You’re going to want to grab a coffee for this one—because this  FG Funnels update is absolutely packed with game-changing features and enhancements. We’ve got updates for your Marketplace, Affiliate Manager, Email Campaigns, Domains, Dashboards, Ecommerce, WordPress hosting, AI tools, permissions, and so much more. Funnels & Websites

Autosave Toggle in Builder

A brand-new autosave toggle is now visible in the top bar of the Funnel and Website Builder—no more hunting in Labs to manage your save preferences.

What’s New:

  • Toggle autosave on/off right in the builder
  • See the last saved status inline
  • Popovers and tooltips for quick info
  • Preferences saved locally (per browser)

How to Use It:

  • Open any funnel or website
  • Look for the “Autosave” control in the top bar
  • Toggle autosave or view last saved time

 

Page Auto-Scroll on Drag

When you drag an element near the top or bottom of a long page, the builder will now scroll automatically. It’s smoother, more intuitive, and lets you reposition content without interruption.

Universal Section Templates – Now Available Across Funnels, Websites, Webinars, Blogs, and Stores

We’ve completely rebuilt how Saved Sections work to make them more flexible, powerful, and predictable—no more guessing where changes apply or which content will sync. Say hello to Universal Section Templates! There are now three types of Saved Sections:

  • Universal Sections – Update automatically everywhere (Funnels, Websites, Blogs, Webinars, Stores).
  • Global Sections – Update within the same funnel or website only.
  • Templates – Fixed, reusable sections that don’t sync across instances.

Key Improvements

Unified Save Flow

When saving a section, you’ll now choose between Universal, Global, or Template using a single save modal. Each save type includes:

  • Preview thumbnail
  • Clear visual label for easy identification

Smarter Syncing

  • Universal Sections keep every instance in sync across your account.
  • Global Sections sync only within the current funnel or website.
  • Templates are static — edits to one do not impact others.

When cloning a funnel or importing a snapshot, each section gets a new ID to avoid accidental overwrites

Template Previews

You can now see a thumbnail preview of your Universal or Global section templates when browsing saved sections. This makes selection faster and more intuitive.

Upgraded Backend Architecture

This new system includes:

  • Dedicated services and controllers for faster performance
  • Smart version-detection and validation
  • Secure sync operations with zero exposure of personal data (only layout data is stored)

 

Ecommerce

Shareable Abandoned Cart Links

Customers can now recover their cart from any device, thanks to a sharable checkout link.

How It Works:

  • When a cart is abandoned, a unique link is generated
  • If you’ve enabled abandoned cart emails under Payments > Settings > Notifications, this link is sent to the customer
  • The link reflects live inventory and pricing
  • Guest checkout supported with a temporary session

Edge Cases Handled:

  • Deleted or out-of-stock items are clearly labeled
  • One link per abandoned cart
  • Carts can’t be edited from the recovery page

 

Listings

Smarter Publisher Sorting

Scan view now sorts publishers by significance, making it easier to focus on the most important listing issues first.

Improved Field Validation

More intuitive validation for key fields—real-time error messages and better guidance.

Category Limit Increase

You can now assign up to 10 categories to a business (up from 3), aligning with Google Business Profile and improving discoverability.

Enhanced Prospecting Reports

Listings reports now:

  • Use dynamic country-based publisher matching
  • Include match/partial match/no match categories
  • Show search, filter, and pagination features
  • Use a new global scan API (Yext, Uberall, internal data combined)

 

Phone System

Pre-Connect Audio on Outbound Calls

You’ll now hear a short “connecting” tone while the system reaches the recipient’s carrier. Only when the call rings for the contact will you hear the familiar ringback tone.

Why it Matters:

  • Reduces confusion from sudden call drops
  • Helps agents move on faster when a number can’t be reached

Auto-Submission of A2P Campaigns

As soon as a brand is approved, campaigns now auto-submit—no manual follow-up needed.

 

Calendars

Improved Reconnect Flow

You’ll now see a persistent banner across modules if your calendar or conferencing integrations (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) disconnect.

How to Use It:

  • Click Fix This in the banner
  • Reauthorize the connection with a few clicks

Deleted Calendar Cleanup

If a third-party calendar is deleted (e.g. from Google), you can now remove it cleanly using the Fix This button—no more support tickets.

Share & Troubleshoot Tools

  • “Share” button: Grab links, one-time URLs, or embed codes
  • “Troubleshoot” button: Run diagnostics and fix availability issues

 

Voice AI

New High-Quality Voices Added

We’re excited to announce a major upgrade to the Voice AI experience in FG Funnels: 15+ brand-new, high-quality voices are now available to power your AI agents. These voices are built using the latest eleven_turbo_v2_5 model, delivering:

  • Crystal-clear voice synthesis
  • Ultra-low latency (250–300ms)
  • Enhanced naturalness and expressiveness

UI Improvements: Recommended Voices Highlighted

To make voice selection easier, we’ve updated the user interface so that our top-performing voices are now clearly marked as Recommended in the dropdown menu. This small but powerful change helps you:

  • Quickly identify the best-sounding voices
  • Deliver a more polished and professional agent experience
  • Improve customer interactions with more natural-sounding AI

 

Dashboards & Reporting

Revamped Filter Experience for Dashboard Widgets

The dashboard just got smarter and easier to use. With this update, you’ll enjoy a modernized filtering experience, new layout improvements, and added flexibility when configuring widgets and custom reports.

What’s New?

  • Fresh UI: Cleaner layout and better use of screen space
  • Nested Filter Groups: Use multiple OR groups for advanced filtering logic
  • Duplicate Filters Allowed: Apply the same filter field more than once using nested groups
  • Smarter Warnings: Clear messaging when filters rely on linked data (e.g., pipeline + stage)
  • Chart Type Picker: Choose your chart style directly from widget settings
  • Redesigned Sidebar: Slimmer panel so you can see your dashboard preview while editing
  • Custom Reports Update: The same filtering logic and UX now applies to Custom Reports

How It Works:

  1. Go to Dashboards > Edit Dashboard or Custom Reports > Edit Report
  2. Click Add Widget and choose your widget type
  3. In the Configure tab, choose your chart type if needed
  4. Switch to the Conditions tab
  5. Click Add Filter to create a group
  6. Use +AND to add more filters within a group
  7. Click +Add Filter again to create an OR group

Why It Matters:

This revamp gives you more flexibility and clarity when building data insights, without needing a complex reporting setup. Whether you’re filtering leads by multiple stages or comparing product categories across pipelines, this tool makes your dashboards more dynamic and useful than ever.

 

Affiliate Manager

Bulk Commission Actions

You can now approve, deny, or delete multiple commissions at once.

How to Use:

  • Go to Affiliate Profile > Commissions tab or Dashboard
  • Select commissions > Click Bulk Actions

 

Social Planner

Advanced CSV Upload

Bulk schedule Reels, Stories, Pins, Shorts, and more using an advanced, well-documented XLSX template.

Key Features:

  • Auto-watermarks, smart media optimization
  • Pinterest board selector, GMB post types
  • Supports .csv and .xlsx

Direct Instagram Integration

You can now post to Instagram without needing a connected Facebook Page.

How to Set Up:

  • Go to Marketing > Social Planner > Add Socials
  • Choose Direct Instagram Integration

Disconnect Alerts

If any social account disconnects, you’ll now get a visible banner + email notification so you can fix it fast.

 

Forms, Surveys & Quizzes

New Rating Element

Add visual rating input (stars, hearts, thumbs-up) to forms, surveys, and quizzes.

How to Use:

  • Drag Rating Element into your form/survey/quiz
  • Set icons, colors, labels, and how data is stored

 

Workflows

AI-Powered Email Generation

Generate emails inside your workflow using AI—no copywriting required.

How to Use It:

  • Use Send Email action > Click Write with AI
  • Describe your email > Click Generate
  • Optional: Use the AI-generated subject line

 

Email Builder

Product Element Now in Email Templates

You can now use the Product Element inside email templates—not just campaigns. This gives you greater flexibility to build promotional or product-based emails right inside the template editor.

What’s New:

  • Add product blocks to any template
  • Customize each block with product name, image, and link

Benefits:

  • Consistent product layout across both campaigns and templates
  • Easier setup for ecommerce and digital product emails

How to Use:

  • Go to Marketing > Email Marketing
  • Create or edit an email template
  • Drag and drop the Product Element into your layout
  • Add your product and assign a custom redirection link

Note:

  • Direct checkout links only work in campaign mode—not in templates.

Null as a Value in Conditional Element

A small but powerful upgrade has arrived in the FG Funnels email builder: you can now use null as a condition to display elements only when certain contact fields are empty.

Benefits

  • Targeted Content Delivery: Show blocks only when contact info is missing.
  • Simplified Logic: No need for complex rules—just use null.
  • Enhanced Personalization: Create fallback messaging or visuals when data isn’t present.

How to Check It

  1. Go to Marketing > Email Marketing.
  2. Create or edit a campaign or template.
  3. Select the element you want to show conditionally.
  4. Open the Visibility tab.
  5. Enable Conditional Element.
  6. Choose a contact field and enter null as the value.
  7. Save your changes.

Now, the element will appear only when that contact field is empty.

Perfect for fallback messaging, conditional CTAs, or personalized content blocks that adapt to missing data.

 

Documents & Contracts

Control Signature Type: Draw or Type

You can now define how recipients sign your documents—choose between drawn signatures, typed signatures, or allow both.

What’s New:

  • New setting to control allowed signature types on all documents.
  • Options include: Draw only, Type only, or Both.

How It Works:

  • Go to Payments > Documents & Contracts > Settings
  • Click on Document Settings
  • Under Control Signing Settings, choose your preference:
    • Draw Signatures only
    • Typed Signatures only
    • Both

Recipients will only see the allowed signature method(s) when signing your document.

Why We Built It:
Some industries require hand-drawn signatures for compliance. This update gives you the flexibility to meet those requirements while customizing the signing experience.

 

Chat Widget

Contact Form Required Before Chat Messages

We’ve tightened up the lead capture flow in the chat widget to make sure you’re never left with anonymous conversations.

What’s New:

  • Visitors must now complete the contact form before sending a message (when the option is enabled)
  • Returning visitors with active chats can skip the form and jump right in
  • Chats now reconnect after refresh and preserve full message history

Why It Matters:
This change helps ensure cleaner lead data, fewer abandoned threads, and a more seamless support experience for your team and your visitors.

 

Conversational AI

Auto Follow-Up

Bots can now detect drop-off or “follow up later” scenarios and send timed re-engagement messages.

Highlights:

  • Smart skip, channel switching, working hours logic
  • Full visibility via Response Info
  • Available in Labs now
