Affiliate Manager

New Payout Terms

Customize when commissions are paid to affiliates (NET-7 to NET-90).

How It Works

• Go to Campaign > Additional Settings or Global Settings
• Choose your payout term

 

New Workflow Action: Add Leads Under an Affiliate

Automatically assign leads to affiliates with these options:

• Manual
• Attribution-based (from tracking links)
• Custom field mapping

Where to Find It

• Go to Workflows > Add Action > Add Leads Under an Affiliate

 

New Trigger: Lead Created

Trigger a workflow when a lead is created by an affiliate.

How It Works

• Create a workflow with Trigger: Lead Created
• Optional: filter by campaign

 

Documents & Contracts

Smart Invoice Logic

If your document contains optional products and the buyer selects only one-time products, it will now generate a one-time invoice automatically.

Where to Find It

• Payments > Documents & Contracts

 

Product Images in Documents

Now you can add images to product lists in proposals or invoices.

How to Use

• Add a Product List block
• Enable “Show image in list”
• Upload images as needed

 

Unsaved Changes Warning

If you leave a document with unsaved edits, FG Funnels will now warn you first. 🙌

 

Email Campaigns

Pause & Edit Campaigns (With Audit Logs!)

You can now pause, edit, and resume ANY campaign—including A/B test, RSS, and send-now.

Where to Find It

• Email Marketing > Campaigns
• Click the three-dot menu > Pause / Edit
• View audit logs in the same screen

 

Conversations & Contacts

Frontend Speed Fixes

Major performance upgrades have been made to the Conversations and Contacts pages.

What Was Improved

• Memory use dropped from 1.8GB → 1.1GB
• Removed unused listeners and loggers
• Cleaned up legacy code

Optimized CSS Processing

CSS minification now runs in a separate browser thread, reducing save times from 2.8s to 100ms on large pages.

 

Toll-Free Verification

EIN No Longer Required

You no longer need an EIN to verify your toll-free number, making setup easier for sole proprietors.

 

User-Level Permissions V2

Forms, Surveys, Quizzes & QR Codes

You can now manage visibility for these tools at the user role level.

How to Use It

• Go to Settings > My Staff
• Select a user > toggle access per module

 

Domain Enhancements

Purchase Domains From Funnel, Website, Store & Webinar Builders

Now you can buy domains directly from where you’re working.

Where to Find It

• Inside any builder > Settings > Purchase Domain

 

Default & 404 Page Nudges

FG Funnels now reminds you to set a homepage or 404 page when one is missing.

How to Use

• Go to Sites > Domains > Edit next to the domain

 

Website Performance

Lazy Load for All Images

Now ALL images (not just optimized ones) load only when they’re in view, speeding up page loads.
