Voice AI
Appointment Booking Actions Now in Dashboard
We’ve upgraded the Voice AI dashboard to make appointment booking actions easier to see and track. These now show up right inside your dashboard, giving you a clearer picture of how your AI agents are performing.
What’s New:
- Dashboard Visibility: Appointment bookings now appear under the “Actions Triggered” column in the call log.
- Timezone Fix: Appointment slots are now based on the agent’s timezone (instead of location timezone).
- UI Fixes: Name, Email, and Address fields now display correctly when setting up booking actions.
New Voices for Voice Agents
You asked, we delivered—20 new high-quality English voices have been added for Voice Agents!
What’s Included:
- 5 male + 5 female voices each for Australian and British English.
- Optimized for natural tone, clarity, and authentic accents.
- Available for agents using upgraded Voice AI via Labs.

- Usage Summary Page Removed: Legacy page fully deprecated.

We’ve fixed the play button rendering on iOS so it looks sleek and consistent everywhere.
Fix:
- Replaced native iOS play icon with a custom SVG-based button.
Form Builder Now Opens Inside Funnel Builder
Say goodbye to tab-switching! The Form Builder now pops up inside the Funnel Builder itself.
Highlights:
- Opens in a 90% screen modal overlay
- Faster edits with zero context-switching
- Access styles, custom fields, and themes all in one view
How It Works:
- Click on any form element, then “Edit Form”
- Make your changes in the popup
- Hit Save and you’re back to building your funnel
Conversations AI
Form-Based Bot Flow Improvements
Behavior Change:
- When an Initial Message is configured: it now displays solo. The flow starts only after the user replies.
- When no Initial Message is set: flow starts right away.
Human Handover
Sometimes you just need a real person. Human Handover lets your bot pass the conversation to a human team member when needed.
Features:
- Recognizes phrases like “Can I speak to someone?”
- Triggers handover on repeated failures or no resolution
- Assigns tasks, pauses bot, and tags the chat
Setup:
- Go to Bot Goals > Enable Human Handover
- Choose a trigger
- Customize handover (assign task, pause bot, send closing message)
- Ensure team notifications are on under My Staff > Notifications
Payments
View Merged Contacts’ Payment History
Now when you merge contacts, you can still view all transactions from the original records within the Master contact profile.
What’s New:
- View subscriptions, transactions, and orders from merged contacts
- Failed subscription invoices now go to the Master Contact
- Backend keeps record of both original and master contact
Customize Payment Links With Your Brand
Your payment links can now reflect your brand style.
- Brand Board Integration: Apply logos, colors, and button styles from your brand board
- Custom Theme Builder: Choose background/button colors and preview live
How to Use:
- Go to
Payments → Settings → Payment Link Customization
- Select Brand Board or Custom Theme > Click Save
International Automatic Taxes (VAT included!)
What’s New:
- Apply auto taxes for multiple countries
- Add VAT and local tax IDs
- Manage nexus addresses (tax locations)
- Product-level tax configs now support global rules

How to Use:
- Enter Edit Mode in your dashboard or report
- Add a Contacts or Opportunities widget
- Choose custom fields in the column selector > Save

New Widget Types + AI Summary Control
New Widgets:

AI Summary Options:

Login
Authenticator App Support for 2FA
- Authenticator app support for TOTP codes (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
- Backup codes provided
Setup:
- Go to Settings > My Profile
- Click “Setup Authenticator App”
- Scan QR code or enter code into app
- Input OTP to complete setup
- Save backup codes
Note: Only primary users can set up 2FA this way. Admins can’t do it via “login as”.
Mobile App
Active Transactions in POS
What’s New:
- See and manage due/overdue invoices in POS
- Accept payments via Tap to Pay, Stripe, Square, card, or cash
How to Use:
- Login to mobile app
- Go to POS section
- Tap “Active Transactions”
- View, edit, or swipe to manage invoices
