Prospecting Tool

Consistent Phone Input Changes

We’ve upgraded the phone number input in the Prospecting Tool for a smoother and more consistent experience across the tool.

Standardized Format – All numbers now follow a uniform international standard.

Real-Time Validation – Instantly detects and prevents invalid or incomplete numbers, in case of widgets.

Seamless Global Support – Effortlessly handles and detects international numbers with country codes.

 

CRM Integration

GBP Page selection

Users can now select a group and view all associated pages before proceeding with the integration. If no groups are available, users can directly select pages without the group selection option being visible.

 

Media Storage

Trash Functionality

We’ve added trash functionality to Media Storage for seamless file recovery experience. Deleted files are safely held in Trash for 30 days, giving you a second chance to recover them.

How to Use It:

  1. From media storage, deleted files are moved to trash if you want to remove it from the media storage.
  2. Navigate to the trash section within Media Storage by clicking on three dots menu on top right,
  3. Review the list of deleted files.
  4. Select a file and choose “Restore” to recover it, or “Delete Permanently” to free up space.

Files remain in Trash for 30 days before being permanently removed. Once emptied, recovery of these files is not possible.

 

Auto-Hosting, My Media Integration, and Hidden Copies

We’ve introduced a new way to handle images from third-party providers. When you choose an image from Unsplash & Pixabay, we create a copy on our servers. If the original image is deleted or expired, you will still see the image in your funnel, blog, or email.

 

Payment Integrations

New Stripe payment methods enabled for UK, Australia, Malaysia and US

Customers can now view and make their payments using additional payment methods from Stripe  for users across UK, Australia and Malaysia.

BACS Direct Debit – UK : FGF users in the UK  can accept Bacs Direct Debit from customers with a UK bank account. Businesses must collect a mandate with the customer’s sort code, account number, name, email, and address. Note: £0 transactions are not supported.

BECS Direct Debit – Australia: users in Australia can accept BECS Direct Debit payments from customers with an Australian bank account. Businesses must collect a mandate with the customer’s bank details and accept the mandate Service Agreement, authorizing them to debit the account.

FPX – Malaysia: Financial Process Exchange (FPX) is a Malaysia-based payment method that allows customers to complete transactions online using their bank credentials.

CashApp – US: Cash App is a popular consumer app in the US that allows customers to bank, invest, send, and receive money using their digital wallet.

GrabPay – Malaysia: GrabPay, developed by Grab, is a digital wallet that allows customers to make payments using their stored balance. It is widely used in Malaysia.

Zip – Australia : Zip allows customers in Australia to split their purchases into multiple payments. Those choosing Zip are redirected to its site to authorize the payment by accepting a payment plan’s terms.

 

Conversations AI

AI Response Info

We’ve upgraded the AI Response Info drawer to improve transparency and usability:

Improved UI – A cleaner, more intuitive design for a better experience.

Collapsible Sections – Expand or collapse sections as needed

New Sections Added:

Chat History – View the entire AI conversation history.

Actions Executed – Track all executed actions, including:

  • Update contact info
  • Get calendar link
  • Get calendar slots
  • Workflows triggered
  • Stop bot actions

Bot & Mode Visibility – Now, in the AI Response section, you can see which bot and mode were used for each response.

 

 

AI Employee

Conditional Visibility for Conversational AI & Voice AI

Now, if AI Employee is disabled, the Conversational AI and Voice AI menu options will no longer be visible in the Location Settings sidebar. When AI Employee is enabled, Conversational AI and Voice AI settings remain accessible.

 

Products

Groups Visibility & Faster Management

Managing groups is now easier than ever with seamless visibility and improved organization directly from the product page.

Groups List in Product View

  • Access all groups associated with a product in a dedicated tab.
  • Utilize the new FG Funnels table with search and pagination for quick navigation.
  • Preview groups directly from the product page for a more intuitive experience.
  • Filter groups by Active or Inactive status for enhanced visibility.

Key Fixes

  • Mobile Assignment File List: Resolved issues with duplicate and excessively long file names.

 

 

Funnels & Websites

Top Browsers and Top Client IPs in Funnel Analytics

This new functionality is now available exclusively in the Page Views section for both Funnels and Websites, providing deeper insights into how visitors access your site.

See the top 10 browsers your visitors use, spot trends with usage percentages, and discover the top 10 IP addresses hitting your site.

How to Get Started:

  1. Log into your account → Sites section → Analytics tab.
  2. Use the dropdown to pick Funnels, Websites, or both.
  3. Choose a date range (last week? last month? Your call).
  4. Scroll through the timeline to see browsers, IPs, and page views.

 

Order Form Modifications

Label Update: The Full address setting label has been changed to Street address for better clarity.
Product Heading Improvement: The item heading has been updated to Item to maintain consistent capitalization.

Improvements & Bug Fixes

  •  The alignment of Input fields in the Funnel Settings Page is now fixed.
  • We have fixed the title for creating a new webinar page from New Page for Website to New Page for Webinar

 

Opportunities

Opportunity Cards, Infinite Error, and Scrolling issues

Improved Live Updates for Opportunity Cards in Kanban View: We’ve implemented a new routing logic handler that significantly boosts the performance and efficiency of live updates for Opportunity cards in the Kanban view.

Resolved Infinite Error in Search API: Fixed a critical issue that was triggering rate-limiting errors.

Optimized Opportunity Updates: The Update Opportunity payload now saves only modified changes, reducing unnecessary data processing, minimizing overload, and improving overall stability.

Fixed Scrolling Issues: Addressed several scrolling problems, including drag-through-stages functionality and inconsistent horizontal/vertical scrolling, for a smoother and more reliable user experience.

Update API Fix for Default Pipeline Stage: If no stage ID is provided in the Update API, it will now default to the first stage of the pipeline, ensuring consistent behavior.

Notes enhancements: We’ve reintroduced the “Created by” label to give credit where it’s due and help you see who’s behind the content.

UI Updates: Replaced the old spinner with a sleek skeleton loader, so you’ll get a clearer preview of what’s loading. Tweaked the button hover state and card borders for a fresher, more polished look.

 

 

Email Campaigns

Track Top Email Campaigns by Click & Open Rate

You can now see the top 5 email campaigns based on click rate and open rate, in addition to revenue.

How to Use:

  1. Go to Email Marketing > Statistics.
  2. Use filters to view top campaigns by Revenue, Click Rate, or Open Rate.

Note: For SMTP, we don’t track delivered counts. We recommend using click rate and revenue for performance analysis.

 

Forms & Surveys

Manual Payments

Now, customers can choose flexible payment methods beyond online transactions for  products sold through forms & surveys.

Two Payment Types:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Custom Payment Methods (e.g., bank transfer, check, card, or other offline payments).

Orders using manual payments will appear under Payments > Orders. Initially, these orders will have a “Pending” payment status. Users can mark orders as paid by selecting the payment mode (cash, card, bank transfer, etc.). Payment status updates in the Orders section will automatically reflect in the Submissions section of the respective form/survey.

How It Works:

  1. Navigate to Payments > Integrations > Manual Payment Methods and enable COD or Custom Payment Methods.
  2. Configure the description and post-purchase message for each payment type.
  3. Ensure the option is enabled specifically for forms and surveys.When a user adds a product to a form or survey, the manual payment option will automatically appear in the payment selection.
  4. Once a user submits a form with manual payment selected, the order appears in Payments > Orders with a “Pending” payment status.
  5. Businesses can later mark the order as paid and choose the payment mode (cash, card, check, bank transfer, etc.).
  6. The payment status in the Orders section will be synchronized with the Form Submissions section.

 

Manual Payments are supported only for selling products. They are NOT available for:

  • Recurring or subscription-based products.
  • Collecting a specific amount (e.g., donations).

 

 

“Other” Option

Users can now select “Other” when filling out a form or survey and provide a custom response. Custom responses are captured and stored in submissions, and works seamlessly across checkboxes and radio elements for maximum usability.

How It Works:

Enable the “Other” Option – In the form editor, simply click “Add ‘Other’ option” when setting up multiple-choice fields.

 

 

Voice AI

Custom Variable Support in Prompt

You can now add custom variables to the prompt, ensuring they are utilized during the call.

Additionally, your agent is now contact-aware, enabling it to retrieve details for existing customers—functionality that was previously unavailable.

How to add it:

  1. Go to Agent Goals -> Advanced Goals
  2. Select the custom variables you want to add from the tag
  3. You can manually add the variables in format {{contact.name}}

 

Documents & Contracts

Custom URL Redirection

Now, when a customer signs a document or completes a payment within your Document, they can be redirected to a custom URL of your choice. You can set this redirection globally for all Documents & Contracts or configure it for individual templates.

How to Use?

Global Settings:

  1. Go to Payments → Documents & Contracts → Settings and open Document Settings.
  2. Enable the “Redirect to a Custom URL” toggle.
  3. Enter the desired URL and select how you want it to open.
  4. Click Save to apply globally (unless overridden at template-level).

Per-Document / Per-Template Settings

  1. When creating or editing a Document or Document template, click Settings at the top.
  2. Toggle on “Enable redirection to custom URL.”
  3. Enter your URL and choose where it opens.
  4. Save your Document or template. After the client signs (or pays), they’ll be sent to your custom link.

 

Dynamic Timer

Optional End Time

You can now set a dynamic timer to end after a specific duration from when the email is opened or sent.

How to Use:

  1. Go to Countdown Timer
  2. Create a new timer
  3. Choose Dynamic
  4. Set the Duration and disable Set End Time

Note: One Dynamic timer works for a contact only once. It is advisable to clone the timer before reusing it in other template
This update offers a more flexible, user-centric approach!

 

Workflows

Automatic Contact Creation & Workflow Trigger for New Prospects

This release introduces the “Prospect Generated” workflow trigger, allowing you to automate actions for new prospects created within the Prospecting Tool or through embedded widgets. Key features & enhancements:

  • New trigger: “Prospect Generated”
  •  Triggers workflows whenever a new prospect is created.
  • Works for prospects generated via the app and embedded widgets.
  • Prospect Source:
    • In-App: Identify and act on manually generated prospects.
    • Widget: Target prospects created through embedded widgets on websites.
  • Prospect Conversion Score:
    • Filter prospects based on their conversion score (1-100) using operators like >, <, and =.
  • Automated Lead Management Actions
  • Automated Emails/SMS: Engage new prospects with personalized communication.
  • Contact Creation: Automatically create contacts for new prospects.
  • Assign Tags: Categorize contacts based on segmentation.
  • Store Data in Excel: Export prospect data into Excel for structured tracking in sales pipelines.

 

AI-Powered Custom Code Generation

Writing custom code in workflows just got smarter, faster, and easier—thanks to AI! We’re thrilled to introduce Code with AI (Beta), enabling users to generate custom code snippets with just a simple description.

How to Use It:

  1. Choose Custom Code action in your workflow.
  2. Click “Code with AI” to open the AI assistant.
  3. Input your desired functionality (e.g., “I have an API that returns a date in MM-DD-YYYY format. Can you help me convert it to YYYY-MM-DD.”).
  4.  Click Generate and let AI craft the code for you.
  5. Review the output and click Use Code to insert it into your workflow.

This feature is in Beta, and we value your feedback! Give Code with AI a try and let us know how it enhances your workflow experience.

 

WooCommerce

Import and Sync Products and Collections for E-commerce stores

Store owners can now seamlessly import and sync their Products and Collections from WooCommerce.

How to Use?

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integration > WooCommerce inside your account.
  2. Click “Connect”, enter your WooCommerce store URL (e.g., https://yourstore.com – no trailing slash), and start setup.
  3. Choose what to import: Contacts, Orders, Transactions, Products, and Collections.
  4. Set up continuous syncing for Contacts, Orders, Transactions, Order Submitted Trigger, Payment Received Trigger, Products, and Collections.
  5. Click Save
  6. Enable/disable specific sync options anytime from the integration settings.

 

Client Portal

Smart Push Notification

This powerful new feature allows you to automate real-time push notifications for client portals, communities, and courses on both mobile and web apps—boosting engagement instantly.

How It Works:

GoKollab

Payment Providers

GoKollab group owners can now integrate Stripe with their accounts to seamlessly collect payments to create and manage paid groups within GoKollab. The payments integration page is protected by security code authentication. Once entered, the code grants access to the page for one hour.

 

Reputation Management

Personalize Your Recurring Emails with Custom Templates

Now, users can set different email templates for recurring review request emails, ensuring every interaction feels more engaging and tailored to your audience.

How to Access Multiple Review Platform Integration:

  1. Go to Reputation Management → Email Review Requests.
  2. Update “Until clicked, repeat this every” & “Maximum retries” and enable recurring review requests.
  3. Choose different email templates for each follow-up message.
  4. Customize the content to match your brand and audience.
  5. Save and activate your settings

 

CRM Bulk Action

Bulk Review Request V2

This feature, available under Labs with the label Bulk Review Request V2, applies exclusively to the two new sending options: “Send All at Once” and “Send at Scheduled Time.”

Key Enhancements:

  • Upgraded Architecture: Enables faster and more reliable bulk action processing.
  • Increased Sending Capacity: All locations where Bulk Review Request V2 is enabled will now start with a sending limit of 100k requests per hour, offering greater flexibility and efficiency.

New Stats Modal:

  • Introduces additional statuses, including Processed and Error states.
