Countdown Timer

Enhanced Copy Code Functionality

 Previously, there was a 60-second restriction in funnels that required users  to manually adjust timer alignment each time. We’ve now added alignment choices before copying the code, and the code will automatically auto-refresh.

How to Use:

  1. Create a countdown timer.
  2. Click “Copy Code.”
  3. Select Email or Website.
  4. Choose the desired alignment.
  5. Click “Copy Code.”
  6. Paste it in the email or website code block.

 

Company Billing

Clear Default Highlighting, Manage Existing Cards, and Add a New Card

Now you can add a new card while managing existing ones. The newly added card will clearly indicate if it’s set as the default for all subscriptions. You can view up to the latest three cards you’ve added, delete cards or mark them as default directly from the list.

 

How It Works:

  1. Go to the Billing Page in your account.
  2. Click Edit under “Payment Method.”
  3. Viewing the latest three added cards.
  4. Marking any card as default or deleting it.

 

Social Planner

Posting a Single Video to Instagram as a Reel

With this update, users can publish single-video content to their feeds and reels without the previous media size restrictions.

Converting the Media Limit Error to a Warning

Previously, if a user selected more images than allowed for a given social platform, they were restricted from posting. Users can now proceed with creating their posts even if they include more images than the platform permits, the system will automatically select only the allowable number of images and remove the excess ones, with a warning highlighting the same.

 

LinkedIn Social Planner Statistics

Track the number of posts, likes, comments, followers, impressions, and reach on LinkedIn. Visualize your Social Post Performance with an interactive graph, showcasing post trends and weekly performance.

Important notes:

  • Statistics are available only for Linkedin Pages as the Profile statistics are not provided by Linkedin platform API.
  • Demographic data is not supported by Linkedin API’s.

 

Invoices & Estimates

Attachments

Users can now attach up to 10 files to an invoice, estimate or a template (invoice or estimate template) which will go along with the email. The total file size limit is 20MB per estimate.

How to Use:

  1. Go to the Estimates / Invoices section under the Payments tab.
  2. When creating or editing an estimate / invoice, look for the attachment icon under additional options.
  3. Click the icon to upload files from your device or choose from the media library.
  4. Ensure that the total size of all attachments does not exceed 20MB.
  5. Users will receive these attachments in the emails when an invoice or estimate is sent for the first time.

Note: Not all invoice notifications will have these attachments, only when an invoice or estimate is sent for the first time it will have the attachments.

 

LC Phone

Number Intelligence: Filter Spam Calls and Identify Unknown Callers

Phone system will now automatically flags spam calls from unknown U.S. numbers, as well as fetch the name of unknown callers so you can personalize your greetings by default.  This feature can be enabled or disabled under Settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Number Intelligence.

 

Control recording storage bills by auto-deleting older call recordings

The default retention period is set to 90 days, but  can be changed by account admins, under  Settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Voice Calls > Call Recording.

 

 

Online Listings

Hide Address and Service Areas

Businesses can now hide their physical address from listings, and Add a service area to communicate where their services are available.

To Hide a Business Address:

  1. Navigate to the Online Listings.
  2. Enable the “Hide Business Address” checkbox.

 
To Add a Service Area:

  1. Select the service area type from the available options:
  2. City/State/County: Select regions from dropdown.
  3. Zip Codes: Input specific zip codes for precise coverage.
  4. Sub-locality: Highlight smaller regions or neighborhoods where your services are offered.Choose one or more service area type:
  5. Enter the relevant search term (e.g., city name, zip code).
  6. Choose from the automated suggestions generated based on your input.
  7. Confirm your selection to define the service area.

 

GoKollab

In-App Notifications

We’ve added a brand-new In-App Notifications on mentions, replies, likes, and everything about communities—all within the app.

Important Note: If you use both GoKollab and the Client Portal to access your communities, you might see the same notifications in both places. Marking a notification as “read” in one platform won’t automatically update it in the other.

We have added the following Custom Values to personalize your students course experience.

Integrations

Troubleshooting and Re-auth capability in connected Multiple Facebook pages

This feature will enable the users to find and resolve missing permissions related issues in connected FB Pages.

  • The FB Card will show a warning banner if any issues are identified related to FB permission scopes.
  • On ‘Click to resolve’, a list will show all the relevant information for the connected pages along with the inaccessible features as a result of missing permissions.
  • The ‘Reconnect’ button will take the users to Facebook’s re-auth flow. Users will need to read and follow the instructions, these will be specific to their FB account.

The view may be different as it will be based on the type and number of missing permissions. Sometimes FB allows the users to edit the permissions settings in the reauth flow itself, otherwise it will give a link to Business Integrations Settings.

This applies to the accounts that have enabled the feature in Labs for ‘Connect Multiple Facebook and Instagram Pages’. This capability is already present in the accounts with Single FB Pages version.

 

FB Integration:  Sync Leads Button

The sync leads button present on Facebook Integration card in integration settings is used to sync old Facebook Form Leads which did not get synced in FGF automatically as they were generated. There can be multiple reasons for the leads not making it to FGF, ranging from Meta Outages, issues related to access or Page setup by users in their Meta business suite. If the page and forms are correctly set up, the leads should be synced automatically.
