Happy New Year everyone! Documents & Contracts

Preview and CC Now Enabled in Emails

Email Template Preview: Easily preview and customize your email templates before sending.
CC on Document Emails: Add CC recipients when completing and sending documents for better collaboration. Global CC settings will be applicable to:

  • Templates
  • Individual documents
  • Public documents

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to Docs → Settings → Preview.
  2. Edit templates as needed.

 

To edit an email template on the fly when sending a specific document:

  1. Go to the desired document.
  2. Click Send via Email.
  3. Modify the email template directly.

 

To Add CC Users/Global CC Settings:

  1. Go to Settings → Customer Notifications → CC Settings.
  2. Add desired CC users.

 

Per-Document CC:

  1. Open the specific document.
  2. Click Send via Email.
  3. Add CC users during the sending process.

 

Audit Logs

Device IP Address and Device Name for Login Action

We have introduced two new parameters in the audit log to strengthen security: Device IP Address and Device Name for login action. These additions enable users to easily identify and monitor any unauthorized access to their accounts, and will be visible in the audit logs for each login action.


 

Payments

Link Enabled Checkout with Stripe

FG Funnels now supports Stripe’s Link feature, allowing customers to save payment details for faster checkouts. With Link, customers can make 1-click purchases at Stripe-enabled businesses.


 

Amazon Pay & Revolut Pay

Customers can now view and make their payments using additional payment methods:

Amazon Pay: When customers select Amazon Pay as their payment method, they are redirected to Amazon’s website, where they can check out using the payment information stored in their Amazon account.

Revolut Pay: It is a digital wallet payment method that uses the customer’s stored balance or cards to fund the payment, and offers the option for non-Revolut customers to save their details after their first purchase.


 

Redirection to Custom URL

Set a custom URL while creating payment links, so that after the payment is successful, the webpage will redirect them to that same URL in the same tab or a new tab. In case the browser blocks redirection, users can manually visit the same URL. A 5 Second timer will appear to let users know that they’re being redirected.

 

 

Forms & Surveys

Improved UX

We have improved the UX for creating forms and surveys by replacing the dropdown selection with visually engaging cards. Users can now easily choose between Start from Scratch and From Templates using a modern card-based UI.

How to use:

  1. Navigate to the Forms or Surveys section under Sites.
  2. Click on Add Form or Add Survey button.
  3. Select the desired option (Start from Scratch or From Templates) using the new card-based interface.
  4. Proceed by clicking Create or Continue.

 

Blogs

Table of contents

Automatically generate a Table of Contents from your blog’s headings, allowing readers to navigate easily with clickable links. Customize the design to seamlessly match your blog’s theme.
How to use:

  1. Go to blog -> ‘Edit blog site’.
  2. In the blog post editor, find a new Table of Contents icon which gives three layout options
  3. Based upon the selected indentation, the ‘Table of content’ will be generated by hyperlinking to the concerned header.
  4. Adjust styles such as bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, & Font size using the toolbar settings.

 

Conditional Logic

Address Field Integration

This  enhancement  includes the ability to add address fields (Street Address, City, State, Country, Postal Code) in condition configurations, and is supported across all condition types:

  • Redirect to URL
  • Display Custom Message
  • Disqualify Lead
  • Show/Hide Fields

Supported Address Fields:

  • Street Address
  • City
  • State
  • Country
  • Postal Code

 

How to use:

  1. When adding a new condition, select Address Fields from the dropdown menu in the “If” section.
  2. Define the logic using specific address values or patterns, ensuring precise workflows.
  3. Use Address Fields to trigger specific actions like redirecting users to URLs, displaying custom messages, disqualifying leads, or showing/hiding form fields based on address input.

 

Calendars

Email Notifications and Appointment Smartlists

Calendar Email Notifications: Specify the From Name and From Email in calendar notifications, allowing you to control how emails appear to recipients. (Note: Applicable for Contacts and Guests only). When selecting an email template, you can also set the email subject directly.

Support for Custom Values: New custom value selector to easily choose and insert preferred values for personalized notifications

Appointment Smartlists: The Sort By filter layout has been updated for improved clarity and a smoother user experience. New filters include Contacts and Source.

Enhanced Error Handling for Advanced Filters: If a contact, user or calendar linked to an advanced filter is deleted or reassigned then a prominent error notification is displayed on the smartlist page, while problematic filters are clearly marked with explanations in the filter drawer.

Assigned Data Only: Smartlists now align with assigned data settings, ensuring data visibility is consistent with user roles and permissions.

User Timezone Support: Filters such as Upcoming Appointments and time-based filters (e.g., “Today,” “Yesterday”) now respect the user’s timezone for accurate scheduling and tracking.

 

QR Codes

Call, SMS, and Email Integration

Create QR Codes that perform the following actions:

  • Call: Redirect users to dial a specified phone number instantly.
  • SMS: Allow users to send pre-written text messages to a chosen number.
  • Email: Open an email draft with pre-filled recipient, subject, and message fields.

Customise QR Codes by adding relevant phone numbers, text messages, or email details.

How to use:

  1. Navigate to the “Create QR Code” section.
  2. Select your desired QR Type: Call, SMS, or Email.
  3. Enter the required information, such as phone numbers, message content, or email details.
  4. Users scan the QR Code and are immediately redirected to their default phone or messaging apps to initiate the specified action.

 

Voice AI

Duplicate  AI Agents

Now you can  Duplicate an AI Agent during setup. All the settings from Agent Details, including, Advanced Settings,  Goals (both basic and advanced), and Agent Working hours.
The phone number and it’s backup settings will not be duplicated

How to use:

  1. Go to the Voice AI Agent tab under Settings.
  2. In the list view, click on the action button
  3. Click Duplicate action

 

Communities

Unified Search for Posts and Comments

Introducing the Search on Post and Comment feature—exclusively available in the Discussion Tab. This unified search experience ensures you find exactly what you’re looking for, all in one place. Here’s what you can search for:

  • Post Titles and Content
  • Comment Content
  • Author Names

How to Use It:

  1.  Go to the global search bar on your dashboard.
  2.  Enter keywords, phrases, or an author’s name.
  3.  Posts and comments matching your query will appear together, giving you instant clarity.
  4.  Click on the results that catch your eye and explore deeper.

 

Paypal & Custom Payment Provider Integration

Support for PayPal and Custom payment providers (Razorpay, PPayOS, etc.) is now available under the communities tab.

How to Use:

  1. Connect Paypal in payment integration sections.
  2. Connect with Custom payment providers by installing the integration from marketplace and then add your keys to complete the integration

 

Online Listings

Payment Failure Automation

Enhanced Payment Failure Handling

Payment Failure Scenarios:

  • Initial Payment Failure – Occurs within the first 24 hours of a new subscription.
  • Recurring Subscription Payment Failure – Happens when payment for an ongoing subscription fails.

In either case, affected entities enter a Payment Pending state, granting a 7-day grace period to resolve the issue and restore services.

Grace Period for Payment Resolution:
Users have 7 days to resubscribe and resolve the payment failure.

  •  Can resubscribe using the Pay Now option, directly charging the location card.

This grace period ensures sufficient time to address payment issues and maintain service continuity.

Scheduled Unsubscribe:
If the payment failure is not resolved within the grace period, the entity is scheduled for unsubscription.

  • Entities Active on the Listings Platform:
    • If the subscription is less than 30 days old, unsubscription is delayed until the minimum 30-day period is met.
    • If the subscription exceeds 30 days, unsubscription proceeds as scheduled.
  • Entities Not Active on the Listings Platform:
    • These entities are unsubscribed immediately after the 7-day grace period if the payment remains unresolved, as no waiting period is required.

Sub-menu and Mega-menu Dropdown Icon

Improved UX: The drop-down icon now indicates expandability with a rotation animation when the item expands.

Link Support: Since the drop-down arrow controls expansion and collapse, link support has been added to the sub-menu trigger navigation item.

 

Opportunities

Dynamic Routings

This enhancement allows users to share direct links to specific opportunities that open specific opportunities and their corresponding folders directly.

How to Use:

  1. Open desired opportunity within the app.
  2. Copy URL from the bowser to share

 

Chat Widget

View in Mobile and Tablet View

View the chat widget in Mobile and Tablet view to experience how your customizations, including theme and color adjustments, affect the appearance of the chat widget on mobile and tablet devices.
