Hey everyone! Welcome to the latest FG Funnels updates for June 12th, 2025! We’re back with another packed update to help you move faster, stay organized, and deliver even better client experiences. We’re  bringing smarter automation, richer personalization tools, and tighter admin control across FG Funnels.

Quizzes

Smarter Category Scoring & Dynamic Results

Now includes:

  • In-context tooltips for categories, scores, CTAs
  • Hover-to-edit result sections
  • Score format options: percentage, absolute score, out of 10
  • Dynamic messages based on overall or category-specific scores

How to Use It:

  • Add categories inside quiz questions
  • Set up dynamic result messages
  • Choose score format on the result page

 

Domains

Prevent Conflicting Product Assignments

Trying to assign a domain that’s already connected to another product? You’ll now see a proactive error with a clear fix.

  • Stops conflicts between Funnels, Websites, Stores, WordPress, etc.
  • Provides context and redirect if fixable in current location

 

Media Library

Funnel Modal Now Supports Drag & Drop

You can now drag files directly into the media modal when opened from Funnels.

Scrollbar Bug Fixed

All files now load properly using the scrollbar inside modals.

.wav File Uploads Now Supported

You can now upload and preview audio/wav files without issues.

 

Conversations AI

Dashboard Stats Cards

  • New cards show cancel, reschedule, and transfer actions
  • Found in: Bot > Dashboard > Total Actions Triggered

 

Instruction Field Limit Increased

  • Form-based bots now support 2000-character instruction fields (up from 1200)

 

Marketplace

New Help & Support Drawer

  • Access developer docs, API ideas, and community from inside Marketplace
  • Submit bugs, request features, raise tickets all from one place

 

Affiliate Manager

Enhanced “New Affiliate Sale” Trigger

Now supports filters for:

  • Specific affiliate or campaign
  • Payout method status
  • Tax form submission status

 

Change Campaign Source Midstream

You can now update the source of a campaign without creating a new one. Just notify affiliates their tracking links have changed.

 

Client Portal

Language Settings

Admins can now set the portal language per user. Supported languages include:

  • French (Canada & France), Spanish, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian

Users can override this in Account Settings > Language

 

Ecommerce

Product Gallery Improvements

  • Drag and drop image reordering
  • Bulk image deletion
  • Featured image marked with a tick
  • Gallery redesign for better usability

 

Content AI

Smarter, Guided Content Questions in Social Planner

You can now create better, platform-specific AI content in Social Planner with new guided questions powered by Content AI.

What’s New:

  • Adaptive UI: The content generation form now adjusts based on the selected platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) and content type (Post, Reel, etc.).
  • Brand Voice Integration: Auto-fills Brand Voice fields for consistent messaging. You can override as needed.
  • Streamlined Workflow: Required questions are always visible, while optional ones are collapsible.
  • Content Goal Clarity: New questions help define CTA, purpose, and tone—tailored to the selected platform.

How to Use It:

  1. Go to Marketing > Social Planner
  2. Click + New Post
  3. Choose Content AI from the dropdown to launch the new guided experience

Why It Matters:

  • No more generic AI-generated posts
  • Better engagement with platform-tailored copy
  • Brand Voice fields ensure your message stays consistent

 

Ask AI

Contact Summary Agent

Ask AI can now instantly summarize contact details:

  • Last activity, open tasks, notes, payments, appointments
  • Ask specific questions about any contact

Where to use it: Subaccount > Ask AI > “Summarize a contact”

 

Funnels & Websites

Native List Styles

  • Choose from bullet types and ordered list formats (circle, square, Roman numerals, alpha)
  • Cleaner structure and easier formatting than icon lists

 

WordPress

Payment Failure & Cleanup Notifications

Structured alerts for overdue hosting payments:

  • Day 1: Overdue
  • Day 3: Access restricted
  • Day 7–14: Final reminders
  • Day 21: Auto-cancel + delete

 

Calendars

Appointment Notes Now Sync to Contact Record

Add a note to an appointment and it appears in:

  • Contact
  • Opportunity
  • Conversations tab

Note: Adding a note to a contact does not sync back to the appointment.

Default Form Submissions Now Visible

  • You can now see the default form submitted by a contact inside the appointment modal.
  • Both default and custom forms are visible under the Form Submissions tab.
  • This helps surface signed consent or booking-related details that were previously harder to track.

Timezone Abbreviations in Notification Emails

  • Calendar emails now show timezones like PDT, CST, or IST rather than just UTC offsets.
  • This reduces confusion for clients in different regions and improves appointment clarity.

 

Reset to Default Button for Email Templates

  • A new “Reset to Default” button is now available in calendar email templates.
  • Quickly revert to the original layout if you’ve made changes and want a fresh start.

 

Audit Logs for Calendar & Video Integrations

Now track:

  • Connect, Reconnect, Delete actions
  • User, method, platform, and timestamp included

 

Zoom/MS Teams Can Now Be Shared Across Users/Locations

Connect one Zoom/Teams account across multiple subaccounts and users.

 

WhatsApp

Audit Logs Now Track Key Actions

Track who edited flows, templates, or phone settings. View changes at:

  • Subaccount > Settings > Audit Logs

Conditional Logic

Add logic-based actions to survey questions:

  • Redirect to URL
  • Show/Hide fields
  • Disqualify lead
  • Jump to slide
  • Show custom messages
  • Create adaptive, smart survey flows that change based on user answers

Supports multi-conditions, field validation, and top-down execution

 

Email Builder

Text Snippets

Insert reusable saved snippets directly into templates or campaigns

Tag Creation on Send Page

Add a new tag while setting up campaign automations—no need to pre-create

Number Pool Management

  • Move numbers between pools
  • Remove numbers without deleting whole pool
  • Add general numbers into pools

All actions are now tracked with audit logs
