendly. Embed forms directly into email templates using a new dropdown.

 

Workflows

New AI Decision Maker

This new action uses AI to route contacts down different branches based on custom instructions and context.

How to Use It:

  1. Add the Action
  2. Click the “+ Add Action” button in your workflow.
  3. Scroll to the Workflow AI category or search for “Decision Maker”.
  4. Configure the Action

Instructions: Provide detailed instructions that guide the AI on how to make a decision. (e.g., “Determine the best follow-up based on engagement and job role”)

Information: Add context to help the AI decide. Provide context like lead data, behavior, or sample queries (your own knowledge base)

Set Up Branches

Click “Add Branch” to define possible outcomes.

For each branch, specify:

  • Branch Name – Clearly identifies the route. (e.g., “Send Discount Offer”)
  • Description – Helps the AI understand the purpose of the branch. (e.g., “Send a follow-up email with a limited-time offer”)
  • Branch Key – A unique identifier used by the AI to select the branch. (e.g., send_discount_offer)

Default Branch

  • Every Decision Maker action includes a non-editable Default branch.
  • This ensures there’s always a defined path, even if none of the user-specified conditions are met.

Recurring Invoices in Workflows

Send recurring invoices automatically through workflows. Choose frequency, end conditions, and auto-pay.

 

Certificates

Introducing Badges

Create custom badges to recognize achievements and milestones. Design from scratch or use templates. Shareable and downloadable.

 

QR Codes

New QR Landing Page

We’ve launched a centralized landing page for all QR Code tools. Features include guided setup, type selection, and scan analytics.

 

Transactions

Searchable Detailed Transactions

New filters and search functionality make it easier to locate specific charges, view transaction breakdowns, and track by category.

 

Affiliate Manager

Auto-Level Up Affiliates

Affiliates can now be auto-promoted to a new campaign when they hit goals like customer count or revenue total.

How It Works:

  1. Go to Affiliate Manager > Campaigns
  2. Create a new campaign or edit an existing one
  3. On the Commission Step, click “Level Up to Another Campaign”
  4. Choose the target campaign for promotion
  5. Set a goal (customer count or revenue amount)
  6. Choose how to handle existing customers: Keep them in the current campaign or Move them to the new campaign
  7. Complete setup and Publish the campaign

Why it Matters:

This feature lets you build affiliate tiers based on performance—without manual effort. Whether you want to reward top promoters or offer better commissions after a milestone, this keeps your affiliate program dynamic and motivating.

 

Opportunities

Bulk Actions in Kanban View

You can now select multiple cards and take bulk actions directly from the Opportunities Kanban view.

How to Use It:

  1. Go the Opportunities Page, select the Pipeline and Kanban/Card View
  2. Click the checkbox on any card in the Kanban/Card view to enter selection mode & click additional cards to toggle their selection.
  3. Select All: You can use the “Select All on Page” option to select all cards on the current page instantly if opportunities are > 20.
  4. Once cards are selected, click on edit button and perform the desired action

 

Invoices

Recurring Invoices in Workflows

You can now automate the sending of recurring invoices through workflows with full control over timing and auto-pay.

 

Countdown Timer

Apple Mail Compatibility

Timers will now automatically hide in Apple Mail to prevent preloaded countdowns from showing incorrect times.

How to Use:

  1. Go to Marketing → Countdown Timer
  2. In Timer Styling Settings, check “Hide for Apple users”
  3. Use the timer in any email as usual

Note:

To ensure proper redirection regardless of device or email client, always use the dynamic link in a button.

 

Domain Management

Domain Transfer-In Now Live

You can now transfer domains into FG Funnels from external registrars. DNS, billing, renewals, and records can now be managed in one place.

 

Voice AI

Better Call Quality and Experience

We’ve introduced an upgrade to Voice AI that significantly improves call handling, audio clarity, and system stability.

What’s New:

  • Smarter Call Handling – More responsive and natural conversation flow
  • Better Voice Quality – Enhanced tone and clarity
  • Improved Stability – Fewer interruptions and smoother overall performance

How to Use:

  1. Go to your list of Voice AI agents
  2. Choose the Voice Agent you want to upgrade
  3. Click the button labeled “Upgrade to the New Voice AI Experience”
  4. Back up your agent before testing, in case prompt adjustments are needed

 

Payments

Adding Additional Charges or Fees to Customer Payments

You can now enable and configure additional charges—like processing fees or convenience fees—on customer transactions.

How to Use:

  1. Go to Payments > Settings > Miscellaneous Charges > Processing Charges
  2. Configure the fee label and percentage
  3. Select where the charge should apply using checkboxes

 

Listings

Food & HealthCare Add-Ons for Listings

You can now enrich your business listings with new Food & HealthCare Add-Ons. These unlock targeted publisher distribution and industry-specific features for eligible entities.

How to Use:

  • For Food Entities: Go to the Menu section → Create new menus → Add detailed items
  • For HealthCare Entities: Fields populate based on subtype (Facility or Professional)
  • View and manage add-ons directly from the listing dashboard

 

Tasks

Unified Task Management Experience

We’ve improved the task management interface so that creating, editing, and viewing tasks is now consistent and easier to navigate.

What’s New:

  • A simplified “Add Task” form with better labels and layout
  • Recurring task support across all interfaces
  • Updated filters and a smarter search bar to help you find and manage tasks faster

How to Use:

  1. Go to Settings > Labs and enable the Unified Task Management feature for your subaccount
  2. Navigate to a contact or opportunity record and select the Tasks tab
  3. Use filters to sort by team member or status, and click to create, edit, or view tasks using the new layout
