We’ve upgraded the phone number input in the Prospecting Tool for a smoother and more consistent experience across the tool.
Standardized Format – All numbers now follow a uniform international standard.
Real-Time Validation – Instantly detects and prevents invalid or incomplete numbers, in case of widgets.
Seamless Global Support – Effortlessly handles and detects international numbers with country codes.
Users can now select a group and view all associated pages before proceeding with the integration. If no groups are available, users can directly select pages without the group selection option being visible.
We’ve added trash functionality to Media Storage for seamless file recovery experience. Deleted files are safely held in Trash for 30 days, giving you a second chance to recover them.
How to Use It:
Files remain in Trash for 30 days before being permanently removed. Once emptied, recovery of these files is not possible.
We’ve introduced a new way to handle images from third-party providers. When you choose an image from Unsplash & Pixabay, we create a copy on our servers. If the original image is deleted or expired, you will still see the image in your funnel, blog, or email.
Customers can now view and make their payments using additional payment methods from Stripe for users across UK, Australia and Malaysia.
BACS Direct Debit – UK : FGF users in the UK can accept Bacs Direct Debit from customers with a UK bank account. Businesses must collect a mandate with the customer’s sort code, account number, name, email, and address. Note: £0 transactions are not supported.
BECS Direct Debit – Australia: users in Australia can accept BECS Direct Debit payments from customers with an Australian bank account. Businesses must collect a mandate with the customer’s bank details and accept the mandate Service Agreement, authorizing them to debit the account.
FPX – Malaysia: Financial Process Exchange (FPX) is a Malaysia-based payment method that allows customers to complete transactions online using their bank credentials.
CashApp – US: Cash App is a popular consumer app in the US that allows customers to bank, invest, send, and receive money using their digital wallet.
GrabPay – Malaysia: GrabPay, developed by Grab, is a digital wallet that allows customers to make payments using their stored balance. It is widely used in Malaysia.
Zip – Australia : Zip allows customers in Australia to split their purchases into multiple payments. Those choosing Zip are redirected to its site to authorize the payment by accepting a payment plan’s terms.

Now, if AI Employee is disabled, the Conversational AI and Voice AI menu options will no longer be visible in the Location Settings sidebar. When AI Employee is enabled, Conversational AI and Voice AI settings remain accessible.

Improved Live Updates for Opportunity Cards in Kanban View: We’ve implemented a new routing logic handler that significantly boosts the performance and efficiency of live updates for Opportunity cards in the Kanban view.
Resolved Infinite Error in Search API: Fixed a critical issue that was triggering rate-limiting errors.
Optimized Opportunity Updates: The Update Opportunity payload now saves only modified changes, reducing unnecessary data processing, minimizing overload, and improving overall stability.
Fixed Scrolling Issues: Addressed several scrolling problems, including drag-through-stages functionality and inconsistent horizontal/vertical scrolling, for a smoother and more reliable user experience.
Update API Fix for Default Pipeline Stage: If no stage ID is provided in the Update API, it will now default to the first stage of the pipeline, ensuring consistent behavior.
Notes enhancements: We’ve reintroduced the “Created by” label to give credit where it’s due and help you see who’s behind the content.
UI Updates: Replaced the old spinner with a sleek skeleton loader, so you’ll get a clearer preview of what’s loading. Tweaked the button hover state and card borders for a fresher, more polished look.
You can now see the top 5 email campaigns based on click rate and open rate, in addition to revenue.
How to Use:
Note: For SMTP, we don’t track delivered counts. We recommend using click rate and revenue for performance analysis.
Now, customers can choose flexible payment methods beyond online transactions for products sold through forms & surveys.
Two Payment Types:
Orders using manual payments will appear under Payments > Orders. Initially, these orders will have a “Pending” payment status. Users can mark orders as paid by selecting the payment mode (cash, card, bank transfer, etc.). Payment status updates in the Orders section will automatically reflect in the Submissions section of the respective form/survey.

Manual Payments are supported only for selling products. They are NOT available for:
Users can now select “Other” when filling out a form or survey and provide a custom response. Custom responses are captured and stored in submissions, and works seamlessly across checkboxes and radio elements for maximum usability.

Enable the “Other” Option – In the form editor, simply click “Add ‘Other’ option” when setting up multiple-choice fields.
You can now add custom variables to the prompt, ensuring they are utilized during the call.
Additionally, your agent is now contact-aware, enabling it to retrieve details for existing customers—functionality that was previously unavailable.
How to add it:
Now, when a customer signs a document or completes a payment within your Document, they can be redirected to a custom URL of your choice. You can set this redirection globally for all Documents & Contracts or configure it for individual templates.
