How to Use:

Indian phone numbers are now fully supported for WhatsApp Coexistence. This means you can link your WhatsApp Business App with FG Funnels and use both without disruptions.
WhatsApp performance data is now available in the Agency dashboard. You can view inbound/outbound volume, include metrics in CSV exports, and add WhatsApp to report widgets.
Organize your WhatsApp templates into folders and subfolders. It’s now easier than ever to manage and find your message templates.
All new WhatsApp activations between June 12 and Sept 1 are eligible for a free 30-day trial. Messaging usage charges still apply.
WhatsApp will switch from conversation-based to per-message pricing. Utility messages sent within an active chat window will be free.

When sharing email templates, countdown timers are now preserved as placeholders instead of being removed.
You can switch between form types during editing. If you switch back to the original form type in the same session, your settings are restored.
When you use an email template inside a workflow, edits are now local to that workflow. No more unintentional global template changes.
WordPress hosting subscriptions now follow a structured reminder system. If payment isn’t received within 21 days, the subscription is canceled and the site is removed.
Live Chat messages now trigger notifications according to your profile settings. Never miss a message again.
The embed interface is now more visual, organized, and email-friendly. Embed forms directly into email templates using a new dropdown.
This new action uses AI to route contacts down different branches based on custom instructions and context.
