Accessibility Updates

Improved Accessibility, Screen Reader Compatibility, and Keyboard Navigation

We’ve made the following accessibility updates for URL Redirects, Domain Reselling, Blogs, and Media Library tabs:

Improved Accessibility: Interfaces have been enhanced to support accessibility standards, making it easier for users with disabilities to navigate and manage features.

Screen Reader Compatibility: Key elements within  features are now fully compatible with screen readers, providing clear instructions and feedback.

Keyboard Navigation: Users can now navigate  feature using keyboard shortcuts, improving usability for those who rely on keyboard navigation.

 

Social Planner

Review Posting

Post your reviews to Facebook stories along with Instagram. We’ve also made updates to our  font families and color schemes as well to make your brand content posting coherent and reflect your unique brand personality.

How to use:

  1. Connect your Social accounts from the ‘Integrations’ tab under ‘Settings’ menu.
  2. Check for the existing reviews received under the ‘Reputation’ menu -> Reviews tab.
  3. Create a review automation by navigating to ‘Social planner’ -> ‘New post’ CTA -> ‘Post Reviews’.
  4. Creating your automated ‘Review posting’ schedule:
  5. Click on ‘Post reviews’ .
  6. Select ‘When should we send?’ to be scheduled for posting as per your requirement.
  7. Select Every day/week/month depending on the frequency you want the review to go out on the platform.
  8. Select the background image for the review post.
  9. Select the new content personalization options such as font family, size and color options as per your brand voice.
  10. Check the review post automation under ‘Content’ -> Review tab.
  11. Pause, edit, delete at any time you wish to make changes to the planned schedule.

Pointers to note:

  • The reviews are fetched from the ‘Reputation’ module which requires all the socials to be active and connected in the ‘Integrations’ tab. Anytime the session tokens get expired or disconnected, please re-connect your account to post the reviews successfully.
  • The review automation has to be created under ‘Social planner’ for it to fetch the reviews and post as per the schedule.

 

Updates & Enhancements

Removed LinkedIn PDF Restriction: PDFs are no longer constrained to A4 size. The PDF dimensions adapt to the images’ minimum and maximum widths, reducing white space while keeping page sizes consistent for LinkedIn.

New Warning Message UI: Warnings are now collapsed by default and expand when clicked.

Expanded TikTok Options: For TikTok business accounts, user can now select any privacy level (previously restricted to public only). For Personal TikTok accounts, users can use up to 2,200 characters as captions.

Improved Category Queue Modal Text: Updated clearer instructions on how to best utilize the Category Queue feature.

Added Template as source: Added a new source type called “Template.”  Any items imported using a templated library will be marked with the source “Template” instead of “CSV.” These options can now be filtered in both List and Calendar views.

Icons for Content Tab: The Content tab now displays icons, improving visual clarity and ease of navigation.

 

Bug Fixes

  • Previously, no error message was shown when a GMB post with video failed to create. A proper error message is now displayed, preventing silent failures.
  • Fixed an issue where two notification pop-ups appeared simultaneously in List View.
  • Resolved a bug where the Schedule button failed to render correctly on the recurring modal.

 

Multiple Media Selection Support

Now you can select an individual or a group of media files as it deems fit for the content piece requirement.

How to use:

  1. Navigate to the New Post button -> Click on Create New Post option.
  2. Click on the Media icon and select the ‘Upload from Media library’ option.
  3. Hover onto any image -> Click on three dots icon -> ‘Select’ CTA.
  4. Now select any number of media files you’d like to upload.
  5. You can also re-arrange the order of media files by dragging and dropping them.
  6. The media files can also be edited/deleted via the Image editor.

 

Surveys

Collect Payments & Sell Products

Now seamlessly collect payments or sell products directly from your surveys. This feature makes it easier than ever to monetize your surveys, whether you’re accepting donations, selling products, or charging for services. This allows users to use surveys as a 2-step-order form as well.

How It Works:

  1. Drag and drop the “Collect Payment” or “Sell Products” element into your survey.
  2. Add product details, pricing, and optional subscription plans in the settings.
  3. Customize your experience by enabling the optional payment alert.

Payments are 100% secure and encrypted for safety. Test your setup in Test Mode to ensure a smooth experience before switching to Live Mode.

 

Email Campaigns

Automate Tagging Based on Campaign Interactions

Automatically add tags based on user interactions (e.g., link clicks, email opens) by configuring the rules in send or schedule screen.  Important notes/limitations:

  • Tags can only be added once per interaction. Links are uniquely identified by their URL.
  • Trigger links (e.g., unsubscribe links) are excluded.
  • Adding tags based on clicks on a specific link is only possible when Tracking Links are enabled.

 

How to Use:

  1. Design and set up your email as usual.
  2. In the “Send or Schedule” screen, turn on “Add Tags” and click “Add Conditions.”
  3.  Choose your interaction type, trigger and desired tag to be added
  4.  Save and send your campaign.
  5. After sending, go to the “Campaign Stats” page and click “Tags” to see your tag summary.
  6. Click “View Contacts” to see who was tagged based on your conditions.

Communication for Messaging Ramp

This update enhances the user experience by helping users understand the messaging ramp process, their current level, and steps to unlock higher limits. This also offers a clear, visual overview of the messaging ramp with actionable progression instructions, previews of locked and future levels, and a step-by-step guide via tooltip to fulfill current limits, understand temporary blocks, and unlock the next level.

Voice Agents now adhere to their working hours in a specified timezone – giving you the ability to choose from over 400 timezones.

Variables In Message Templates

This enhancement allows users to personalize the URL dynamically based on specific variables , such as customer data or other custom fields. For instance, instead of using a static URL, the button can now include personalized parameters like {{contact.first_name}} or {{contact.email}} to create a tailored experience. This feature improves flexibility and ensures that messages can be customized to meet the specific needs of the recipient or campaign.

 

 

Countdown Timer

Contact-Specific

Introducing a Contact-Specific Countdown Timer that personalizes the timer for each contact based on events like email sent or opened.  Each contact’s timer can expire based on when they receive or open the email (e.g., Contact A’s timer expires at midnight the same day, while Contact B’s expires the next day). Choose to trigger the timer based on the email sent time or email opened time (e.g., birthday emails can have timers that end on the same day). Specify a minimum duration and set a fixed end time (e.g., 2-hour minimum, ending at 12 PM).

How to Use:

  1. Create a new timer.
  2. Select Dynamic Timer.
  3. Set duration and end time.
  4. Customize the design.
  5. Define active and expired links.
  6. Save and use in emails or funnels, or copy the code.
