Welcome to the latest FG Funnels updates for April 10th, 2025! In this update, we have several exciting new features and improvements to share with you. These updates are designed to enhance your experience and provide you with more flexibility and control over your funnels and websites. You no longer have to guess why a listing is marked as unavailable. Now, when you click on the status, you’ll see a clear reason along with steps to fix it. This change brings more transparency and empowers you to resolve issues on your own—without needing to contact support. Most common issues are already covered, and we’ll continue expanding this list.
Design meets functionality! Countdown Timers now look great and keep perfect time right inside Funnels—no more choosing between style and accuracy.

The Chat Widget now shows everything a user submits—whether through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or live chat. It also supports custom fields and handles blank messages more cleanly.

In the agent setup flow, go to the “Agent Goals” tab and turn on email notifications. Then select who should receive them.
Transcription now works not just for regular calls but also for IVR and workflow calls—as long as call recording is enabled.

When you buy a phone number, it now gets a friendly name like “Ronak’s Number” by default. You can still change it anytime.

We’ve added a search bar to the country picker on mobile. It’s now easier to find and select countries, especially in long lists.
Bonus Fix:
Resolved an issue where the picker wouldn’t open at all on mobile.
