Welcome to the latest FG Funnels updates for April 10th, 2025! In this update, we have several exciting new features and improvements to share with you. Online Listings

Show Reasons and Steps to Resolve Unavailable Listings

You no longer have to guess why a listing is marked as unavailable. Now, when you click on the status, you’ll see a clear reason along with steps to fix it. This change brings more transparency and empowers you to resolve issues on your own—without needing to contact support. Most common issues are already covered, and we’ll continue expanding this list.

 

Funnels

Countdown Timer Designs Now Work Seamlessly

Design meets functionality! Countdown Timers now look great and keep perfect time right inside Funnels—no more choosing between style and accuracy.

What’s Fixed:

  • No more 1-minute cut-off with GIFs
  • Design now matches across builder, preview, and live views
  • Real-time updates with automatic cache clearing

How to Use It:

  1. Create your timer
  2. Set active and expired funnel pages
  3. Add the Countdown Timer element
  4. Choose your design—what you see is what your users get

Coming Soon:

  • View and click stats will soon only track real users (not test previews)

 

Chat Widget

See All Contact Details and Support for Custom Fields

The Chat Widget now shows everything a user submits—whether through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or live chat. It also supports custom fields and handles blank messages more cleanly.

What’s Improved:

  • All contact details are now visible in the Conversations tab
  • Custom fields are fully supported
  • No more default “Need Help” message when fields are blank

 

Voice AI

Email Notification Customization

You now have full control over who receives post-call emails. Admins are no longer the only recipients.

New Options Include:

  • All Admins
  • All Users
  • Contact’s Assigned User
  • Specific Users
  • Custom Email addresses

How to Enable:

In the agent setup flow, go to the “Agent Goals” tab and turn on email notifications. Then select who should receive them.

 

Phone System

Transcriptions Now Work for IVR Calls

Transcription now works not just for regular calls but also for IVR and workflow calls—as long as call recording is enabled.

Enable it in:
Sub-account settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Voice Intelligence

Friendlier Phone Number Names

When you buy a phone number, it now gets a friendly name like “Ronak’s Number” by default. You can still change it anytime.

Option to Disable Call Recording Message

You can now turn off the “This call is being recorded” message—finally!

 

Mobile App

Country Picker Search Feature

We’ve added a search bar to the country picker on mobile. It’s now easier to find and select countries, especially in long lists.

Bonus Fix:
Resolved an issue where the picker wouldn’t open at all on mobile.

 

Courses

Thumbnails for Assessments

You can now add thumbnails to quizzes and assignments—not just lessons. This keeps your course visually consistent and easier to navigate.

Email System

Gmail Reply Threading Fix

We’ve improved how emails thread in Gmail, even when Gmail skips the “In-Reply-To” header. Replies should now group properly, reducing confusion.

Domain Settings for Payment Emails

A new “Payment & Invoices” section lets you:

  • Set up a dedicated sending domain
  • Improve branding and email delivery for invoices

 

Workflows

Use Voice AI Data in Workflows

You can now pull Voice AI call details like duration, summary, and transcript directly into your workflows using custom tags.

Steps:

  1. Enable Voice AI agents
  2. Link to a workflow
  3. Trigger workflow after call completion

New Condition Operators: Compare with Multiple Values

New “is any of” and “is none of” operators make it easier to check multiple values without using multiple OR conditions.

Choose to Send or Save Estimates

You can now:

  • Send an estimate as soon as a workflow runs
  • Or save it as a draft for internal review

Perfect for teams who need approval before sending.

 

Invoices

Set Custom Payment Dates

When recording a payment manually, you can now specify the exact date and time. This helps with accurate bookkeeping and syncing with accounting systems.

 

Marketplace

Better App Search & Filters

Now you can:

  • Search by app name, tagline, developer, or description
  • Use filters to find apps based on the modules they include
  • Match workflow actions/triggers too

Result: Better discoverability and easier app management

 

Ecommerce

Abandoned Cart Reminder Upgrades

You now have full control over abandoned cart reminders:

  • Toggle emails on/off
  • Choose and preview templates
  • Customize subject lines
  • Set exact send times (minutes, hours, days)

Customize All Store Notification Emails

Now you can customize:

  • Order Confirmation
  • Order Fulfillment
  • Abandoned Cart

Choose system templates or create your own to match your brand.

 

Affiliate Manager

Move Customers Between Affiliates

You can now manually move a customer to another affiliate within the same campaign—with the option to transfer unpaid commissions too.

How:

  1. Go to the current affiliate
  2. Click the customer’s 3-dot menu
  3. Select “Move Customer”
  4. Choose destination affiliate
  5. (Optional) Move commissions
  6. Save!

 

Social Planner

Instagram Collab Posts Supported

You can now create Instagram collaborator posts directly from Social Planner! Just add the collaborator’s username when creating the post.

 

Blog

Customize Blog Post Page Styles

New blog styling options include:

  • Adjusting cover image size or hiding it
  • Editing the author section
  • Custom fonts, colors, link styles, and more

Edit by going to:
Sites > Blogs > [Your Blog Name] > Blog Post Page

 

Funnels & Websites

Auto-Save and Version History

Your work now saves automatically as you go. Plus, you can view and restore past versions easily.

Details:

  • Auto-saves every 10 minutes when changes are made
  • Stores up to 50 versions
  • Manual save still available
  • Alerts for Global Section edits

 

Email Builder

Layout Visibility Settings

You can now hide or show entire layouts (not just elements) for mobile or desktop views.

How to Use:

  • Add a layout
  • Hover to toggle desktop/mobile visibility
  • Or use the left panel for visibility settings

 

Calendars

View Form Submissions in Appointment Modal

If someone fills out a custom form during booking, you can now see it directly inside the Appointment Modal—no need to go elsewhere.

Note: This doesn’t apply yet to default forms (name, email, phone)—but that’s coming soon.

 

Client Portal

Notification Preferences for Users

Client Portal Users can now:

  • Enable/disable email and push notifications
  • Get notified about post likes and comments
  • Manage their settings from their account profile

Admins also get new controls over what users can enable.

 

Marketplace

App Permission Transparency

Users installing Marketplace apps now get a clear view of what data and permissions the app is requesting—just like Google’s OAuth screen. This adds transparency and helps users stay secure.

 

Labs

New Theme Customizer for Courses

You can now fully style your course pages—no code needed! Customize everything from headers to sidebars, preview changes in real time, and save templates to reuse.

Key Features:

  • Drag-and-drop layout editing
  • Visibility toggles
  • Custom content blocks
  • Branding controls

 

Contacts

Notes Delinking for Opportunities

You can now create notes specific to opportunities—separate from contact notes—for cleaner, more organized record-keeping.

New Features:

  • Choose which entity (contact, opportunity, or both) a note is linked to
  • Filter notes by association
  • Powerful search to quickly find notes

Enable this under:
 Settings > Labs > Opportunity Notes
