Navigation Menu Text Wrap for Mobile View

We have improved the text overflow issue of the Navigation menu on mobile, with support for wrapping text to a new line.


 

Communities

Email Preferences, Paypal support, and Course Access fixes

We’ve 14 new email preferences are now available for communities:

  • Group Membership Status Email
  • New Member Request
  • Declined/Removed by Admin
  • Added to Private Channel
  • General Group Emails
  • New Comment Reply
  • Content Reported
  • Role Changes
  • Group Ownership Changed
  • Subscription/Payment Status Email
  • Post and Comment tagging emails now contain previews of the comment/post.
  • The default template of the email now shows which custom value is used in the preview.
  • Paypal as a payment method is now independently supported

 

Fixes

  • Course access issues in communities are now fixed.
  • Fixed issue with FCM token handling.
  • Fixed video playback issue in communities due to improper filename.
  • Fixed issue with bottom-navbar not being rendered in mobile browser.
  • Fixed issues with Groups Listing on community builders.
  • Fixed Scroll issue on channel members.

Toll Free Number Verification for SMS now needs an EIN, reducing risk of misuse.

 

Voice AI

Voice Agent Dashboards

You can now provide feedback on Voice Agent calls to help improve their performance. Curious about how your Voice Agent calls are going? You can also listen to call recordings for all calls made by the Voice Agents.

 

New Analytics Dashboard

We have added a new Dashboard in Voice AI for better analytics.

Where to find it:

  • Voice AI Agents => Dashboards & Logs (For account level data)
  • Voice AI Agents => Agent => Dashboards & Logs (For the agent’s level data)

The data have we added:

Call analytics:

  • Total Number of calls completed
  • Trend of number of calls over time
  • Total duration of calls
  • Average duration of calls

Actions Triggered:

  • Total actions triggered
  • Segregated view of which action was triggered how many times
  • Overview of the most updated contact fields
  • User Sentiment
  • AI analysed overview of the user’s sentiment for calls
  • All the stats also have their percentage delta when compared to the last filter period.

Filters available for dashboard:

  • Time duration
  • Agent

 

 

Multiple Languages Support

We’re excited to announce a major expansion of our Voice AI capabilities: multi-language support! You can now create and deploy Voice Agents in a variety of languages, enabling you to connect with a wider audience than ever before.

We’ve added support for seven key languages, including English:

  • English
  • Brazilian Portuguese
  • Spanish
  • French
  • German
  • Italian
  • Dutch

Browse our growing library of 80+ voices, each tailored to these languages. Simply select your target language from the dropdown menu, and the available voices will update automatically.

To ensure optimal performance, please keep the following in mind:

  • Language Selection is Key: Choose the desired language during Voice Agent configuration. The agent will only process and respond in the language it’s configured for.
  • Avoid Language Prompts: Explicitly stating the language in your prompts can confuse the agent. Let the configured language guide its interactions.
  • Update Greeting Messages: Remember to customize your Greeting Message to match the target language for a seamless user experience.

 

QR Codes

Trimmed/Cropped and True Transparency for PNGs

Trimmed/Cropped QR Codes: QR codes without a background, header, or footer are now automatically cropped, eliminating unnecessary whitespace.

True Transparency for PNGs: Create seamless integrations! PNG QR codes can now be generated with 100% transparency. This makes it easy to overlay the QR code onto existing designs or backgrounds in your favorite image editor.

How It Works:

To create a transparent PNG, adjust the background color alpha slider to the far left (0% opacity) within the QR code builder.

Add Featured Post to your Blog

Adding a featured post to a blog serves several strategic purposes:

  • Highlight Important Content – Ensures key posts (e.g., announcements, pillar content, popular articles) remain visible to readers.
  • Drive More Engagement – Keeps high-performing or cornerstone posts at the top, increasing visibility and interaction.
  • Improve SEO & Read Time – If a pinned post is frequently visited, it can contribute to better rankings and user retention.
  • Promote Evergreen Content – Keeps timeless or frequently referenced posts easily accessible.

 
How does Featured Post work?

  1. Navigate to Sites > Blogs
  2. On the list view of Blog(s), select the blog name and click on it
  3. Go to the view where there option to edit Blog Site
  4. Add the element of Featured Post
  5. Select the featured blog post
  6. Select the layout and choose what you want to show in the blog featured post.
  7. Publish the blog site

Multi Page Support

Facebook multi page is now out of Labs and enabled for all the accounts:

  • Sync leads automatically from Facebook Lead Ads across multiple pages with clear attribution to the source
  •  Chat with customers across multiple Facebook pages using Facebook and Instagram chat integrations.
  • Build customized workflows to automate customer engagement across multiple Facebook pages
  •  Manage reviews and your review responses across multiple Facebook pages
  • The mobile app now supports conversations across multiple Facebook pages.
  • Conversation AI now supports auto-response to messages across multiple Facebook pages.
  • Troubleshoot & Error alert: Added capability to highlight alerts in terms of permissions and troubleshoot option to do basic troubleshooting.

Stop Bot Action

Introducing the “Stop Bot on a Condition” Action in our Conversation AI Bots. This powerful new feature allows the bot to cease responding whenever specific conditions are met during a conversation with a contact, ensuring greater customization and control.

How to Get Started:

  1. Navigate to Conversation AI → Edit a Bot → Bot Goals in your account.
  2. Add the “Stop Bot” action within your Conversation AI setup.
  3. Configure up to five actions based on user responses.
  4. Set up a final message to be sent to the user after the bot is stopped.

Important Notes:

  • Users can configure up to five actions for the Stop Bot feature.
  • This action can be saved, enabled, or disabled at any time, offering maximum flexibility.

How It Works:

  1. Open your Dashboard
  2. Click Edit and select Add Widget
  3. Scroll to the Payments category and choose the widget you need
  4. Customize filters, switch chart types, and apply themes
  5. Click Save to update your dashboard

 

Courses

Unlocking System

We’re introducing a revamped course unlocking system, giving community admins more flexibility in how courses are accessed. Now, you can define access levels based on your community’s needs. New Course Unlock Options:

  • All Members – Open access for everyone.
  • Level Unlock – Members must reach a specific community leaderboard level to access.
  • Buy Now – Offer courses as one-time purchases or subscriptions for instant access.
  • Time Unlock – Courses become available after a set duration from the member’s joining date.

How It Works:

Here’s how you can set up course access:

  • All Members: Open access for everyone in the community.
  • Level Unlock: Members must reach a certain leaderboard level to access the course.
  • Buy Now: Offer courses with one-time payments or subscriptions.
  • Time Unlock: Courses become available after a predefined duration from the member’s joining date.

How to Use It:

  • Add a Course Card or Edit Your Course Unlock Settings.
  • Switch Unlock Methods Anytime—you can change any lock to any other type with no restrictions.
  • Customize & Save—your new unlocking rules will be applied instantly.

 

Affiliate Manager

Deleting a Customer

Users can now delete customers under any affiliate, giving you more control over customer records and affiliate data.

How It Works:

  1. Open the Affiliate Profile where the customer is listed.
  2. Navigate to the Customers tab.
  3. Click the three-dot menu next to the customer.
  4. Select Delete to remove them permanently.
